Our 5yo son was having problems sleeping in his room. Merissa found the perfect mattress for him. It’s firm enough not or swallow you but still seems soft and comfortable on top. About a year later it still feels firm and hasn’t confirmed to his shape. He now sleeps throughout the night most nights. I occasionally still have to lay down with him to get him down, but then I just have to worry about falling asleep myself because it’s so comfortable! Thank you Merissa.

Absolutely fantastic experience. I cant recommend coming here more. I found their ad on craigslist and sent an email, Merissa replied within a few minutes, then we exchanged numbers to set up an appointment. It was simple, I picked the day and time, she agreed and sent me a more detailed set of directions in case Google got me turned around (it did, a little).I arrived a few minutes early and met Merissa. Shes the perfect sales person. Informative, enthusiastic, but not pushy in any way. She answered all my questions and addressed concerns while I tested a few of the beds. Its a small showroom but the perfect size for what they carry, she didnt push me towards the pricier mattresses, only suggested I would likely find them more appealing. I did, but I was working within a budget from my insurance company. This was no problem, she didnt balk at me spending less, she just wanted me to get what I wanted. Really, zero pressure from start to finish. I picked out a mattress, added box springs because the price was great, and set up a delivery within my busy schedule. It was no hassle at all. She offered a mattress pad as an add-on but again, didnt pressure me in any way to buy it, she just wanted me to know about it and have the option. Delivery came right on time 3 days later as planned, no problems there either.I wouldnt hesitate to buy from them again and would tell anyone I know to check them out. Very fair pricing based on what I had been researching, a good quality mattress, informative, polite service without pressure, and just overall a pleasant experience. A+++++

My husband and I have purchased 3 mattresses, a box spring, 2 frames, 2 pillows, and a bunky board from Mattresses By Appointment... Clearly, we keep coming back for more! The last purchase was for a Premasleep, which were unboxing today. Merissa is a consummate professional. She knows everything about every product in the space. We tested without rushing. Its delightfully clean and intimate. You spend 1/3 of your life on bed; now ours is the most blissful sanctuary.

The process was quick and easy. I was able to get an appointment the day after calling and my mattress was delivered same day. The owner was also friendly. However, I was disappointed upon receiving my mattress. I purchased what was supposed to be identical mattresses for my son and I. His in Queen and mine in King. His mattress feels like the floor model, which I loved, and to me felt like a medium on the firmness scale. Mine on the other hand feels completely firm. Way too firm for my liking. There’s no returns or exchanges so I’m hoping that sooner rather than later it’ll soften up some or else I’ll have to buy another mattress.Also, while in the store purchasing my mattresses, I debated out loud about whether I needed box springs or not because both my son and I have platform beds. I told her I didn’t think I needed them for that reason and left it at that. When I got home I read the paper that was included with my receipt and it discussed caring for your mattress and how it is necessary to support your mattress and that failure to do so will void your warranty. Also, upon delivering my bed, the driver confirmed that at the least I would need bunkie boards for my beds. At that point it was too late in the evening to purchase them from her, she was going out of town the following day, and I honestly wasn’t too enthused to have to pay another delivery fee for items I would’ve purchased initially had I been more informed at the time of purchase. I ended up purchasing two box springs elsewhere.

Merissa was great, when I’m spending my money I expect good customer service and Merissa was great. She explained the SNAP process in a way that I understood. She’s very knowledgeable of her products gave me a great recommendation on the type of mattress I needed as I have lower back problems. I needed a California King which had to be ordered but she set my expectations for delivery and they were delivery on said date between the type frame given. I moved into a new apartment almost two weeks ago and desperately needed a new mattress set. I took to Craigslist and found an ad for Mattress by Appointment. I sent Merissa a text the next day and she was able to fit me in for an appointment the same day, which was great because I moved the next day.Although she gave excellent directions, I am still prone to getting lost almost anywhere I go and Merissa was very kind when I called to ask for help finding her. I was greeted very warmly once I arrived and she offered snacks and beverages. Merissa told me to go into the kitchen and get whatever I wanted-I certainly did!! There were SO. MANY. SNACKS. I felt very welcomed and valued by the way I was treated. The entire time I spent in the store was amazing.Merissa assisted me in finding the perfect bed for the perfect price. I couldnt believe how little I paid for such a great set. I applied and was approved for financing, but Merissa did not try to upsell me on anything or take advantage of the credit limit. The only thing she urged me to purchase, even if it was not from her, was a mattress cover. I purchased one from her as well as a pillow for side sleepers. I wanted to purchase two, but Merissa advised against it since I am a single person, the pillow was expensive (its not the typical pillow), and I really did not need two of this particular type of pillow. I was impressed because Im certain not many other business owners would have done that.We set up delivery for the next day. Travis, Merissas husband delivered my new bed while I was still moving and he was just as awesome as Merissa was. He asked if I would like for him to set the bed up and I said yes. I was away during the setup, but came back just as he was leaving. I asked him if I could tip him and he refused. WHAT?!?! He said the delivery was all a part of the customer experience and they strive to make it a great one. Let me tell you, it definitely was!! I dont think Ive ever had this much fun shopping for furniture. I couldnt wait to tell people I know about this gem of a business. If Im ever in need of another bed, I know where Im going to get it.

Where do I start about my GREAT EXPERIENCE with purchasing a mattress from MBA. Purchasing a mattress is a very personal and nerve racking chore but Merissa was fantastic. She worked with my budget (broke😂) and eased my mind. Merissa went above and beyond, I left her showroom with a Mattress purchase, mattress cover and resources to help me get settled in Georgia.What about the mattress you ask? Well it was delivered and set up the same day by a young man with the most gracious spirit. My MBA mattress makes it hard for me to get out of bed and when I am out of bed I am waiting for bed time to get back in bed. I LOVE MY BED NOW...... thank you guys.

I just want to say that Merissa and Marcus are wonderful. Great customer service and I definitely enjoyed doing business with them both. Ive had my mattress for only one day but let me tell you, when I laid down for the night, I was planning on watching my favorite show and only lasted maybe only 5 minutes before I was out for the night. Marissa was really great. She was very patient and considerate what else could you want. She walked us through each and every thing we looked at told us all about it and pretty much left us alone when we want to look without any sales pitch. We chose two mattresses for a double king. Stop looking, and come here! Merissa was so wonderful to work with. I found an ad for a queen mattress on Facebook, and scheduled an appointment for the same day. She was so wonderful to allow me to bring my dog into her store, too. We came for the mattress, but stayed for the conversation. So nice, so informative, so well-educated in the products, not pushy, and really worked for me based on my needs. I will be coming back here for future mattress purchases, without a doubt.

I recently moved to Atlanta from California and needed new beds. My husband went online and found Matttress by Appointment and had me call. Marissa, was wonderful even over the phone. When I made it in to test mattresses she never pressured me and gave me all the information I asked for. Im in loooove with my new purchase!!! My husband and I have never slept so soundly. He has even recorded me snoring!!! Im definitely purchasing from Marissa again for our guest rooms!!!

This was one of the best merchant experiences Ive ever had- one phone call, text message confirmation and 20 minutes in the store, most of which was spent lying on the excellent mattress. I left the store about 3:30 on a Saturday and slept on the mattress that same night. Travis was an absolute delight and deftly brought my bed inside without a scuff, scratch or problem. I highly recommend this service.

It was so nice to not feel pressured as I was looking and trying out different mattresses.
