Blonde chick working was not friendly. No gloves, hairnet, hoodies landing in ice cream and cross contamination. Ordered 2 scoops and seemed like 1. We will not be back here.

First time trying this location, wasn’t sure on their policy and younger blonde girl with her hair in a braid said “wait behind the tables until it’s your turn” very rudely. Another guy walked in and did the same thing we did (look at the flavors) and she did not say anything to him. Other girl was nice though.

Got regular scoop. Could not believe how small it was. I asked her if this was a kids size, to be sure.. She Told me it was regular... Let me just say, i promise it was definitely a kids scoop. Simply give me what i pay for... SIMPLE!

I went in to use my T-Mobilebile Tuesday promo card...thats supposed to be treated like cash, it says its a gift card...apparently they dont consider themselves part of baskin robbins!!! She refused to scan the QR code saying that they didnt work....she had 3 people try to use them the day before and told me that when she talked to the manager about it they said they werent part of it, they dont have $2 off coupons! So essentially the $2 gift card to promote you going in there is a total scam!!! Ive used them there in the past, its the only BR we go to, and the lady who always waited on me was so rude about the T-Mobile promos EVERY SINGLE TIME. They are apparently so money hungry at this store that they cant even honor company promos! Im never going to that store again, and Im telling everyone I know they shouldnt either!!!

My husband and I visited this place on 6/16/19 at about 6:30, expecting a smoothie and a shake after dinner. We noticed something odd about the employees there... they were not wearing gloves when preparing food. Not a single one.With our stomachs turned, we headed out.

Went in this evening and ordered ice cream for the whole family. Our order included one milk shake. Upon receiving the milk shake I noticed it was VERY thin and runny. Similar in consistency to water (yes, that thin) When asking the young lady if she could possibly remake it for us ...she responded by telling us that even if she remade it she would get the same result because “the ice cream was new”. She just verified with us that she followed the instructions properly when preparing it and there was nothing further she could do. Even the other customers waiting to be helped looked at her in disbelief by her response and attitude. Maybe I’m wrong... but to my knowledge less milk plus more ice cream = thicker milk shake... so I feel like maybe we could’ve worked something out, and we could have potentially left as happy customers.

Great ice cream. Their mint chocolate chip is the only kind Ive found to use chocolate flakes rather than chunks, and it makes a huge difference.The 4 stars for this location are because their prepackaged quarts selection was poor. They should stock it better.

Just had a banana split and banana royal made by Sydney and Shauntay. Extremely friendly and our ice cream was great! Thanks so much. :)

Even though they were not sure if they had a military discount they did give me a discount. That said a lot to me as a veteran and a senior citizen.
