Ive had a TERRIBLE experience dealing with the Menomonee FallsBuick Service Dept. I have always owned Hondas or Toyotas in the past and I was always very well taken care and happy during the ownership of all of my vehicles. Approx. 3 months ago I purchased a brand new Buick and soon realized what a mistake I have made!1. Stress crack occurred with windshield which I was told is not covered under warranty. Okay, I understand that. So my insurance put in another one. No problem. After putting the glass in the windshield company could not get the OBD to communicate with the camera so he was unable to recalibrate it until this was fixed. He stated he only saw this one other time and it was another Buick. He thought it might just be just a fuse or a loose wire. Once that was fixed I could call him back and he would recalibrate it. Simple right??? Not with International Autos! Which brings us to #2.2. I called and asked if this would be covered and was told that I would need to bring it in so they could take a look at it. This was only to fix the possible fuse issue and NOT to recalibrate. So, I took off of work that morning and drove all the way over there to bring it in to be looked at. Without even looking at it and less than 2 minutes of being there he tells me that it will cost $140.00. For a fuse??? Total waste of time.This will be my first and last Buick I own and will NEVER purchase anything from International Autos again. Our sales person was wonderful, but it ended there. Honda and Toyota both have much better customer service. Very rarely is there an issue with their cars and when there is, they totally work with you. NOT HERE.

This was 1 of the best deals on a car that I have experienced. The salesman was top notch and so was the Mgr the finance Mgr got me a great deal and very low interest rate of 2.5 % I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a great car and great service. A very satisfied customer.

Unfortunately, I was pretty disappointed regarding the scheduling of this service. I had tried to order and pay for the four new tires and alignment service on 4/17/21, and your website would not let me book the appointment or complete the transaction. I later learned that self-scheduling was not possible for this service due to COVID, but the website did not clearly indicate this.I then called to schedule the appointment and spoke with Mark on 4/17/21. He stated that the tires I wanted were not in stock but would arrive no later than 4/21. I told him I was arranging this from out of state and my mother would be driving from an hour and a half away to bring the vehicle to the appointment for me. Mark said the tires would be there and I would have nothing to worry about. The morning of 4/21 Mark called at 9:45 a.m., just 15 minutes before the appointment, telling me the tires had not arrived. He was not sure when they would be at your dealership, but told me hed call me to reschedule as soon as he knew they were actually in the store.I understand in this day and age things are delayed and get held up with shipping, but I was frustrated by the disregard of my moms time. If there was even a distinct possibility of this happening, I think it would have been better customer service to make the appointment for later in the week on a date when the tires would have been guaranteed to be at the dealership. This would have prevented my mom having to drive back a second time wasting more time and gas. My mom and I both asked if we could receive any kind of a discount for wasting her time and gas, and there was nothing offered by your dealership. Again, it disappointments me that I spent over $600 on tires and alignment at your dealership, but I couldnt even receive 5 or 10% off due to the circumstances. I bought the tires from your dealership to avoid the usual circus that customers often experience at Tires Plus and Firestone.This is not what I would call a great customer service experience. I have owned and serviced VWs most of my life, and for the first time in years that I pay a dealership to install new tires and align them, the fact that this happens is pretty disappointing. I dont think this was Marks fault (and in fact, he did a really good job contacting me regarding the holdups); it was the issue that the service manager he spoke with declined to provide any form of customer compensation.

Great vehicles, great prices, great salespeople....horrible condescending and self righteous general manager (Tina). Rather than diffuse a stressful situation she chose to lecture me “are you a lawyer? have you worked in a bank? Have you sold cars before?” as well as “it’s not that hard to understand, i don’t know why you don’t get it, you seem intelligent”... so much for their motto, unless their mission is to be extraordinarily rude to the customer.

After calling every GMC Parts Department in Southeast WI, the best customer service I have received is from James at Internationals Autos in Menomonee Falls. He is extremely knowledgeable on GMC parts and goes above and beyond to make sure I am 100% satisfied with my order. Thank you for always doing your research and getting back to me promptly.
