The service tech said they don’t service Apple Watches. It was a pairing issue with iphone11.Seemed to have no idea and offered no help. Just said go to Best Buy. You would think as an authorizedApple service center they could help with software issue. NOT impressed. Offered absolutely nothing. Felt like we were waiting his time.
My Dads 2016 iMac has been running slow since the last two software updates. Randy, the owner, recommended a new solid state hard drive, and Dads computer is running like new again! Great customer service

Connecting Point took care of a warranty-covered repair on my MacBook and did it in a timely and very professional manner. Their Communication is top notch.
I was in a bad way, I have health issues and my iPhone died on a Sunday. I went to an open Apple certified center and was told that my iPhone 6 had no hope. I could not buy a new phone and left. My daughter ordered me a new iPhone 7 immediately. It arrived and I followed the activation directions but continued to get “No Service” signal on my phone. I was passing The Connecting Point on the way to a doctor appointment and stopped in. The gentleman at the counter was very considerate and told me no matter what I would have a phone when I left, even if it was a loaner. He told me that there was a recall on the iPhone 7s and that he would run a diagnostic to make sure, but it would have to go back. Fortunately I still had my “dead” iPhone 6 with me so he said he would run a diagnostic on that as well. Turns out there was nothing wrong with my phone except the battery. He replaced the battery (no 3 week wait like the other place had said before they said my phone was hopeless). In less then an hour, with no appointment, I had a working phone and was able to save my daughter the expense of buying me a new one. I would recommend taking your Apple products to The Connecting Point Computer Center. You can be confident in knowing you will be treated fairly with knowledge and expertise. I’m very happy.
To qualify I am technologically challenged. For that reason I have always shopped my computer needs where I can get tech assistance. Have purchased three computers from Connecting Points and have been very pleased with the assistance given when needed. HOWEVER, I dont know if ownership has changed oe it has simply been a change of personnel but that help is apparently no longer given. Had a simple problem and needed help, drove 30 miles to store early this morning. I was the only customer but was told by the clerk that he was too busy. I could make an appointment and come back in a few days. Many small business owners complain about competition from the big box stores and online sales. It would be prudent for them to realize that customers pay top dollar for service and that when not provided they may choose to shop elsewhere. I know I wont be going back to Connecting Points. Was required by the program to select a star to allowing posting…… It was not deserved !
I had my Mac screen replaced here. While in a separate Apple store, I received an estimated repair time of 2-3 weeks. This job was completed here in one day. Absolutely recommend this place. Quick, professional, courteous, and my screen looks brand new again.

Timely and professional service. My laptop needed the logic board replaced. They ordered the part and fixed it in less than a day. No kidding. A whole lot BETTER than Visual Dynamics in The Avenue Viera. Come here instead.

I have used Connecting Point over the past several years for MacBook computer, iPhone and iPad. Great customer service!!!! Knowledgeable, efficient, friendly, fair prices and no pressure sales. Wow, hard to find all that in one place these days!Honestly is what I appreciate most from these guys. Maybe its because they are more of a repair vs retail sales business. However, they do sell some products and accessories. When I recently took in my 2011 MacBook Pro, they helped me decide it was ok to keep this somewhat old thing and spend a couple bucks to keep it running. For my needs, this laptop still had more life. No need for a whole new computer.Yesterday, I took my iPhone in. Apparently, it has hard drive problems. Again, Randy was so helpful with helping me way out options and costs. They could help me, my phone insurance may help with coverage, or check in with Apple & Verizon to see about upgrade and trade in deals.Guidance, fair prices, excellent service and keeping the customer needs first are their strong points! If you have Apple Service needs, GO HERE! They are Apple certified and in my opinion better than other places closer to home for me.Big thank shout out to Connecting Point!
Took my 2011 Macbook Pro here on the morning of August 27th. I was in and out, they make you pay a $50 troubleshooting fee, but that goes towards fixing your computer also. I got a call the afternoon of the 28th that my computer was fixed. It ended up being $100 but I only had to pay $50 because the other 50 I paid went towards fixing it. Great customer service, I only wish that they would have contacted me before replacing the part to see if I wanted to go forward with fixing it.

Called to find out if they had a battery for my macbook and after checking for 10 min and while I waited on the phone, they said yes. Then I drove 30 min, just to find out they did not have it. :(

Great Place very fast and professional service
While under warranty i took my mac there for a memory issue they charged me $50 for a diagnostics fee. During there diagnostics they found a issue with the track pad which there was none. So they replaced it and it has never worked right since then.
