WOW! Tucker was amazing at helping my husband and I decide on the right mattress for us. Ive never felt so informed about mattresses and what they are made of and how they are constructed. Im so glad we took the time to walk into this store and learn more about these mattresses made right here in Atlanta! I didnt feel any pressure to make a decision immediately and Tucker was great at explaining everything at a level we could understand and anticipating our questions before we even asked them. You wont be disappointed visiting them for your mattress needs!

Every time we need to new mattress, we drive to Marietta to visit Original Mattress Factory. Yesterday we bought our sixth mattress in 20 years as teenagers are moving from twin to bigger beds. Tucker walked us through our choices and let my teen daughter lay down on a dozen models to see which one she liked best. He was available to answer questions but gave us plenty of space to talk and try them. My daughter felt like Goldilocks until we find one that was just right! Picking it up today! Give OMF a try. You will be glad you did!

UPDATE FROM MY LAST REVIEWThanks for the quick response. The Customer service experience when we came was EXCELLENT. The man who attended to us was really nice and he said he was one of the owners. We chose a different mattress and paid the difference. Our mattress was delivered to us on Tuesday 9/15.Heres what we experience -Across the mattress, its like the elevation or surface level isnt consistent. This one feels much softer dont get me wrong but when you sleep, its like the upper part of your body is on one level, my waist to my neck is on another level and then my head is on a different level. Always waking up tired and with pain. Honestly, I wish i was not writing this review but this is what we are experiencing.

This is the second round of purchases from this location. Their products are of the highest quality.

Was able to order 2 mattresses today in less than 20 minutes they take extra precautions to limit the spread of COVID .

We have purchased a number of sets over the years. Most have been considered an excellent purchase. My husband even worked there which he enjoyed until leaving. The products are much better than the owners. Enough said. We will probably purchase again.

Gary was most helpful, took time to explain the features of the product. He took the time to work with me and my husband because I was most indecisive. We left pleased with our choice and slept very well on our new mattress and box springs.

I have been wanting to write this review for over 9 months now but each time, my wife persuades me to still keep trying the mattress. I must say at this point, I have had enough!! When they take you in for that presentation where they compare other mattresses to theirs, please take whatever is said with a grain of salt. After we got that mattress, it didnt take up to 5 months before things started going south. Our bodies dont feel relaxed or rested when we lay on the bed, wake up in the morning with pains! Each time I pass by the mattress factory, It always just reminds me of the regret I feel for being a customer.

They have a presentation they put you through, which is hard to hear, them showing you why their beds are better. Would be better in the show room, not the factory floor. Its hard enough to hear with mask on, even harder with machines working right behind you. For us, the entier visit not good experience. First off, when a customer tells you they feel like theyre rolling off the bed, you dont tell the customer they are not laying correctly. REALLY??!!!! The customer is laying the way they sleep, the way they feel comfortable. Who are you to say how someone sleeps. And to tell them they are crooked, not straight, dont know about you, but I do belive a large percentage of those who sleep, dont sleep at attention, excluding first week of basic training for military folks. On another note. Its great you are using plastic to lay on the beds for customers testing the beds. But maybe you should explain that first, before you start showing the beds and having the customers start on one end, just to send them back to the front to get their plastic. Needless to say, we didnt buy from them.

We researched mattress on line for months and came to the conclusion that price is an overrated indicator of quality and that most on line reviews cant be trusted. It was clear that for any brand or line about 10% of people will hate even the top rated products. We saw we were going to have to visit stores and try the beds out. The Original Mattress Co. was our first and last stop shopping. Our salesman was great and the Factory tour showed us exactly what we were getting. There was no pressure to up sell us and our Salesman answered all our questions and explained the differences in their beds. The White Glover deliver and set up was right on time and done by two associates. The entire set up took less than 20 min. from start to finish. The bed sleeps great and we will definitely use them again if the bed holds up. We have only had it a few weeks so far. We paid about 1/2 of what I thought we would.

Excellent from purchase to installation. Salesperson took the time to show the construction of the mattress and scheduled the delivery. Delivery/installation team was very professional and very good at setting up the bed. We will purchase from them again.

Im happy with the twin beds we have purchased for kids (4 in total) but our 3 year old king size serenity plush has worn so quickly that it now causes back pain. It was great for the first year and a half, but even after frequent rotations it has worn to the point of not providing adequate support. Well be moving away from memory foam and to another vendor for the king. 2K should last longer than 3 years.

ATTENTION TRUCKERS!!! If you have a delivery they will provide you a last door between the ramp and parked trailers on the east side of building. For bobtail with sleeper and 53’ trailer is a very hard to park on the door, there is curb in front and dirt and is very possibly to break your bumper! Otherwise the staff is very polite and frendly!

