Kurt arrived right on time, and after walking my property for a few minutes, instinctively knew the best spots for Ring cameras. He patiently explained which devices were best for my situation and how he would install them. We set an install data, and Kurt and Robbin kept me apprised of the devices shipping status. Kurt was methodical and assured in setting up, installing, and testing all the devices, and synchronizing them to my phone. He even came back later the same day to enhance the wi-fi signal on one side of the house for better device performance. Kurt and Robbin were very professional, proactive, and knowledgeable.

Purchased the Nest iQ cameras, alarm, doorbell, & smoke detectors for my home in Key Largo and am very pleased with the install work done by Klass Act. The process was lengthy with the amount of equipment, but the quality of their work cant be beat. They are very neat & detail oriented. They are very professional, on time & communicative.They came out to my home first to properly evaluate and set out a plan of action and then set an appointment to return that same week to complete the job. Its been over a month now and everything continues to work great.Their home base is in Melbourne, but they do travel all over Florida. Thank you Kurt & Robin!

Knowledgeable - Timely - ProfessionalI found Klass Act Solutions from the Nest Pro website. Kurt and his entire team are courteous and very quick to respond to questions. I schedule the appointment and they showed up on time, took the time to learn why I purchased the devices and gave suggestions as to placement. After the installation, Kurt taught me how to use the Nest app and made sure I was comfortable with my purchase before leaving.

Kurt and his team were definitely as there name states, a class act! From a walk through that was in depth and understandable to a precise quote and an installation that was nothing short of perfect. We can’t say enough about the entire experience. Our family has never felt more secure and our equipment never worked this well.

Just hire an electrician! Very nice people but not able to complete the job. I got a quote for installing 2 NEST iQ Outdoor Cams and Doorbell in my 20 year old house before leaving for a 2 week work trip where I needed to monitor my house while away. I did pick them, but in hindsight it was a big mistake. They didnt actually check the sockets for power on the day of the quote, nor the voltage of the transformer for the doorbell. All of this came back to bite me (for trusting that NEST had vetted the company and not knowing more) and them (for revealing them as little more than a hired screwdriver.)Six, yes 6 hours! in, the job resulted in only one working camera and no working video doorbell. This marathon install includes me running to Ace hardware for a new doorbell mechanism and transformer because they have no spare parts in the van just a tool bag and plastic wire covering conduit that attaches with sticky tape. They were not prepared for any potential issues so, in the end, I had an electrician out the next day to replace the bad socket and he corrected some other mistakes. Just hire an electrician!
