After an initial issue with my computer that didnt get resolved. DD did an incredible job going above and beyond what was needed to resolve my problem. I highly recommend them for your computer repair needs. I have friends that have purchased computers from them and have been very happy also.

I took my Mac Book to get a new keyboard and screen installed in August of this year before I left for school out of state. When I got it back it wasnt put together correctly and we took it back to the store again to repair. Unfortunately with the delay I had to leave for school immediately. After a few days of use the hard drive disconnected and I needed to get it repaired again. I had to wait until I returned home and took it to an apple certified repair shop (thinking it just had a connection problem). Once examined the computer was missing several screws the battery was dented and the hard drive was loose (do to missing screws). We spent $600.00 at data doctor for original repair and now to get it fixed this will cost another $1,200.00 DO NOT TAKE A MAC BOOK HERE FOR REPAIR and I would definitely be weary of having them repair your computer.

I have been relying on Data Doctors of Suntree/Viera for several years. Without exception, they have been professional, experienced and friendly. I recently had a hard drive problem. Technician James saved me. I had thought I lost everything. Bill runs a great shop. I definitely recommend.

Not like me to revisit a review but here goes.My $500 laptop had a couple freeze issues, data dr charges me $200 to re-install windows, at the time seemed high but i needed the laptop.Fast forward 4 months i find out it was just a driver thread update causing the occasional freeze and lag.So now $200 seems kinda high, hindsight being a great thing n all right.

Really poor service, incompetence and took something I needed and paid for.Few month back took laptop in wouldnt turn on. Called me to pick up job was done. Month or so later they called to tell me they never put in a new battery to come back. Computer acted funny they said to bring in- so I drive there the tech (NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS) after taking to back tells me the battery was replaced and why was I there. So I go home thinking what a waste of time and money to see these guys.I get back to where I am going take the computer out only to find the tech TOOK OUT my USBs and did not tell me- now I need to waste more money and time to drive and buy new accessories with new USB- what a joke and the tech offered to buy and install an SSD for over $380. dollars when they sell for take about $65.@Amazon, he was charging $199.to install which is no where close to a good price. Be careful they will double talk too.

Couldnt get my wireless connection to work, no matter what I did. 10 minutes with Data Doctors and I was back in business. I always say, do what you do best and let others do what they do best. This is theirs! Thanks guys!

They are courteous, professional, kind and above all patient. My 90 year old other scooters over there and they could not have been nicer or more helpful.HIGHLY RECOMMEND! You wont be disappointed. These Computer Experts could not or CHOOSE not to tell me that the problem with my laptop was my power supply and not the actual laptop. So they basically charged me $129.00 for charging my laptop battery!When I picked up my laptop the General Manager told me we opened up the back of the laptop and disconnected everything and then reconnected it again and poof it worked! He said he was not sure why but it works now!When I got home the laptop worked until it needed to be charged. I plugged it in to charge and came back later, it would not turn on AGAIN!I called them right away and was told that the first power supply they had tried (mine) would not work so they went and got a different power supply which did work and everything was fine. They asked me to bring it in again!I decided to try a brand new power supply first and GUESS WHAT HAPPENED? The laptop now charges and turns on!I, an almost 60 yr old lady, figured out the issue myself, I called them and told them and they DENIED, DENIED, DENIED and then they were belligerent and extremely rude! They refused to provide even the bare minimum of Customer Service!If I could give them zero stars I would!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Absolute waste of time. Called them from 45min away and exolained my hard drive situation, to which I was assured they could help. Drive all the way there, only to hear oh yea, its broke No ** Sherlock... Literally the best they can do is send your stuff off to a data recovery company. How in the world worthless middle men like this can still exist in 2018 blows my mind. Send your stuff off to a data revocery place on your own. It literally only requires a Google search. But even worse, I ended up being able to salvage the drive and all my data on my own without a data recovery company. Which makes this story an even worse commitary on this company

I have used Data Doctors, located on N. Wickham Road several times over a year or two period. The staff is always polite, never rush me or minimize my problems or concerns and answer any question that I have asked. They have installed new mother board for me, new up-scaled graphic cards, and even came to the house on a home visit to help me with some confusing monitor issues. I would not consider taking my computer related concerns, questions, or problems anywhere else. Highly recommend Bill and his staff.

I bought a new laptop and was having some difficultly transferring all the data from the old PC and getting it synchronized with my iPad and iPhone. I went to Data Doctors and was very pleased with their responsiveness, friendliness and technical capabilities. Highly recommend the Suntree/Viera office and their manager, Bill Ford.

GOOD selection

In town on business. Left my laptop charger at home. Bill fixed me up at a fair price. Listened to him patiently talk a noob through a modem setup. Patient, kind. I would have reached through the phone and strangled the guy. How are there computer noobs literally at the gate to Kennedy space center? Everyones neighbor is an actual rocket scientist.

My girlfriend took her pc there to get it fixed. They told her that it would cost her over 100 just for the part they had to order, on top of labor and then more if she wants it to run properly. Now Im pretty novice when it comes to computers, but I have the sense to Google something to try to fix it myself. The problem with her pc is that the hinge became unglued from the back of the moniter. A simple clamp and gorilla glue remedied this problem after about thirty minutes of playing with it. No new parts were needed and it looks like a brand new pc. Even did a clean install of the free Windows 10 upgrade. Now I know that, as a business, you need cyclical consumtion to survive, but please dont take advantage of people. Your argument is invalid.
