Cody is always excellent and helpful, BUT somethingcould be a lot better. I only get notified just the day before my phone bill is due, and its shut off before I can pay it almost every time. Most times when I call in to pay my bill, nobody answers the phone. In turn my phone gets shut off again. They dont give you any time to pay your bills when you work six days a week.

This boost mobile store there employees are undertrained horrible customer service your better off going to Walmart to get a replacement phone because they wanted to charge a connection fee full retail price 10 dollars for a SIM card that comes with the phone plus like 6 other charges when it says on the website that all boost mobile phones are 50% off In store and on the website this store needs better employees especially after I said I could get the whole phone SIM card and everything else for the phone I want for 35 ol Lars they said well go there for your phone I think I’m going to switch to metro pcs

Love Boost and Always will...Ive been with them for over 5 years and they have even given me extra time on bill payment and been there on holidays as even fixed things that I needed attended to when they didnt have to. (Even have me a loaner phone at one point when they didnt have too!!! Thanks!

Anthony at the store took advantage of my 72 yr old mother... assigned her to someone’s family plan to get commission on his end, no idea who’s family plan my mother is on... made her believe placing her phone on top of each other will port not only all her contacts over but also her Obama service... when I went in the store asking for the general manager they wanted me to drive across town to a different store not acceptable, then when asking for contact info they didn’t know the phone number, then gave me a non working number. Called again the next day asking for the general manager to return my call... no returned call, now when calling the store they won’t answer all day..

Melvin was absolutely rude to me after needing a new phone. He was so unprofessional i drove an extra 40 mins to a different store to get it fixed! I do not reccommend this store or this employee.

I am thinking of changing my cell service and had some questions. The man that was working there was very knowledgeable and very helpful. His name was Clay. He just might be seeing me again in the near future!

Love my Boost service however staff is not helpful at all. Had his significant other bring him food and stopped helping us to talk to her then took a personal phone call in the middle of our transaction! The one in Alliance on Main st is much better!

My husband had a problem with his phone which they were to fix.

I wanted to start a service with them and the man told me he couldn’t give me service because I was with sprint. He wouldn’t even look into it. Didn’t even get on the computer, it was a joke!

We got a good phone, awesome plan and awesome deals. The associate there was very knowledgeable, super friendly and quick. Definitely recommend this place!

The young man didnt look up my account he stated there was nothing he could do. My phone just wont get wifi @ my home. my phone was purchased last nov. (8) months ago. This makes it DISPOABLE!!

Theres always a boost Mobile store close by....wherever I may be😊 I will add that no matter how many videos or movies etc I watch every month, Ive never ran out of data. I hate the customer service, tho....when I have a problem, I have to go to a store BC when I call customer service, theyre no help at all. And u can barely understand what theyre saying. Since I wrote this review....Ive switched to MetroPcs and Im much happier with their service. My phone used to have problems getting service in urban areas but now that I have metropcs i dont have that problem much anymore.

Just a FYI if you buy something from Boostmobile your not able to return anything even a day later theyre nothing but a bunch of crooks and thieves and liers and I or anyone I know will never step foot into that store again and before to long they will be like the Canton store shut down because there over pricing junk products and their not honest about anything plus the service sucks and im sure a couple of the employees need to be drug tested.

Staff was not knowledgeable, all phones were cheap and overpriced.
