Corey was wonderful. Were a couple of really old ladies, very familiar with mattresses as weve had several over our lifetimes, wanting to test everything, and Coreys smarts, humor and patience were above and beyond. Big Thank You.

First time buying a brand new mattress for myself and my wife. Walked into the store and was greated by a great guy who let us just walk the show room without any pressure from him at all and he was there anytime we did have a question, which was many. But walked out happy as could be knowing that I had a brand new mattress being delivered 2 days later. All around the experience was fantastic.Now Im on to see how well thime 5 stars hold up when I tell them that the sales man and were correct on the firmness of the mattress and my wife was wrong. She wanted a plush one thinking that it would be better on her back. I wanted a medium because I do like it to be soft but we both were waking up each morning in such agony from back pain so I knew that we needed, had to have something with more support. So now Im going to try and test out this 100 night trial and see how smooth or not this process is. Hopefully they keep up the 5 stars. Get back afterwards and let yall know

I had a great experience at Mattress Firm today. My sales rep was David and he did an outstanding job helping me choose a mattress. I originally went to Ashley Furniture but didnt like how that was going so I went to Mattress Firm and I am so glad I did. (Mark Arum recommends Mattress Firm which is why I went there next). I gave David some info such as my budget, sleep position, current mattress type, and health issues. He narrowed down my choices to 3 mattresses and then I couldnt decide between my 2 favorite. After about an hour or maybe longer of debating I finally chose the Sleepys Curve memory foam mattress. I attached a picture of the mattress. I really do recommend going to Matress Firm so you have the opportunity to test out many different mattresses in one store. I am very happy with my purchase and a big thank you to David for being so patient with me while I was deciding what I wanted to do.

I had a GREAT experience here. Had a broken box spring that I needed replaced SAME DAY. Called in and spoke with Jennifer and she went above and beyond to find me a good deal. Really searched the back inventory and was able to get me set up with a great price and quality product. I was able to conveniently pay thru a link and pick it up a couple hours later. I run an AirBnB and will definitely come back again.

Service in store was great; however that is only half of the business. My mattress did not come at the time it was supposed to. I was initially upset because I had to stay up late to be there when they dropped it off; however, the next day, I was contacted by a representative who offered me a partial discount due to the inconvenience. What great customer service!

First time bed buyer.David made it an exceptionally smooth experience.After going to several different outlets including Sleep Number and various other stores, I came back to this Mattress Firm location to make my final purchase.I bought a Tempurpedic mattress and adjustable base.David even honored a $500 price difference because Tempurpedic launched a special sale after I had made my purchase. What a guy!

Hi I ordered a mattress online for the Fourth of July and I received the wrong mattress it took me two months to find a mattress firm near me but they assisted me and exchange my old mattress for my new mattress with no problem I love mattress firm I’ve been a customer for 20 years and I will continue being one

Went there to try out mattresses, with the attention of not buying one, (I’m sure most people say that) but the salesman, Benjamin Austin, was absolutely amazing! Very nice guy! Very funny!
