People nice....takes way way to long and had to take my boat back multiple times...fixed trollin motor wire and boom its out already. Spent 3 months up there....process was fair and work that was done but left.off alot of things we asked to do.

I could write a book about the nightmare we experienced using B&J Marine to fix our boat. Took 9 months the first go around and finally got it back only for it to still not be right. Another 6 months and looks like they finally got it fixed (fingers crossed). Terrible with communication and sticking to timelines! Not to mention how our decking is ruined from sitting out in the elements for so long.

Absolute worst customer service I believe Ive ever experienced. I called before I dropped my boat off on June 5th after being told it would be 7-10 days for an estimate. I called back 11 days later, and they said Oh no, we meant 7-10 working days. That meant two weeks. I gave them another full week and called. They said well call tomorrow. After a couple days of calling and getting the run around I went in. They told me my boat was in the shop and theyd call the next day with an estimate. Never heard a word. I called and emailed for a week and a half with no response.Finally, I got a mechanic on the phone Tuesday, July 7th. He said he did a complete inspection and said it would be $380 but he wanted my approval first. I said go ahead. He said it would be done the next day or perhaps two days later. I called Friday (3 days later) and they said Our mechanic looked and decided it wasnt worth it so you can come pick it up. This was AFTER he had told me he inspected it and gave me a quote! I told her to leave it in the parking lot because I would be by after they closed. They locked my boat behind a fence, so I had to cancel weekend plans and wait to get it Monday, July 13th.They never called me a SINGLE time, not one email, they lied about inspecting my boat, and after a month and a week of getting the run around, I picked up a boat that had no work done to it. Never again will I deal with them. Horrific to deal with and ruined a quarter of my summer and my time, all over an estimate.

IF anyone wants the real side of the story on Brandon they need to talk to the dealer. I was there the day they inspected it.

This place is a joke stopped in to see if they had an oil filter for a Mercury woman comes out and looks at me and says no we dont carry them look to my left and I seen Mercury and Quicksilver oil filter sitting on shelf I guess looking at her phone was more important than a sale Ill never come back here again my advice stay far away worst customer service I have ever seen dont know how they stay in business
