Well where to start, they did a head gasket cam shaft on my boat. In the process I believe they broke my carburetor (like metal casting broken). But cant prove that. I can however prove they never set timing correctly in distributor, or even tighten the valve cover! They were finger loose. The front pulley, that runs all the belts, they left loose. And yes to remove head they would have that off. Personally will never use this shop, they are beyond under quality of a guy name job in a oversize shed.

The Monday before Labor Day- Boat will not work, I called around, found this place and tried it because of good reviews and Mercruiser repair facility. Boy was I glad I did, They got me running in two days- in and out the week everyone wants to be fixed. First time using them, Was a punctured fuel line, very honest and very good, I would give them 10 stars for what they did but it only allows for 5- all my business going forward is theirs.

As the name says, Professional service. After trying several other boat and trailer service shops was advertised to try. Have used several times and always have been satisfied. Today the went so far as to honor warranty even though it was expired l, since I had not had opportunity to use boat last year.

Fixed my motor in a timely fashion, at a reasonable price when no one else could

I had them installed a new motor for me and they couldnt even do that right. I had to tell them how to install it WOW read the instructions . It is a tiller handel and they cant put it together right I even took it back and still cant get it right I will have to pay someone else to do it. Dont walk away from here RUN AWAY FROM HERE.

Short version of the story, bought a used boat I was promised by Lake Cumberland Marine was in excellent shape, compression check OK, etc. Boat ran. Once. After it died, I was told to go to these guys by Bass Pro in Clarksville. I owe Gene at Bass Pro a big one.Bill, Biggen and the crew at Professional marine were outstanding. They told me WHO in Kentucky would have new motors after diagnosing mine as terminal. I bought a motor, they hung and rigged it, and then fixed a slight problem afterwards efficiently and professionally. They called throughout the process, met their initial timeline and kept me informed the whole way.Additionally, I noticed as I wandered their showroom a few tiems that they not only have a great selection of new gear people could require for maintaining and keeping your boat up to snuff, they have used items as well that you may not find elsewhere.Give them a shout if you need something. Id bet a cold beverage that if they do NOT have it, they know where to get it.Excellent Job by all concerned.I know whos doing the maintenance on my boat henceforth.
