I was experiencing a flat tire. I pulled to a gas station and filled it with air. I called tire place after tire place to see if they could fix it on a Sunday night at 4 pm. One by one they said, sorry we are closing soon. We can not help you.I was running out of options and remaining air in the tire. They answered the phone and said they could help me (even though they were trying to close). They were very helpful and did not leave me stranded 48 miles away from home. Their commitment to the customer is something that you dont see that much anymore these days. It was very refreshing.I will now take my tire needs to their store.They stayed open to help someone in need when no one closer would. That tells you a lot about the customer service skills. They won a customer, while my normal tire place lost mine because they did not want to help even though they had several mechanics cleaning the shop and many bays open... 45 minutes from their closing time.
OK, I have been at this tire store a bunch of times. I have used them to mount and balance tires, and swap out winter tires each spring and fall. My guess is that I have used them for at least the past 6 years for seasonal tire swaps and misc. car tire maintenance.I never book online, and always make an appointment on the phone before I arrive or drop off a vehicle.These guys have always delivered and met my expectations. Prices, in my opinion are good. Not sure what more you can ask for.I read some of the one star reviews, my gosh, It is a tire and tire service garage, relax.
Awesome experience at Firestone today! Had a work vehicle tire with a flat that I really needed repaired as soon as possible to complete my appointments. Mark went out of his way to not only get me in but also to make sure it was approved through our fleet service. Thank you Firestone!!!
This place was an Absolute joke along with the customer service So when I walk in there is one person up front on the phone with a customer who is literally having them quote like 5 different sets of tires I had to stand there for literally 25 minutes while you did this without even being greeted honestly if you have someone in your store whos there for service you should put that call on hold at least greeted or said something to me but no just continued on with the phone call as I stood there after that I was there for quite a few different services I needed provided we went over what I needed done he took my keys said he would give me a call they found anything else Not even 15 minutes after I left I get a call explaining to me That I did not need a full transmission flush that we could just do the transmission Fluid exchange and I said great I said give me a call if you guys come across anything else during what you all ready are doing then he said that he would not be able to have my car back to me until Tuesday or Wednesday keep in mind this is sunday I told him does not work because I work tomorrow then he went ahead and said i dont have a technician here on Sundays to do any of this then I said to him why did you take my keys and tell me that you guys are going to take care of it He had no answer he was rude I came back he just handed my keys to me never said anything to me. honestly I would never Recommend anybody to take their car here their markups are through the roof They charge labour on services that do not require a labour charge while getting somewhere else they would not charge you labour this place is kind of a rip off to tell you the truth
Work here for a couple months its terrible. Unless your a favourite you get nothing. You come to work to make money dont care. always try to sell you things, different then what you came in for.
Im going to guess that Firestone is a multi-million/billion $ companyIf they cant get somebody to update their Google page thats pretty sad.I just drove 35 minutes out of my way to pick up one tire that I needed fixed.It says theyre open till 7:00 p.m..I arrived at 6:00 p.m. and they were closed.

Updated review: After leaving my original review, filling out the survey sent to my email and reaching out to corporate, the manager reached out today and asked what they needed to do to make this right. They ended up doing the partial refund I asked for. Raising from one star to two.Original review: The A/C in my car stopped working so I took it to this Firestone. I told them the A/C would work for a little while, but then go out after driving for a bit. They charge $50 just to run a test, which is fine if theyre able to identify and then fix the issue. After running the test, they said the coolant gas was low, refilled it and I ended up paying $250 total. Which again, Im more than happy to pay if thats the issue and they fixed it.However, just a week later, the A/C isnt working again. They offered to take a look for free, so I dropped it off. After an hour they called me saying they couldnt find an issue and I explained, again, that it works when you first start the car, but after driving for a short time it will quit.Five hours later they call me to tell me it will be another $1000 to fix the compressor, which was apparently the problem all along. When I showed up to pick up the car they told me having a bad compressor is a known issue with Honda Civics.Since it was a known issue and it took them almost twelve full hours of testing to initially not find and not fix, I asked if there was any way they could at least partially refund the $250 Id paid the week before. They told me they were already out the money of the man hours they used to retest the car they had already taken a full day to test and fix. Im more than happy to pay the $50 for the test and maybe even a little more to cover some of the initial labor hours, but I was told they werent able to work with me at all unless I was willing to pay the additional $1000 to fix the compressor.So if youre looking for a place to burn your cash with no return, where they employ the predatory tactic of charging a small amount to fix a problem only to find another bigger one a week down the road, this is the place! If youre actually looking for results, I suggest you look elsewhere.
We had an issue with some of the service. Not only did they admit the issue with zero hassle, they went absolutely above and beyond to correct the issue and make things right. Very rare to have this level of honesty and support. They have a customer for life.
Booked an appointment online. When I arrived at the shop, the worker told me that they couldn’t perform the service I booked because their online service “doesn’t work” even though I booked the appointment online and had an appointment confirmation in my email inbox.Horrible “customer service” without a doubt.
They were great. When everyone else was booked, they were ready and available. Changed 2 tires in less than an hour, cheaper than all the competitors I had tried. And as an added bonus, the rep Fred gave me good, honest information.
Big disappointment. Went in for a front end alignment for my truck. Told them on the phone what the truck was. Got to my appointment and they said the truck was too big/heavy for the lift.
Always professional, done right and they dont try to sell you things you dont need.
Mounted a new tire in a hurry for us on Sunday afternoon.
I have been coming here for years and will go to no other Firestone! I had a “side mechanic” (outside of Firestone I must emphasize) perform work to my vehicle in an attempt to save a few $ who took it upon himself to make an adjustment to my parking brake (not requested). After my vehicle’s brakes were locked and I was left unable to move my car he was no where to be found to help. I determined it was time to go back to my boys at Firestone and I could not be more happy! Mark and Fred were amazing at listening to my complaint (as horribly descriptive as I was), found the root cause and fixed it with a reasonable price. I will only take the vehicle back to them from now on.
If you really wanna have to take your vehicle back multiple times so they can finally fix it, this is the place for you. On top of if they damaged my wheels. Would not recommend

