Noel came and completed the task of hooking up the computer to the printer and the phone with answering machine. loading the printer with ink and paper and testing the print, copy, scan and fax functions. The printer/fax/scan/copy functions have worked since then. I am satisfied with the service provided. I did not want to contract with Exclusive Consulting for computer support because I have a contract with Hewlett Packard for Hardware support and with Smart Friend for Virus support. They have a large enough infrastructure to provide 24 hour deep support.If I have to more the printer to another phone line, I will use Exclusive Consulting again. After 35 years in IT, I dont give out Love It evaluations unless I am rescued from disaster,

The guy who fix the computer was really great and the computer work perfect after the work. But then about two months later the same problems were happening so in the end it was not worth it. I spent $80 for two months of peace then I ended of having to go somewhere else to have it fix for the long term.

Paul Lucenti did a great job in analyzing and correcting our multiple computer problems. He was very professional, extremely patient and genuinely concerned in resolving our issues. Great job!

Paul Lucenti came to my home, he was friendly & very professional, he also showed he was trustworthy, he explained what was wrong with my pc and fixed the problems that I was dealing with.
