Jimmy is Awesome. I always have a great time at this store he makes it enjoyable to learn as well just to shop. If you have any questions hes all ways happy to let you know or call to see if something has arrived. Highly recommend to anyone who loves warhammer!

Warhammer stores are run by one person so that individual can really make or break it. Jimmy, the manager for this store, is awesome. Hes super friendly, willing to help with anything you need, and very knowledgeable about the games.

Drove 40 minutes to the store to get there when they opened, for a new release, waited 15-20 minutes outside with a couple other people, until someone with a Facebook account checked their posts saying they were closed (and had been closed for some days.)A note on the door would be nice or some other way to check that doesnt require Facebook so I dont drive an hour for nothing. Ive never actually been to this store before. Could be great, could be terrible. But driving an hour and a half for nothing is frustrating, to say the least. Id call before driving the way next time.

As far as Games Workshop goes, the manager is a genuinely nice guy and has never tried to pressure sale me on anything. It’s been a but since I’ve been in, but I plan to stop back buy just because this is the best customer service I have ever experienced at a GW storefront.

The staff was incredibly helpful and kind. Dude helped me figure out what paints I needed, offered to teach me the rules in a demo game, and told me about some easy painting techniques. As someone just getting into the hobby, I really appreciated the time he took to help me.

Store is fine when opened. Always call before making the drive to the store, made multiple attempts during posted open hours and the store has been closed.

Great experience! Being newer to the 40k scene, the manger, Jimmy, was so helpful and really friendly. He even offered a free beginner lesson for building and painting a miniature and walked me through it even letting me keep the mini I painted. Great customers too, everyone in the store was super friendly and helpful explaining painting techniques and how to achieve certain effects. 9/10 only because everything in the store is a tad overpriced, but not terribly expensive.

Store owner was super helpful, nice arrangement of items and prices are about what one would expect (slightly high but not outrageous). As a beginner to the hobby I felt very welcome and will absolutely be returning.

I arrived to buy some paint for a DnD mini. Jimmy provided a free lesson on painting a mini and constructing it. I created Clerance a Stormcast and I adore him. They are absolutely amazing!

Staff was very friendly and greeted me warmly when I came in. Offered to help me find whatever I might be looking for and then gave me space to browse once it was clear thats what I was there to do.I really appreciated how engaged a young boy and father who came into the store while I was browsing. Same warm friendly greeting and talked with the dad and answered l all of his questions about the current state of the hobby (the dad used to play 40k), and never pressured him to buy anything. I really like that soft approach.Despite all of this, I take a star for their hours. Theyre closed two days a week and everytime the employee goes on break, he has to close the store.

I had an issue where a glitch in their POS system led to a duplicate charge. The manager Josh was quick to identify the problem and escalate it to their corporate office for resolution. Great customer service!

Over a decade away from Warhammer and going back to THIS Games Workshop store still felt like home. Josh, the manager, is awesome. Everyone is so cool and welcoming (even when you know nothing about the hobby anymore). Couldnt have been more helpful. The only reason I gave it a 4 star is because (and I assume this is with all stores) there was no music and it felt a little library-ish and quiet. However, chatting to the great people who were there soon made it feel more comfortable. Love this place and cant wait to return.

This store is very nice. The customer service when you can get in the store is great. They have no consistent hours of operation. The posted hours are already bad but mix in 30 minutes leeway and a 20 minute drive is wasted. Call on the phone ahead to make sure they are open? The phone is rarely anwsered. This is why small businesses lose out to Amazon. I will just pre-plan my purchases moving forward instead.

Went there knowing nothing about game workshop and felt very welcome me, my wife, and my two year old son who wanted nothing more than to explore and look at all the boxes. Needless to say when leaving there I had a beginners grasp of everything and have even picked a set. I can tell you josh has mad me want to only buy from his location.

I think Josh does a great job running the store he has been helpful every time i have visited the store.

While the store is pretty cool, the guy who works there, Josh, is a complete jerk! We live 30 minutes away and I have 2 boys 19 & 21 that dont drive because of Aspergers and recovered Traumatic Brain Injury. They rely on me to take them places. I know the store closes from 3-3:30 and so I plan my errands around THAT time. I dropped them off, went to meijer and they were ready at the cash register at 2:50 when I got there to pay for their stuff. I was told I had to come back at 3:30 because the register was already shut down for lunch. Excuse me? Lunch time is from 3:00-3:30, I explained I wouldnt be able to wait because I have a daughter getting off the bus and had to leave, Josh was a jerk and said he couldnt do it. WOW, never in my life have I felt like a small business owner DIDNT CARE ABOUT A SALE! Worst customer service EVER!

Been doing this hobby 20 years now. Im active duty military I came to Knox on a mission and was stuck here during the release of Warhammer quest my favorite game. Josh went out of his way to assist me with not only pre ordering the game but taking my contact and helping me get a ride. This store is by far the most friendly and supportive of the hobby Ive seen and Ive traveled all over the world and always look for the closest GW. Ive been to so many I cant even count. I asked to speak to the manager but thats him. So this is my way to show my appreciation. Thanks for your kindness and professobalism this is the kinda attitude that keeps people coming to the store.

Sped up here after getting off work at 5pm on a Friday. Made it there at 5:25 but it was closed. I guess the store manager decided to call it a day early and head home.
