My husband and I stopped in the Cricket wireless to check why my phone sounded like Alvin and the Chipmunks. In less than a minute, the store manager Michael, had my cell back in working condition. Very good customer skills. I know where to go the next time.

I am not thrilled with their customer service at this location...i added a line to my service plan last month and was told by the worker that my bill was included in the amount that i paid at the time.. Only to find out later that it wasnt and he misinformed me. I will be switching as soon as i can to a new carrier.

Michael Cline is the absolute best!! Great customer service every time I go there. always tries to save me money with auto pay, but with his services, I dont mind to go in and pay :) IF YOU GO HERE MAKE SURE YOU ASK FOR MICHAEL, he definitely needs a raise!

I was having a bad day my phone was broken and I needed it replaced quickly Michael was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly which I havent seen in a long time. I was there a couple weeks ago but it left such an impression on me that I still think about it today. Exactly the kind of person customers enjoy interacting with especially now.

He was helpful, above and beyond my expectations He knew exactly what was needed to get me back into phone service. He was exceedingly patient with my situation, knowing all the necessary contacts required to remedy my problem. Michael is a stellar store manager. Used to hate coming here but this Logan guy helped me so much and he knew what he was doing and was friendly and professional. Hopefully he stays because I was throughly impressed

Very happy with Cricket Wireless. Prices for plans are excellent. Michael Cline helped me there. He was very informative and set my new phone up right there in the store. Real nice and easy of an experience. Went in for a phone case and screen protector. The clerk there was super helpful. I believe his name was Michael. Real swell guy who helped me no problem. Great attitude to boot.

If you need help I recommend going to the cricket wireless store in Massillon out of all the surrounding locations. I have never had someone go above and beyond for me the way Michael did, he took the time and had way more patience than anyone could ever have to fix my iPhone for me. I have been without a phone for nearly a week when I could have had it working this whole time if I would have only just went to the Massillon store instead of the one on Tusc. Hes such a great Manager, he goes out of his way to help each and every customer that enters the store. I witnessed outstanding customer service. I will continue to go there for all my needs and recommend that everyone does the same.

I have boost mobile i locked myself out of my phone. Went to boost only for them to ne rude and tell me we sell phones not tech support. Went in to cricket and the manager Mike was very polite and helpful. Made she everything was taking care of even though i was not a cricket custumer very professional and courtious.

Does not work everywhere! Not even when their tower is 2 miles away....

Tried to pay my bill yesterday in downtown Massillon but the store was closed!!

About an hour dealing with someone that had no clue. Price started at $160 then jumped to $300. One bs excuse after another. STAY AWAY!!!!!!

Called in to ask about phones and my plan and the lady was very rude and snapped at me because she had customers in the store instead of just saying that or not answering the phone she got smart and nasty with me will tell everyone i know not to go to that store.