Went in for a scheduled wheel alignment at 7am got me in right away. There was an issue were I booked at the internet price but because it was booked in the previous month it did not appear. When I asked about that he mentioned that the sale had expired but offered to give me the current discount it was only 3 dollars more. I was in and out in just under an hour.Sitting there though they are very busy, I would recommend scheduling an appointment if possible.
Where do I begin. Car broke down and had to be towed. I was informed that the car was repaired. Went to pick it up and the same problem. Not fixed. Told the car had to be towed to the dealership. Basically I was charged 1105.00 for something that didnt need to be fixed. The dealership told me that the part was under warranty. The manager mark would have never told me. I called corporate office. No response. Stay away. Never will I return. Stay away from the Menomonee falls location. Actually all Firestone.
Staff was friendly on front end, but after having car in and declining their tire offer (I did need new tires) it would appear the shop bent a backing plate on the top and bottom on one of my calipers to create a noise and need to return to the shop, this was done on a wheel that wasnt even supposed to be worked on. Could have been an honest mistake but there was no reason to pull off that tire and that would be all that could cause that. I will not be returning to this shop, I also have to make sure my oil change didnt have any additional tampering occur now.
I’ve been here a few times for questions and for service, including getting my tires replaced. Always very helpful. They provide very thorough explanations and quotes. And I’ve never had any complaints about the work on my car. Thank you!
Never again! When you ask for a full tune up, and ALL fluids changed along with tire rotation, you would think that ENGINE OIL would be part of it. Had to stop at Super Lube after the fact. Also wanted power steering looked over, by the way that fluid wasnt changed either, and I was told the source of the problem was a steering shaft, or a pump, or the rack and pinion. In other words, it could be any component in the steering system. Obviously there is a lack of ability to diagnose and trouble shoot, but they were real confident to quote north of $600 for the steering shaft. If you want someone to guess whats wrong and to bolt on parts at your expense, this is your place. I suggest finding a real automotive service provider. 20 year customer GONE!
The sales team here is very welcoming and informative (not pushy), which for a young female is quite comforting. I trust the advice I am given and they respect my decisions on which portions of the suggested work I would like them to address. Additionally, they offer friendly reminders of the benefits Firestone has to offer that I sometimes forget about - nice to see they have my best interest at heart.

They told us we needed an alignment when we just had one done, somewhere else, the end of December. When we took the car back after their work because the car pulled to the left, we picked up the car and it still pulls to the left. Pretty sure they didnt do anything to fix the problem. Wont ever go back.
I give it a 2 because the guy at the counter was nice. Other than that, it took them almost 5 HOURS to get a set of tires put on when there were NO other cars being worked on! It was a Sunday and the workers were milking their time and stayed overtime on purpose to get extra pay. We kept looking in to see what they were doing and were just standing around literally doing nothing at times! I had a baby with me and couldnt go anywhere. We had a flat and came in expecting it would only take an hour or so. I will never go here again. The guys trying to milk the clock cost me a Sunday with my family I dont get much time with.. A guy even came in while they we were waiting and said he had been waiting since 11:00 to get one tire changed (it was around 5:00!) And there were no other customers! We were there almost an hour past closing time.
My wife got a nail stuck in her tire coming home from work Sunday morning. They got us in and took care of us even though they had a busy day. Great service and staff thank you again.

Store was close to closing and I was turn away from other locations but was refereed to this one the service was outstanding and professional and courteous I have never felt so valued as a customer as I did that day. The manager and technician were just great! This will be my firestone for all my future service.

