We went to a store in Marietta where a sales person called Ola help us find the mattress. I was great got what we want with a fair price but what was even better was the attitude of Ola. He gave us space to make our own decision, kept us informed of the technical details and was very open to hear what our needs were in regards a mattress. So just want to say it again thank you Ola.

Found the perfect mattress right within budget and I’m so excited to bring it home! Cyndyl was so sweet, knowledgeable, and helpful in suggesting mattresses AND pillows at a great price, and really if you have a great mattress but a bad pillow you’re just not getting your money’s worth. She was great about giving advice but wasn’t pushy at all, and I really enjoyed talking to her! Will definitely come back here next time I need a mattress!

I chose Mattress Firm based on advertisement on their website. They advertised that I could find a 1 piece king box spring at their company, if not at the store. The web site also states free delivery and take away the old mattress and box springs.When I got there, Hayden, my sales person keep trying to sell me the highest priced mattress first, even though I came in to get a specific one that was on sale and kept telling Hayden what I wanted.Well, not only did they not have one piece king box spring, free delivery means to the front door only. To get them to come in and put up the new mattress and box springs, and take away the old, there was a charge.Both items are false advertising and misleading to the public. I did end up buying but was told I would not have a problem returning within a certain time frame.Good so far. However, when it came time to pay, my sales person asked me to sign on the front page which was my receipt What he did not show me, mention I should read it, and did not take time to go over the last page. It states if you return it, you not only have to pay a return delivery fee, but you have to pay a restocking fee equal to 10% of the original price you paid. You can return once, but you dont get your money back, only credit toward another mattress. Then If you get a second mattress and dont like it, then another delivery fee to come get it PLUS another restocking fee of 20%! PLUS any state use taxes that they are required to apply. What a RIP OFF.I DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING FROM THEM!Go to Wayfair, they deliver for free, and do give you a new mattress if the one you bought isnt as advertised, or refund your full amount.

I went having the slightest idea of what type of Mattress I wanted (Medium Firm, Plush). I was greeted by Trevor and he was so helpful! I told him my budget and from there he worked magic. He showed me about four different options and after that I made a decision. I thought it would be a long, drawn out process but he made it quick and thorough.

We purchased a Tempur-pedic mattress from Trevor at the East Cobb location and he has just been awesome to work with. His knowledge of the mattresses it really something and the customer service is about the best I have experienced in any retail place I have ever been. I have called and emailed him multiple times with questions and he always is so kind and responds so quickly. We ended up exchanging for a different Tempur-pedic than originally purchased and he made it an easy and flawless procedure. I will not purchase another mattress from anyone but him in the future and will highly recommend Mattress Firm and Trevor at the East Cobb location.

I had done some research and decided that Tempur-Pedic was probably the best new mattress and bed for us but wanted to make sure the features were what we expected and if the price worked. Mattress Firm is by my house and the display gave us a chance to compare different styles and compare features against price. We were greeted right away, made comfortable and worked with Kevin Deal to get all the information we needed and see if we could make a decision today. He was great to work with, answered all our questions and helped us pick the right mattress and Base for us and we happily are new owners of a king size mattress and all the extras that worked for us. I recommend both the store and the product and look forward to having it delivered and improving my sleep.

My husband and I do not at ALL like the same mattress firmness, and weve struggled with this for years. For him, the firmer the better (hes a step away from a wood floor, haha). I prefer some cushion. We finally decided to go the two twin beds to make a king route, and when we went to Mattress Firm we were hopeful but also ready to keep looking if we didnt find exactly what we wanted. Trevor was fantastic. He worked with us for a while until we both found our ideal beds and then also helped us to find the most reasonable pricing/ideal set-up. He was super helpful, honest and friendly. We love our new beds and we appreciate his time and care!
