Worst customer service ever, I was trying to get my phone fixed this pass Saturday.That same Saturday I picked up my phone with a new LCD screen because that was the issue I went in therefore. 20 minutes later I was trying to take pictures with friends and family I was trying to rush back to the store to tell him that issue that my life my camel was in work but the store was close. So I had to wait for them to open up on Monday. So when I got there all Monday I tried to tell a story or owner my situation about the camera was in working the technician said I needed to update my software and then my cameras gonna work. So I did everything what technician told me to do but my camera wasnt still working. So the store owner try to blame everything on me and say O the phone camera was working but that was in the case. Because all he did was check if if the connection of the network was working and granite yes I blame myself for not noticing that situation before I left the store but remind you I couldnt go back that same Saturday because the store was close. SoThe owner of the store said it was my fault but he said I 7 days of warranty and remind you it wasnt even more then 24 hours if you count them all the hours up if i had got to the store at 4:00 p.m. and in i had got back to the store all Monday at 10:00 a.m.Because the stores close on Sunday. So make a long story short he called the police and switch his whole demeanor towards me And told a bogus lie to the police. All I wanna was a full refund and put my old screen back on my phone. This was the worst customer service Ive experienced in my whole entire life I would never ever ever ever recommend nobody to shop at that store.

Came in for a screen replacement on Thursdy 6-10, paid extra for a case and screen protector then less than a week later the entire screen started lifting off the phone and when I took a day offf to come in and get it fixed the owner was yelling at me saying it was my fault the phone screen is lifting off when I didnt even take the phone out of the case I PAID EXTRA for. What a RIP OFF! Shouldve read their reviews instead of supporting a local business and taken my business elsewhere! Crooks

My iPhone 11 broke they said they could “fix” it but all they did was put my entire mother board into another iPhone body when my antenna was entirely messed up so they said it was “fixed” made me pay 400 dollars when I couldn’t use my phone at all . Couldn’t make calls, texts, or access any internet at all, I got finessed 🤷🏾‍♂️
