We applied for a loan for a travel trailer recently. The initial process went well and I liked the website’s ease of use to upload all the required documentation. The communication from the loan officer was good and then we just got an email one morning saying they received our last document and would speak to us soon to let us know what was going on. I waited that day and then part of the next before we received an email that simply said the loan was denied. The loan being denied is one thing but we never received a call from anyone explaining why. I thought that was rather unprofessional to just have the system send an auto generated email instead of taking the time to close out the process over the phone. I would not recommend.

The beginning started really good communication was great when I finally found a camper it took 2 weeks to get it settled with all the paperwork 2 weeks is a little long dealer was losing patience finally got done and now registration they wanted to do it all fine its been over a month meanwhile im paying insurance made my first payment and camper still not registered and camping season is over ive been chasing them and finally there was one piece of paper missing i sent it asap now they say 10 to 13 days for registration not happy at all with this company shouldve gone elsewhere I bought a house with a lot less hassle never had a problem like this with buying cars or houses very disappointed because I read reviews before applying and it had good reviews but I got the rotten lemon

Initially, I had a pre-approval letter for an RV loan with my own credit union, which was great. However, they took about 2 weeks to process the purchase order on the unit I wanted, with no progress. I applied with MyFinancial just to get a different option & I was immediately in communication with Brandon Pearson & approved by the bank within 20 minutes of speaking to him. Brandon was amazing! He was great at communicating with me & the dealership every step of the way. He collected all of the dealership paperwork for me & I just did my part. The entire process took 4 business days & that was only because the dealership missed an email by accident! Super easy & painless. I originally made an inquiry under the bad credit tab to schedule a meeting to discuss my credit with a rep from My Financing USA... I know my credit situation and explained that I understand how credit works and that my bad time in my credit was 4 years ago. I was very transparent in all of this. I explained my concern with having hard inquiries on my credit...Yes I was told I was approved for a program that everything would have to go over to underwriting... The reason I explained all of my situation before going straight to having my credit pulled is because I knew the possibility of not getting approved...thats why I chose to talk to a rep before giving permission to a hard inquiry pull on my credit...the rep repeated that they had a program I was approved for...I agreed to let my file go to underwriting....That phone call with the rep was at 12:33 pm cst....at 1:01 pm I received a text stating:Hi Kimberly, We did our best but couldnt get you approved this time. I sent you an email letting you know the details. However, we have a special partner that can try to help get you to a place where we can get you approved next time. If you want, we can have them reach out to you...if interested click here: (the link) Now, does this sound like all they were interested in was running my credit and getting me over to a credit repair company....when I clearly stated my job helps my clients with credit repair....I dont need credit repair... Clearly all of my concerns, and the transparency did not matter....Sounds like a total scam with misleading information to push a consumer into credit repair...Beware consumers... The right thing, after telling the rep my credit situation, the years of negative activity on my credit, the credit score, etc...the rep or companys best practice was to state I was NOT prequalified. Not run my credit. I am very displeased with the way this business practices...

Cory is who I worked with. I sent in everything as requested when he contacted me back to tell me I was approved he rattled it off so fast I had to stop him finally and ask what I consider pertinent questions. Like what is the percentage rate. What is my payment without adding three other products to it that I did not request. I thought about it for a night emailed him back and asked for him to give me a phone call and never heard from him again. He was pushy unconcerned so I obtained my financing elsewhere. Would never do business with this company

They purposely shop you to a loan company they know won’t finance you then try and sell you on their paid for credit repair scam. There is nothing on our credit to repair they are just trying to make money off false situations.

If you have the option to use another company, do yourself the favor and do so. Purchasing through them has been a headache, the communication is extremely poor, sometimes non existent, and you are given many excuses for everything that goes wrong or delays. They have the most expensive title fee, yet they do not know how to process title application paperwork properly. Continued negligence and lack of care.

A month after the RV was purchased I had misplaced an inspection report and she cheerfully and quickly emailed a copy my way.

They did two hard inquiries without permissionpermissionI have applied with this bank for my boat loan,after few days i decided to cancel my application.Few weeks later i have received an letter from Medallion bank that i am not approved, what?I had no idea what bank it is and most important question is how in the world my personal information ends up in different bank?So i called Medallion bank,and they admitted that My Financing usa has sent my info to them and they did a credit check without letting me know.So guys be aware,this bank is so unprofessional and inappropriate!I do not reccomend!
