This place really feels like a small town pharmacy. I have three young kids and feel like I have to come in for one reason or other all the time. The clerks make an effort to learn/remember your names, the pharmacists are kind and helpful. Jim (didn’t catch your last name sorry!) was especially helpful! I needed a new pacifier for my baby but she needs a specific size/model and not every one carries it. With the Stay At Home order from the governor I didn’t want to come in to the store to look for it in case it wasn’t in. Jim answered my call, looked for the product, and even set it aside for me to come and pick up. Thank you!

They have changed out a lot of team. Much improved service. Feels like a normal pharmacy experience now. Good job 👍

I called to ask about my prescription that gets automatically filled every 3 months to see if it was ready. They told me that all of a sudden my insurance doesn’t cover it and they cannot refill it for me anymore. Meanwhile I have to take it every night, so you would think they would give me a call ahead of time to tell me about this. When I asked if there was anything I could do to get the prescription someway, somehow today, I got screamed at and was given attitude by the pharmacist. The first time I called, I was speaking to a nice lady who was giving me options, but when I called back to speak with her again, this other woman answered and was extremely rude about the case. I asked to speak to the prior lady and she put me on hold for 20 mins and never put her on the phone. I don’t understand the rudeness and lack of help. Pharmacists are supposed to help you and fill your prescriptions, not tell you there is nothing they can do and hang up on you. Now I am without a prescription until my doctors office opens tomorrow.

Absolutely the worst pharmacy ever. My prescription are never ready when they tellMe they will be. Today I went in at 5:45 they told me 15 min I said I have to run my daughter to practice I’ll be back. 8:05 they tel me it’s still not ready and can be 30 min or longer! How they hell is that possible! And they close at 9. Guess I’m waiting till tomorrow to get my script and switching to the other cvs in town

The store is fine but this is the worst pharmacy I have ever used. They are very conveniently located to Kings Grant but time after time the pharmacist doesnt fill RX in a timely manner and is very hard to communicate with. I have never been so frustrated with a pharmacy. Yesterday afternoon my daughters pediatrician sent through a prescription for antibiotic. I called. They said they would expedite it for me and text me when it was ready. Meanwhile my daughter was coughing and short of breath all night. I called this morning and the system said the rx was ready... but they dont open until 10AM. They never texted last night. I wish I had used another pharmacy so my four year old didnt have to suffer all night. A prescription for amoxicillin for a four year old shouldnt be this hard to get.

The workers here treat you horribly! And forbid customers to purchase items although you’re allowed to purchase them.

Pharmacist couldnt find my perscription. Said she had nothing in the computer about the Patient or Prescription. Didnt make any attempt to locate the physical paper slip. Now i cant even get the prescription slip back. She got angry when i asked her about the paper slip. Now i have to go back to my doctor and have her rewrite the perscription.

Horrible, Horrible place. I dropped off pain medication for a seriously injured person today at around 4pm and instantly the pharmacy tech looked at me with suspision. She proceeded to ask the pharmacist something (they refused to acknolwlege my presence). I asked the tech if there was a problem, and did not really get a coherent awnser. I asked her to please contact the patient once it is filled, and she simply shook her head and gave me a nasty look. I checked in with the patient at 9pm and IT IS STILL BEING PROCESSED AT THE PHARMACY!! I understand that people abuse opioids but these pharmacists treat everyone with a perscription for a controlled substance like a criminal. I will never be going back there.

This cvs is great! It has a very friendly, neighborhood, corner store kind of vibe. Its not like most of the other cvss now, its old school. Most of its customers are local (from Kings Grant and Barton Run) so you will see a lot of the same people when you visit, I know a lot of the clerks by name and overall the store has a very friendly atmosphere.Zack, Charlotte, Sean, Dora, Taylor, Brooke, Renee and Eric are all super helpful and Im sure they will gladly help you also, if you choose to visit.

Crazy delay time for filling prescriptions. Usually the other CVS stores are better. The pharmacist is not very nice most of the times needed assistance.

Unfortunately If you plan on picking up any type of prescription, controlled substance or not, expect delays or an issue with the script being on hold or by the time you go to pick it up needing it, the medication is out of stock and they fail to contact you about the issue.
