An amazing group of people! My girlfriend got her car broken into and needed repairs done, Nikki was abundantly helpful in guiding her on what to do and how the process worked. The staff addressed all her inquires and concerns without hesitation or delay. And the did a really good job on the repairs! We would definitely come back to get more work done to our cars!

I got into a car accident about two weeks ago and was referred to Atlantic Coast through my insurance to make the claim process easier. Now I see why they work with them! I arrived and the first thing Nickie at the front desk asked me was if I was okay and took it from there. The little things matter in certain situations and in this case, Nickie was exceptional and so so kind. She made everything so simple and quick, and easy to understand; after getting into an accident, the last thing anyone wants to do is have to think about doing everything themselves. Nickie made sure I was well taken care of and had Chris inspect my car to get the estimate. He assessed my car and got right to it. My car was ready in less than a week and it looks BRAND NEW! I took my truck here to get a dent and scratch on my right quarter panel repaired and also some rust repaired on my roof around my sunroof. I’m very impressed with the work they did. Not only did they fix the dent on my front end to where you would never know it existed but they also touched up all my little nicks in the bumpers from road debris. They got rid of all the small rust areas on my roof and around my sunroof from wear and tear. They repainted the entire roof. It looks awesome! I also had them paint my brake calipers a nice red to match the trucks accent colors. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for any kind of repairs big or smell. They are a very professional, on time, and fair priced company with great customer service!!!! I’m extremely pleased with my experience!!! 👍🏻😃

These people are very professional, reliable and dedicated to fix a problem. My SUV was damaged by a flying device. My GLE350 was damaged with paint or glue. They immediately jumped to fix the problem. I felt comfortable to trust them with my vehicle. The cost for repairs was reasonable. I had an amazing experience with their excellent customer service. I highly recommend them.

Lets face it - you never really want to need a body repair shop. But let me tell you, if you ever do, this is the place to go and these are the people to see. I would do business with them no matter what they sold. You see, it all boils down to how you treat your customers; no matter what business youre in. If you need auto body repairs - just call them! Theyre reasonable, fast, friendly and caring. Oh, and by the way, my car was repaired and came out better than new.

This company did such a wonderful job on repairing my car body. They were very friendly and showed me how much they appreciated my business; from the moment I called and spoke to receptionist Nicky. I felt confident leaving my car with Atlantic Coast Collision. I was back on the road in three days. They even washed my car for me. My aftermarket bumper looks great and fit exactly flush :) They truly treated me like I was family here.

I was in an automobile accident on March 31 of this year. I had the car towed to them (I am new to the area and they were close to my home). I have been sued by the young man at fault for the accident per police report and a witness on my behalf who gave statement to police onsite while I was transported via ambulance to ER. Nicky who apparently is the owner’s wife has been extremely hard to deal with since the beginning of the nightmare I have found myself in. She knows the other driver is at fault and I could do nothing with car until the insurance companies adjusters did their thing. That being said, she has been nasty, mean,rude and overall disrespectful to me, my attorney, the tow guy that I sent to pick up vehicle after adjusters were there. For 2 months of parking my car in a vacant space on their lot, she charged me $2,950 foe which I had to obtain a loan because I am in a fixed income. This “woman” is the worst business person ever to do business. She should learn respect and customer service. Nicky needs to be in a different profession because Nicky apparently doesn’t like people and has the compassion of a wild animal attacking a weaker prey. She is unfair and her husband should be ashamed to put the public through such horrible treatment. They should both be ashamed of themselves for charging such an exponential rate for zero service! I would rate this business a negative thousand if it were possible. They also tried to rip my fiancé off for some car repairs but he got a second opinion and they were wrong but I am going to let him tell you all about that in his review of this horribly insufficient business. If he had listened to him we would be out another $1200 and it would have been the wrong thing to fix. Run, don’t walk from this place!!!!!

Looking to do a frame on restoration on my 2004 Fort F150 lightning, so my first stop was at Ford and they highly recommended Atlantic Coast Collision. My truck was hit and when I went for my estimate and met the owner Mike. He took extra time to go over thing with me in the 100 degree heat. Being a 3rd party was paying for my damage his staff made the deal go down and being in use my truck for work he made it a point to text me updates and stay in contact. Had Me back in 4 days. Not only was my truck repaired. It was better then it was when I dropped it off and completely detailed. I am not one for reviews. This was my second time having work done by them, and not surprisingly, its the second time I had to bring my car back for something that was not right . Sadly. they tell me the clip on the drivers side will need to be reppalced and will most likely cost about 20 dollars but they will put it in for free. Im satisfied enough with what was done that I will just live with this because Im not going to keep going back and forth.they offered to rectify the issue at no cost to me to avoid me changing this review but they still felt justified with the initial idea of charging me for the bracket because it wasnt in the initial estimate. I dont agree with that.so we will agree to disagree .

VERY DISAPPOINTED ...Going here to get your vehicle repaired. First time there, got an estimate for a small fender-bender on my fifteen-year-old SUV. They want almost $2,000 for VERY minor damage.They even advertise a special program for people that have limited funds or no insurance and they will obtain used parts (which is what we asked for). Thats another reason why the price they estimated is so absolutely ridiculous. Also; the shop itself gives a very bad impression.REVISION:NOW I have proof that THIS SHOP overcharges. I took my SUV to the local, (official) Manufacturers Repair Shop. Most people think they are way too expensive, BUT, the MANAGER gave us THEIR estimate. IT IS (* more than $800.00 CHEAPER than Atlantic Coast Collision! *).

