My computer keyboard got fried and my usual Computer Tech is in Africa for 1 more year. I had an issue with the 20H2 update for windows 10 and some of the partition files in my SSDs were corrupted. Mohamed was very responsive and was able to identify and correct the issues I had quickly, and for a good price. I contacted Computers Repairs Services at 3:30. I made an appointment for 8:30 that evening. Mohamed installed Microsoft 365 (which I could get to install or run), removed all the viruses and malware, ended the pop ups and had me on my way by 9:15. I went in thinking I needed a new laptop, instead walked out with my old one fully intact, data and all.

I called yesterday regarding my laptop and was responded to almost immediately. I was given an address to bring my laptop to and met the family. As soon as was able, Mohammad text me back regarding the issues. We found the problem, however this was not something that was an easy fix, so was unable to take care of this situation and would require me sending it back to the manufacturer. He did not charge me for this diagnostic as this was quick to diagnose, but he is supporting his family so I thought a tip was in order. If I should have any other need for a technician to handle any of my electronics, I will certainly call him. He is quick, fair, honest and has a very good reputation. Met others dropping off, and heard others when I was picking up. They have the same impression as I do. I recommend him to anyone in need of these services.