Firestone Menomonee falls will charge you $17.00 per wheel to dismount a tire from the wheel. I made an appointment 4 days ago and they told me to bring them in. When I got there they never set up the appointment. Then they told me they could dis mount the tires today. I brought them in and they said there to nice and well mess them up. If you have anything shiny or low profile dont bring them to these guys.
Went to get a oil change and I didnt have an appointment but they still got me taken care of with in an hour... the tech was great
My family and I have been going to the Menomonee Falls Firestone for almost 15 years and have had nothing but positive experiences every time. The manager Mark does a great job, is honest, and has helped us to save money on things many times. There have been 3 separate occasions where work that was planned to be done was not needed and therefore not done. The manager Mark, and his staff from other people at the counter, to the mechanics have all provided quality service, as well as a positive experience and are always willing to take the time to answer questions. My family and I feel lucky to have stumbled upon this Firestone location, Mark and all of the support staff. Keep up the good work, and thanks for your efforts. I always recommend this Firestone location to anybody looking for a place to have work done for all of the above reasons.
Went in for front end alignment. Was told my truck died on rack and needed $212 battery. I said no thanks and drove it 3 miles down the road to batteries plus and they tested stating battery is perfect and alternator is getting plenty of juice. Called Firestone to let them know and they gave me some bs excuse. And told me to charge my truck overnight. I asked why they triedto sell me new battery when it wasnt needed.I told them the battery is fine and doesnt need to be charged. He wont take ownership for being wrong. Lost my business.
Very poor customer service when trying to get a vehicle in. Lack of flexibility even when trying to make an appointment nearly a week in advance. Refused to find out if they had brake pads for the vehicle before seeing it even though it was explained that the vehicle would be driven a long distance. Previously had had good experience there, so not sure whats happened. Wont be going back.
Bought four new Blizzak winter tires there not even four months ago, one already has irreparable damage. They offer NO road hazard warranty. Says he offered me the optional coverage but nothing stated anywhere on paperwork. Really stinks as most tires come with a standard road hazard warranty if tires have less than 11/64ths inch of wear, and Tire Rack offers free full two year road hazard warranty on every tire they sell. Next time just buy from tire rack. Not this place.

Went for tires and they called me with scare tactics adding up to $2000.00. Went to my mechanic and the stuff they mentioned didnt need addressing. Oh and while paying all they wanted to do was argue when I asked them how they came to their results. I choose not to patronize this store.

Definitely the best place Ive ever taken my vehicle for service. I had a bad experience with another Firestone location years ago, but tried this location a couple of years ago and it was great, so i continue to use them.They are upfront and honest about issues with your vehicle, and dont try to sell you something that you dont need.

I went in for new tires. After alignment, they said it was still pulling to one side and I needed calipers, rotors, and brake pads. Following that, I have a new noise (clank) whenever I go over any bump in the road. If I gently apply the brakes, theres no noise. They said I need to replace a joint and I said no.I took it to my trusted mechanic and he said the joint does not need to be replaced and they installed cheap brake parts. If there were shims with the parts, they forgot to put them in and now the brake parts are loose (he could grab them and shift them more than normal).I took it back to Firestone and they said theres nothing wrong with the brakes, and I still need to replace the joint.They will never lay their hands on a vehicle of mine again.

AVOID THIS LOCATION. Very rude and ignorant staff/management. I came in needing an alignment and was only told they couldn’t do it due to having a lift (3.5” lift w/ 33’s) After providing a spec sheet from my previous alignment, I was told they could do it but wouldn’t offer me a lifetime alignment. 2 other Firestone locations have offered me the lifetime alignment but this location seems to be lacking in the customer service department. Don’t tell me what you can’t do, tell me what you can do.

Bought 4 new tires and Front end alignment, they showed me the diagrams of the alignment before and after the alignment was done. But the truck pulls severely to the right. Wont be going back there. What a waste of money. Ripped off!
My son recently bought a truck from a neighbor, you guys put a power steering pump in it this past Oct. and there is less than 3,000 miles since the pump was installed. The power steering failed this week and is showing all the signs of a broken shaft inside the pump. Your store manager Mark wants to charge a $23 diagnostic fee to see if the power steering pump failed and may or may not honor Part of any warranty. We understand you warranty is issued to the original owner but really? 3000 miles? A diagnostic fee to take it for a test drive? We will never use Firestone for any service nor will we recommend them; my 16 year old kid works hard for his money and this is how you back your work? I dont expect anyone from Firestone to respond, and thats okay since we are taking it to a trustworthy mechanic who will diagnose the problem at no charge and repair it with quality parts! As a note, we could have lied and had the original owner bring the truck in and have you replace it, but unlike you we are honest and upfront people!

Bought 4 truck tires 6 months ago for over $800. Got a flat tire and there is an extra fee for a road hazard warranty. That was never offered. Too bad for us...not very good business for them. Will never go back.