Did a fantastic job repairing my truck and following up with my insurance company to make sure it was properly covered. Absolutely went above and beyond expectations including detailing the interior and exterior to a condition it hasnt seen since it was new...I would definitely recommend them!

I am so happy I brought my car to Mike- actually, I didnt even have to bring it to him- He came to the house and picked it up in the morning, and just a few hours later called me with a detailed estimate, which was very reasonable. He updated me regularly over the next few days as some parts had to be ordered, and still had my car back sooner than I expected. Above all, my car now looks every bit as good as the day I drove it brand new out of the dealership. His workmanship on the repair was pristine AND he had even detailed the interior of the car as a courtesy! Nick, Nikki, and Mike are good people, and they run a nice, clean shop. I (and other members of my family) have trusted them for car repairs for nearly a decade. Most recently, I needed damage repaired for two different incidents (one paid by me and the other paid by the person who hit me). Nikki prepared two detailed estimates, arranged payment by two different methods, and kept in contact with me every step of the way. They even coordinated with my mom to pick up the vehicle since I was out of the country while it was being repaired. The car was delivered on time, and they even cleaned the interior for me! They know car repairs are stressful for all involved, and they work hard to make it as positive an experience for their customers as possible.

From day one, they were kind and explained it all to me of my options and I asked for calls if anything came up. I got phone calls for estimates and updates. In the waiting room, they offer you drinks and make sure you’re accommodated in case you don’t need a ride.Not only that, I needed time until Monday to come get my car and no charge at all! I was surprised and I picked up my car on Monday.Today was great because not only does the back look great but they cleaned my entire car inside and outside. Car dealers charge for that and I didn’t even ask! This is CUSTOMER SERVICE above and beyond 👍🏻👍🏻

Phenomenal experience! The quality of work on my vehicle was outstanding and only took a couple of days -- the fastest service I ever received. The owners are wonderful people who are very warm and compassionate. They saved me about 40 percent on a new tire that my insurance didnt cover. I would recommend this shop to anyone.

They put a used door on my car with old dry rotted weather stripping. $3300 and couldnt put new weather stripping on the window that they replaced. ..and then tells me thats just the way it is. Find another place. ...do yourself that favor.

Few months ago, I took my car in to get some body work done. keep in mind I drove my car there. The owner conducted a walk-around with no issued reported.They explained it would take about two weeks to have everything done, but realistically it took almost month.Finally I received feedback explaining my car is ready to be picked up. When I started my car it was vibrating very hard. Also keep shutting off.I drove it almost half-way out of the parking lot before shutting off again. This time engine light came on. Facility owner explained they will have there mechanic look at the car. They changed several parts on my car just to get me half-way home.I wouldnt recommend anyone to take their car or have any work done at this facility. I end up spending more to get my car fixed than what the paint job had cost.

Unfortunately I got into an accident and needed a new front bumper. Everyone here at Atlantic Coast Collision was great. My car looks perfect and the price was certainly right! I would recommend them to anyone needing work done!

Just wanted to say what a great job Nikki and the crew did after being hit from behind and having damage not only to the back of my car but also the front, I was devastated not knowing what to do the person who hit me called their insurance company and within a day Nikki called me had all the information ready, including the rental I was going to use during the time my car was being repaired, I dropped my car off and she took care of every thing, within a week my car is now back with me and I couldnt be happier it looks amazing . Thank you Nikki for everything, even you not knowing how important my car is to me, I didnt tell you but about two years ago I got terminally Ill and lost everything, I had to move in with family after 3 surgeries in one month and could not work for six months . I took three buses when I did start back to work and it took me 6 months to save for my down payment on my car ...after i was hit although the damage to the car wasnt unfixable it was heart breaking to me ....Thanks a million for being so nice and getting me back on the road .

Had rear bumper replaced on my truck. As far As the bumper itself is concerned, Im very disappointed with Ford, poor finish and defective. However, very happy with the installation. From estimate to completion, I experienced nothing but total professionalism, very courteous treatment, excellent customer service, polite and friendly treatment by both the office as well as Matt. Matt was very straight forward and easy to deal with person. I was provided a complete and professional writren estimate broken down by line items. I paid for the bumper, he ordered it the next day. I brought the truck as scheduled and work was done and returned as promised. They detailed the truck. Upon inspection, I noticed couple of defects on the bumper and Matt offered immediately, to order another one so we can be sure and if the new bumper looks better, he will replace. I agreed and he order another bumper and 48 hrs later, I visited the shop, we looked and it had the exact same defect which is a Ford issue. I left satisfied that it was a Ford issue not Atlantic Coast. They really tried their best to make me happy and for that I very pleased, but poor part manufacturing, wasnt tgeir fault. I will definitely recommend Atlantic Coast and Matt to anyone I know and Im planning on having them paint my 08 F250 in 2019.

Greatest company to work with. My company has a fleet of vans whom Atlantic works on.Nikki and Nick the owners are so helpful and deliver when they say they will.They are professional and have never taken advantage of us on any repairs.They will also tow vehicles in.
