Never have I had a better experience while shopping for mattresses. Brett was incredible to deal with. His level of customer service was surprising. I bought 2 queen plush-top mattresses and a frame from him at a very competitive price. At the time of the purchase, he only had one of the two mattresses that i ordered. This concerned me because my son was coming home from college the following week for Thanksgiving. I had asked Brett to do all he could to try and have them delivered before that. He promised he would. 2 days later, I got a call from the delivery guys (which also provided stellar service). My beds were delivered and setup well before my son got home. In conclusion, promise kept and exceeded. I cant thank you enough! The brand of mattress that we purchased was Symbol. Although we had never heard of that brand before this, we definitely like them. When I need a new mattress or hot tub, I will be coming back. Nice job all around! Thank you.
