Delicious donuts. Very friendly customer service. Always fresh and fast. Its usually one lady working by herself and she its the sweetest, politest lady. She does an excellent job getting everyone in and out and it can get a little busy. Great location as it is close to my home. My daughter and i stop in for quick breakfast often. Prices are very fair and a good selection.

If you havent had the apple fritters at this store you have missed a treat youll remember during nostalgic conversations in your old age. Very friendly service. Also sell flavoured milk, juice and coffee.My personal embarrassing experience... The third time I went to the store I noticed they had restacked the coffee flask and white Styrofoam cups, non diary creamer and sweetener ect on the microwave cart (any of you remember those LOL) Anyways, I paid for my purchase went over and poured me some of the coffee fixed it to taste like I did the last two times. I was going to enjoy a fritter with a what I naively assumed was free coffee. The polite lady behind the counter asked me if I had poured me a cup of coffee and I said yes thank you; It seemed like she had more to say to me. She it was $1.69 for a large cup of coffee. Im medium brown complected and I bet you could see me turn bronze as blood rushed to my face and I apologized for my misjudging the coffee station. And then I remembered that I had done the same thing the two prior times I visited the store. I wanted to disappear as I informed her that she needed to charge me for three coffees and why. She was very kind and politely said that it was ok and had figured it was an honest mistake and not to feel bad about it. I wouldnt have never ever gone back to that store, but for the yearning of apple fritters... Theyll make you get over a lot of things!

I allow myself the treat of eating one (or two) donut every so often from Donut Express. They are by far the most delicious donuts in the Louisville area. The prices are extremely reasonable. There is ALWAYS a variety to choose from and if I dont see something I was hoping for, I ask and the majority of the time they have it in the back. Which makes it even better because its sometime still warm!!! I work in the southend so I stop on my way to work. The only down side, they need one closer to my home...though my waist may not be able to handle that!!! :)

The donuts are always fresh, fluffy, and delicious. My only complaint is the staff. In my experience, they are not very friendly. Also, I recently had an incident where they made my order incorrect and when I mentioned it to the staff, their reaction was somewhat rude and placed the blame on me.

Prices are reasonable about one dollar per doughnut. She closes at noon or whenever she sells out, which is almost every day
