Excellent service overall - I was so pleased. I had to get a new phone unexpectedly when mine stopped working and went here being the closest location to me. There were a number of issues with my phone, to the point where it seemed like I wouldnt be able to get all of my information transferred to my new phone. The manager, Shannon, was not only very kind and efficient, he also didnt give up trying different options - very cool, calm, collected, and creative problem solving. I was in and out in an hour, and that included the activation and transfer time. I am so grateful this location is closeby in the event something comes up with my new phone. The great service here totally turned my day around!

Logan and Matthew were VERY pleasant, patient and helpful with my last upgrade. Logan found me the best deal, was very thorough with his suggestions, found me matched prices with an accessory. Matthew went out of his way to help arrange for an upgrade for my son in another state under my plan. These guys know what customer service is about. I would definitely recommend visiting their store for helpful, personable service as they incorporate what is best for you, their customer.

Went in to combine plans with my fiance. Left after several hours without combined plans, but initially happy that the salesman had found us a deal where we could upgrade to unlimited data without paying more. Found out when we looked at the bill, it was an extra $30/month bill. Do not go here unless you wish to be lied to. Also for the positive experience writers on this who said they got an upgraded plan.Check. Your. Statement.It could have been a lie to upsell you hoping you wouldnt notice due to auto pay.

Unfortunately, the store did not have the style of phone we needed, but Jake was an amazing young man as a sales person. I was actually disappointed I could not buy the phone from Jake. About a year ago I went to this Verizon to sign up for a plan and to buy a new phone. I was told that because I was signing up for a new plan at the same time I would be given a discount on the phone and that there was also a deal going on where I would get an email rebate with my purchase. Overall, my phone was priced out at about $400, which I thought was a great deal.Until the rebate never came, and when I called Verizon they told me that my plan wasnt eligible for the rebate, and I found out today that I actually hadnt gotten ANY discount on the phone, and I had been paying for it in installments for a year for a total of over $800. I would have just bought a used phone if I had known! Very unhappy that I was promised such a low rate but ended up paying twice that amount. Im hoping to switch away from Verizon as soon as I can.

Logan deserves more than 5 stars, he was incredible to work with! He was so patient, informative, and truly seemed to want to give whatever was best for us. He was also working completely alone with multiple customers, and we all know how these visits can get lengthy. He was sure to walk up and greet every customer that came in saying he will be with them soon, and stayed super calm throughout it all!

Logan was on roller skates trying to keep four customers happy and moving forward at the same time. I felt he was interested in finding the best plan for me. He knew the products. He is the reason for the five stars. But, the overall visit...I’ve grown accustomed to cell store visits being awful. This was a loooong visit. Walked in at 3:45, left at 6:45. Can’t understand why it takes so long even in the best of experiences. Why do the workers have to spend so much time talking to mysterious people on the phone? Logan spent so much time repeating information I had given him to the guy on the phone. Why can’t he enter it? Why can’t I? I shouldn’t have to say my ssn out loud in public. Why can’t I type it in? Why can’t we make appointments so they have some idea of how busy they will be and staff accordingly? Can we have an iPad and start the process?

If you are looking for amazing customer satisfaction Jake Karl is your person. I had a real mess on my hands trying to get my daughter’s phone working right. She has an intellectual disability and therefore She really didn’t know what her passwords were and why her phone didn’t work. Jake had the patience of Job and just worked through everything to get her back in action. It’s always a surprise and a delight when someone does more than sell products and they actually take care of you. Hats off to Jake!!

Ok, been to a couple different Verizon stores here in Madison. Mathew took complete care of myself and another guest at the same time, multitasking between us, keeping us both informed about our phones and contracts. He was downloading the other guest information and while it was doing its thing, he was helping me. He told the other guest, exactly when his download would be completed, and kept right on working. Read everyone elses experiences. Pretty much sums it up. I worked with Logan and Mathew and it went great.The only issue was that I had to buy the iPhone from BestBuy, because the store isnt setup to allow you to buy an iPhone if you are only on a pre-paid plan. But thats a contract that Verizon has with the store, probably. Either way, very much recommend this location. Particularly for the stellar employees.

