The staff is competent, prices are reasonable. The access is not great, you can only turn right off or on Westport Road. Limited signage and they share a driveway with an auto collision repair. Worth the effort to get your boat serviced.

Bought a new Lowe Stinger 175 here and I cant recommend them enough. Tim answered all my questions, not to mention my countless emails as my boat was being built.Just an overall great experience.

I am a small guy that has never had alot of money to spend on my boats. SMI has never made me feel that way, infact they treat me as if I am a VIP. I can only imagine how they treat the average Joe or rich man. Only thing I can say is everybody must be a VIP at MSI.

Please Read: Not just a review about a company but a person. My family had a blow out on our boat trailer and were stuck at a dangerous intersection on the highway. After nearly 4 hours of exhausting every road side assistance package (Ford, Progressive and BoatUS) and calling every trailer repair in town, we had all but given up. A man then pulled up and offered to help. He said he had a marine sales and service center just up the road. He took us to his store (they were actually closed at the time) where he pulled out two brand new tires sold them to me at a very fair price. Then followed me back to my truck with some tools and changed the tires for me.See, he didn’t do this because he needed to sell some tires. He stopped and helped myfamily out of kindness.