Most uncomfortable mattress ever! I have back problems. I had an old mattress that was hurting my back. With this new mattress I wake up in PAIN! Wish I didnt get the mattress

*WARNING* Rock Hard Bed AheadWe had been looking for a mattress for quite a while and decided to go with the Orthopedic Pillow Top because it seemed like such a great value. My wife prefers a firm mattress and I prefer something a bit softer so this seemed like a good compromise.What was delivered was nothing like what was in the two showrooms we visited. The bed that was delivered is rock hard. It hurts our backs worse than our old wore out mattress did. You can literally feel the innersprings through the thin padding. How can you make a pillow top mattress this uncomfortable? In my world this is called bait & switch.Ive always stayed away from companies that didnt offer a return policy and I should have held my ground. That alone says a lot about a company. This company does not let you return a mattress. Once they have your money...you are out of luck. They do let you change to a different mattress firmness but you have to pay an additional 25%. 😳I was looking forward to getting a great nights sleep on a new mattress but now Im just tossing and turning all night and this is with us putting a 3 latex topper on it. My recommendation: avoid this company. What you see is not what you get and they dont offer a return policy.

We bought 3 mattresses from here over the last 2 years. The kids beds were fine. Our queen was MUCH harder than the showroom mattress (apparently they dont rotate them so laying on one there was mis-informing). So we tried one last time with a King size plush, staying away from firm or pillow and taking 15 minutes straight to lay down and try the bed. They were very helpful in trying out the mattress, even let me try the specific one we ended up purchasing. The new mattress is great.Update, Dec 2017. We replace the King a few years back - it didnt last that long. I think the Original Mattress Factory lives on the notion that people buy multiple mattresses until they find the right one. Not really innovating or crushing it on the quality or fit for the person.

Ive bought a few beds here and they are the best value around. They make them right on the location. The people are friendly and the product is superior to most beds you can buy today at the little stores on every corner.

I just assumed he works for an independent delivery company. While standing at the door, proceeds to recite what they will not do and what I will have to do concerning our delivery.

Had an OMF mattress 25 yrs ago and loved it. Owned it for 15 yrs. Moved from the Atlanta area and bought a high end name brand mattress to fit new queen size bed. Name brand had to replace it TWICE in 10 yrs due to sagging. Visited Atlanta recently and was looking for a real flippable mattress and learned OMF carries a large selection of them including pillowtops that you can flip Sales person was very knowledgeable, but I was already sold due to the quality of the previous mattress compared to the high end name brand. Ive had it for 5 days now and no more back pain! I expect to have this mattress for years to come with no sagging issues.

Horrible place to buy a mattress. Way overpriced for what you get. There is NO warranty and No satisfaction guaranteed, they charge you 20% more if you want to “trade” your brand new but unacceptable to sleep on mattress. Buyer beware. I would not recommend this place to anyone!!. . . . . . . . .3 YEARS LATER = MATTRESS HAS DEVELOPED A SET WHERE WE LAY. YES WE ROTATE AND FLIP IT. MY WIFE AND I CRAWL INTO OUR MATTRESS HOLES EVERY NIGHT AND STILL REGRET THE PURCHASE. (AND WE DID PURCHASE THE HIGHER END MODEL.)

As usual when an associate is trying to make a sale the service is good, however, once the sales experience is over the customer service is non existent. I purchased one of the most expensive mattresses offered from this establishment which was one of the memory foam mattresses that they stated was their highest quality product line. I paid in excess of two thousand dollars for this item. The mattress has turned out to be sub par and of inferior quality. When I was called by one of their staff to ask if I was happy with the purchase I explained to them that I was not pleased with their product. The response I received was unacceptable. I was asked if I layed on it in the store and I said yes, however, I explained that it was hard to get a real feel for a mattress by laying on one for a few minutes in a store. Their solution was for me to give them more money so that they could provide me a different mattress of even less quality because as I explained above I had already purchased their highest quality and most exspensive mattress. It is not logical to give them the higher quality and more exspensive mattress back in addition to more money for them to replace it with a less expensive and an even lower quality mattress. When I explained this was not a reasonable solution I was told to go buy a mattress topper and then the representative wanted to end the call. When you spend thousands of dollars on a new product that does not live up to claims or expectations the solution should not have to be to spend more money to cover up the inferior product. Their were no reasonable solutions offered by The Original Mattresses Factory and of course they have not called back since I expressed my displeasure with their product and their customer service. Be very cautious shopping here because they have no desire to insure satisfaction. The customer service after the sale is deplorable.

We had our mattress less the 6 mths and it started sagging. We called they came and picked out mattress up we had to sleep on a air mattress. They brought it back and it was the same. I spoke to the sales person and he gave me no hope for a resolution.