I had a issue with my phone, so I stopped in and was greeted by Logan. He was extremely helpful, kind, and really took the time to listen and address my issues. Ultimately he was able to give me every option to remedy the problem and with more knowledge than Ive ever received from prior locations. Logan is one of the few people who truly care about gust satisfaction these days and made sure I felt welcomed, plus despite my late arrival he really took the time to listen to all my concerns. After going above and beyond he was also able to save me some money by helping upgrade my plan with options I didnt know about. Logan is one of my new retail heros and is the employee that will keep me and others coming back to this location in the future. I had some questions regarding adding a line on to my existing account and the rep on staff that evening was very professional and very knowledgeable. I recently got a new iphone and the person working was trying to rush me when there was no line and no one waiting. After purchasing the phone i need a case so he showed me the one case they had in there store and it was pink and glittery. As a dude i’m thinking no but he says that it’s just pink on the sides. so we checked out phone cases online and i picked one out and told him i wanted it. he ordered the wrong size phone case because of how much of a rush he was in.

DO NOT ever go to this store. This is not a Verizon Store. The staff is highly unprofessional and under-qualified to work in this industry. They lack experience in using their own order processing system.They are third party retailers. Verizon would not provide support is you go through this store. We had a TERRIBLE customer service experience here. I was due for an upgrade and ordered an iPhone 7 through them and I never received that phone. As it turns out, that someone from store canceled that order and made me lose on a sweet deal and promotion I had ordered my phone under. They cant track what happened to that phone either. They told me they dont know why the order was canceled and who canceled it. Verizon doesnt share their system with this stores system so Verizon doesnt have any answers either. Please save yourself time, money and inconvenience by going to authorized Verizon store and NOT this one EVER!!

I would give this place zero stars. They should not be allowed to even have the name Verizon outside their business. They have to be the rudest most unprofessional people I have ever met. They are quick to tell you they are not part of Verizon we just sell their stuff. Even before you can finish talking. Fortunately they where not the first place I went when I switched to Verizon over 10 years ago because I would have never chose anything Verizon. Glad every other place that has the name on their business is polite and helpful. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.

Be aware of tbis place...horrible customer service. Went in to replace a malfunctioning edge 7. When I purchased the new phone, they were persistent about buying a screen protector from them. Within a few days, the screen protector began to allow dirt between the glass of phone and screen protector. When I took it back, they offered no assistance or refund other than to contact the manufacturer or upgrade to the so called liquid treatment protector. When I contacted the manufacturer, they would only replace it with a 10 dollar shipping fee and the business that sold it to me would have to refund me. Was also overcharged with overage fees.

I bought a phone and it broke the very same night. Defective probobly. I took it back the very next day hoping that exchanging it would be a simple swap rather than a long drawn out repair order. Not a Verizon store - an authorized retailer! Go to a true Verizon store! This place forces you to purchase a car charger, a case and a glass high def screen protector as part of their phone package - $130 plus $20 set up fee. They told me to pick out a case - said that its included and they put the screen protector on without even asking - you dont find out you are charged until you look at the receipt which they put in the bag at the very end. Very deceitful. Also tried to double restocking fee from what was originally written when we tried to return. Stay away!

I wanted to start by saying this is not a Verizon store, its an authorized reseller that only offers Verizon products... and it shows. Staff was very unprofessional and goofing around in the store, they were not attentive to my needs. Was trying to upgrade my iphone 5 to a 6, and it took over an hour, I was the only one in the store.Asked them to show me how to do a few things with my account, they were not helpful and couldnt show me. The staff, including the manager on duty, didnt know what to do on the Verizon website. Asked questions about changing the plan to optimize it and they were not helpful with that at all. Dont go here. Go to the corporate stores in Madison instead.

Purchased a new phone and iPad from this location. within a week, the screen saver that Verizon installed on my phone popped off. I went back in today and they said I could only work through the manufacterer, that they only install the protectors as a courtesy (were really not supposed to do it anyway) and they wouldnt help me. I have now requested a new screen from the manufacturer and had to pay $6 for shipping on the new product. Very unhappy.

The guy working was in the back room when I walked it. there was cleaning spray on the center display. When he came out from the back he asked if there was anything he coul.d help with. I asked if they had the new iPhone he said yeah there up front and then he took a seat behind the counter. I asked if they had any in Stock and from acrossed the store he said unfortunately no, they have to be ordered. I wasnt even interested in the iphone I just wanted to see it. when I looked back at him he was to involved with his phone to notice that the iPhone 7 fell off the display, so I told him and he said just to leave it there. So I laid down the phone and left the store. I forgot to add he didnt have a name tag so I couldnt even tell you who he was.

I used this place twice now and its been okay. They charged me extra for setting up my phone the first time. But most recently I bought a puregear glass screen protector from them for my galaxy s8. After using it we noticed that typing and swiping worked poorly. When I brought it back they said there was no way to give me a refund for the defective product. It wasnt the stores fault because their system wouldnt let them do it. However the company should have stood by their product and they never told me it was non refundable. Im out 50 dollars and am done shopping here.
