So although this salon came highly recommended to me, it was a bit too far for me for maintenance cut and color, plus extensions. Despite this, Marta the salon manager whose Instagram I had stalked because of her artistry was willing to answer my questions about extensions and hair care overall. There’s a lot to be said about skill and talent of her caliber, but even more to be said about a person being kind,Honest, and helpful knowing that they have nothing to gain. Thank you Marta for being so helpful.

If you have curly or multiethnic hair, consider going somewhere else to get your hair done. They are not respectful or inclusive. I have curly hair and made an appointment online to get it straightened. I texted the stylist a picture of my hair blown out to tell her thats how I would be coming in. She moved my appointment to the last slot of the day because she said it would take too long and she didnt want to mess up the schedules. I felt like that was disrespectful of my time, and made me feel like a burden that had to moved to the last possible slot to accommodate them.The second appointment I made to get my hair straightened again (one week later), they let me know up front that it would be $65 instead of the usual $30 because my service was actually a silk press. I dont think they even know the definition of a silk press, as I was coming in with my hair ALREADY blown out. When I questioned the price increase, they told me that they just changed their policy in the LAST week. To top it off, when I didnt respond for 15h because I was working a night shift, she had the audacity to say she was cancelling my appointment. Even though the appointment was scheduled a week-and-a-half in advance and there was no urgency to receive confirmation from me. This stylists name was Kristen S. I recommend avoiding her if you can. She was incredibly unprofessional and hostile, attempting to instigate an argument with me over text. She must have a lot of time on her hands. Clearly business is slow.The stylists do a decent job on your hair, but it comes at the cost of feeling marginalized and discriminated against for having a hair texture different than theirs. I would strongly recommend anyone with curly or textured hair to take their money elsewhere. There are many other salons to go where you will feel respected. I strongly recommend Personal Expressions studios in Haddonfield. Much more professional and inclusive.

I bought my first good foundation from here. I didnt know where to even start. You automatically walk into a heaven of powdered and liquid products ready to be put on your face and nails. I had a really nice gentleman help me find my complexion based foundation based on my personal needs when it comes to the conditon of my skin which is definitely a bonus. He even applied it to my face so I know Im getting the right one. It is a little pricey there but the make up is fantastic and it will last you a long time. :)

I just had an absolutely amazing experience with Alecia! I went in needing help with eyelashes due to having no experience with these and she spent a great amount of time explaining from the start to finish process and finding out what would be best for me. Her customer service is the best I have seen in a long time! Thank you so much!

Ive been going to see Dana P for over 2 yrs now. She did such a wonderful job each and every time that I went that I want to take her home so I never have to worry about my hair looking great. She cuts, colors and styles perfectly everytime. Her personality is the Best and so are other members of the staff. Go you wont be disappointed!!!

Staff was rude, which I have never experienced there before? The cashier was the only one who actually was polite.

They did a great job with my wifes hair. I am, however, worried about the dozen or so cockroaches I found on my car after we exited the building.

I would love it more but my most recent trip I was bombarded with overstimulating overenthusiastic employees who tried to help me 3x within 20 seconds if someone says no to one emoyee feet from you, dont come over and ALSO try to see if they need help. I felt so stressed out I left the high end makeup area and stuck to the boarder of the store, where nobody could jump attack me and try to sell me something I wasnt going to buy. Ulta is turning into a giant mall kiosk where the guys chase you around trying to get you to buy things that dont work. Dissapointed.

This isnt my favorite ulta but its still an awesome place. Love the staff. They are all very friendly and eager to help.

Two of the 4 products I purchased had sale signs posted. When I got to the register the girl told me she wasnt responsible for the signage and wasnt giving me the price.
