I would not do business with them again. They created a lot of damage to our bushes and said they would help replace them and didnt, the did a terrible job of flashing our bay window, the never Insulated under our bay window and their receptionist was very rude and put off when we questioned things. Have hired other people to put on new flashing, have hired other people to do the necessary under window insulation. The bushes need to be replaced and they totally destroyed a dog wood.My advice from my experience is stay away from them and if using them have them put in writing what exactly they are going to do.Make sure you read the fine print and if bushes and shrubs are near the installation have them show you in advance how far them will cut them back. Very disappointed customer.

The whole process from an in-home quote to ordering and installation was terrific. As with most large items ordered during a Covid Pandemic, there was a slight delay in shipping but that was by no fault of Window World Madison and they called to give us updates which was appreciated.The day of installation went great. The crew were all friendly and having windows installed in multiple rooms in two levels, they worked around our babys schedule so his room and the kitchen were accessible when needed.Thank you for a great experience and we are not wanting to rush the seasons but looking forward to a draft-less next winter!

Brian and Jamie installed a living room window. We went from a 30 year old 4 pane crank out window to a center window with a slider on each side. The sales personnel at the start of the project sat with us and we got to customize the window to what we wanted. The demolition and installation went smoothly and completed in three hours. The workmanship of the window is good, but the professionalism and craftsmanship of the install crew was exceptional. They really knew what they were doing. I bought 13 windows from Window World, 20 years ago. They had incredible pricing. After 20 years, one window glass fogged up. I called them and ordered a replacement window. A tech came out and installed the new window in 5 minutes. The window was replaced under their lifetime warranty. NO CHARGE!!! Where can you get that level of service...WOW

Preston, the sales rep, came out and was fine. Lisa in the office was fine, in the beginning. I signed a contract and was approved for financing 10 weeks before the dates I requested for installation. I was told by Lisa that I would receive a call once the windows came in to confirm installation, about 6 to 8 weeks. That never happened. I called to confirm the week before the dates I requested for installation. I received a voicemail from Lisa telling me to expect a call from the installer by 9 am on the date of installation. That didnt happen. I called and spoke to Lisa after 9am was told to expect a call at 11. 11 came and went. I called and spoke to Eric at the office. He told me I was scheduled for the afternoon. It took another 45 minutes to finally get a call from the installer to tell me that they were on their way. The installers did a great job. However, the office and customer service sucked. I had a great experience in the beginning and even had others tell me I was making a good choice. However, if I had to start all over, I wouldnt choose Window World. I feel that if Im spending the kind of money that I did, I at least deserve better customer service then what I received.

I called with an issue with one of my double hung windows which would not close after I cleaned the upper sash. They had a repair crew at my home within 30 minutes and they had the replacement parts needed to fix my window. I was very pleased with how quickly this problem was taken care of!

Best service, best price! If you arent interested in high pressure sales and nonsense, call Window World. They are honest, straightforward, and very competitively priced! I recommend them to anyone getting window work done, at least get a quote... You wont be disappointed!

Preston was an excellent sales rep to work with. He answered all of our questions and was very patient with us. We met with another company prior to Window World and they kept pressuring us and trying to get us to make a big decision after just a couple of minutes. Preston wasn’t like that at all and told us to take our time with our decisions. Lisa, the office manager, was also very easy to work with and available when we had questions about payment and window delivery! Our installers (Kirchner Crew) did a fabulous job! They were able to install our windows a few days prior to our scheduled date and they were quick, efficient, and courteous. Our place was very clean after they finished! I would highly recommend Window World of Madison and the Kirchner Crew for installation if you are looking for new, energy efficient and affordable windows.

Most construction companies no matter what they do Leave a huge mess. Window World not only put in10 upgraded windows in one day. They left the place cleaner inside and out. I had an issue with a window while i was cleaning. Window world sent me a video on how to adjust. I do recommend spending the extra money for the better windows. Because they will still be cheaper than any other company and will save you money every month for now on..... I would have given more stars but they took my Storm windows which were only a few yrs old. When I asked about them. I was told they were thrown away. By my salesman. But years later talking with a neighbor I was told they actually wrapped each storm window and packed them up in their truck. The old windows they took out they threw away. Except one gen-weld which they also kept. I know they resold them or used them somewhere else.

I will never know - they have a four window min. maybe that is good - maybe they dont feel they can give top quality if they over extend. just know condo people .

We chose this company for our windows several years ago because of the low price. Well you really do get what you pay for. The installers left a HUGE gap in the trim after they broke it, said they would be back to fix it and never did. One window got moisture between the panes within the first year, and I called to have them replace it under their lifetime guarantee -they replaced it, but not by installing it, they just shipped a replacement for us to install ourselves. It has been about 8 years now, and EVERY SINGLE WINDOW has moisture in between the panes. They are NOT a good product.

Windows look great, but they put in a window in my garage that did not need replacing. I dont have a hole in my garage where a window should be. Installer said he didnt know which one it was that the window needed to go in. Give me a call or... how about the BIG HOLE IN THE WALL! The sales person insured I would get the proper window installed for free... Considering it took 8 weeks from my payment to have the windows installed, Im not holding my breath too long. Frustrating, but Preston the sales rep was friendly and responsive.Update: I will update this when my job is finished. Great customer service thus far

When i got the quote to replace all my windows i got quotes from everyboby,from the big company that has a million adds on the radio to the local contractor. All quotes were beetwen $17000 and $21000, i decided to call window world there quote was $11000. I was impressed with the price but thats when you starT with all the questions, everything seemed to be like the other companies. So i decided to go with window world, I had 22 windows installed in 2 days. Thats the difference from other companies, some told me they would need a week to install all of them. Just about every window they installed is not sealed at all you can see the outside from inside the house. I had to caulk and apply foam to all of them myself, a few months later the aluminum they wrap on the outside started coming off. I called and was answered but the same sales person that came to my house he said they would take care of it they never did not even after a few more calls. A year later he call me to tell me that they are moving and they were updating customer information and checking if I needed anything, it was the same sales person i told him i was waiting on them to fix the wrap around the windows that were coming off. He told me he was sorry and he would have someone take care of the problem, It has been a few months since than and Im waiting still. I dont think the windows are the problem but the installation(by subcontractors) is horrible, since they get paid by the job they are in and out fast and the quality is zero. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, YOU WILL GET WHAT YOU PAID FOR
