Paid for a like new Mitsubishi alternator, and received a remanufactured alternator.Communication could improve

A great shop that will do just about anything on a mitsubishi. Owners are super nice and can answer any question.

I couldn’t recommend B&M enough. I brought my Evo X to them for a clutch, timing chain, and misc work. They were able to turn around the car quickly and professionally. They were also very accommodating for drop off and pick-up given we were coming from the twin cities. I will definitely be going back. Worst shop Ive ever been to. Went in with a simple problem and when I received my Charger back it was worse than before. Was told they wouldnt fix what they broke, pathetic
