Being new in the city of Louisville, I went with what I knew to worked. Having previously purchased a mattress from a mattressbyappointment dealer in my home town of Cleveland. I immediately found my way to the dealer here in the Louisville area. This actually turned out to be a great decision on my part.The family owned operation is just that family! They make you feel we welcomed right away and I was never pressured the entire time I was there. The staff is very knowledgeable about their mattress selections and they are willing to work with on financing terms as well. They offer a friendly delivery service and these mattresses are worth the money you spend for a quality nights sleep.If you are in the market for a quality top of the line mattress you owe it to yourself to make an appointment and check out the selection. We had a great experience - the owners are very personable and friendly. They did not pressure us at all, while still giving us plenty of info about each mattress. Prices are extremely reasonable, much less than the regular mattress stores, they had a variety to choose from, and it was easy to make an appointment (we were able to get one the same day we called). This is a family owned business and it shows! I arrived at my appointment and was greeted right as I walked in. They were full of knowledge and so very helpful. Unfortunately an unforeseen accident happened shortly as I left the site and due to being by myself I decided to give them a call. The owner and his son came to my rescue and made sure everything was extra secure. They checked on me while on my drive back and wanted and update once I arrived home to be sure I made it safe. I wish they sold other items just so I can continue to give them my business so I guess I will do the next best thing and direct everyone I know to them for their mattress needs!

Mattress by appointment is a hidden gem. They offer low cost name brand mattresses as well capable to work with you and your budget with financing your payment or lawaway. I dealt with Scott although he made a pretty decent deal with me, the delivery was pretty tricky due to intermittent stormy weather. I can say though he did deliver and saved me money while doing so.

He encouraged me to take my time, he showed me around and explained the products as well as offering to answer any questions I had. I made my appointment, arrived and was helped by Eric. My first time buying anything myself, as well as financing. I was quickly approved picked out my mattress, and I chose to take home that day which he loaded the box spring and mattress up for me, and gave me the ratchet straps all for free so I could get it home. Its been easy to get into contact with him as well as make my payments. Im pleased with comfort of the bed, and Happy to say I got a good price, and will have it paid off in 2 more payments. 🙂

This place is awesome!! So simple to set up an appointment online. As soon as I arrived Eric welcomed me and thanked me for being early. We reviewed what I was looking for and then he took me back and showed me some options. After explaining them all he left me alone to try them out to make sure I really liked what i was going to buy. Love the no pressure approach and the fact that I could take take my time and try out each mattress. Mattress by Appointment was a great experience. I went with my Mom to buy her a new mattress. She booked the appointment after finding them on Facebook. The day of the appointment Eric was in the office to greet us and even thanked us for showing up early. He took us upstairs to see the less expensive mattresses first then back downstairs. She picked out the one she liked while Eric left us alone to make the decision so we felt no pressure to buy anything. I was very happy once he went over the qualifications for financing because I found out I qualified for it. He helped me fill out the financing application and it was approved. I qualified for more than we spent. Mom got a new mattress that usually costs $1200 for $570. We came back later that day and met Johnny who helped us load up our purchase. I would buy from here again. There was no pressure and both owners were very nice and helpful.

Friendly staff! Super easy and stress-free shopping experience! I was able to get pre-approved for credit online when I made the appointment.When my boyfriend and I arrived we were welcomed and walked through the small, no frills showroom. We discussed our wants from a mattress and were shown what matched us. We were left alone to try out the mattresses in private and discuss our options. We asked more questions, then were given more time to test. After about half an hour we had completed the order process and were out the door! Because we wanted a king size ($1400 memory foam/gel), we had to wait for delivery until after the thanksgiving holiday because that mattress wasnt in stock there at that time.We picked up our mattress and boxed springs when it arrived from the factory and weve been happy with it every day! Im laying in the bed as Im typing this review! 😁I highly recommend Mattress By Appointment for anyone in the market for a high quality mattress!In ten years, when this mattress wears out, Ill be returning for our next bed! 😉

I paid off my king set today and went back and renewed my account for a full size and a twin size and ended up leaving with some very comfortable pillows also that I highly recommend everyone get with their purchase. This is the best company youll never find a better deal or easy old people to work with I love it and will never shop anywhere else for mattresses. Both John and Eric are wonderful people that will do anything to help you get what you need and want.
