If I’m able to give this store a 100 star review, I most definitely would in a heartbeat!!! This has to be the best cellphone store I’ve ever visited and bought from. Not only are all their products amazing and beautiful, but they have the best customer service I’ve ever witnessed. Best service in Meridian, & dare I say in all Mississippi!!! Just amazing!! This “phone doctor” is an offense to the title doctor. this man “fixed” my sister’s phone, screen and then ended up switching her battery out with a broken one. much like the only other truthful review about a bad experience, my brother also opened up the phone and found the damaged battery. the phone was working perfectly fine until we took it to that place. this is not a competitor or a bot, this is a real person upset with the injustice that my family experienced at a very high price with this business. he’ll probably delete this, but i’ll keep posting it again and again— the world needs to the truth about Magad Alsadi and his hoax of a business.

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. I had a problem with the digitizer on my iPhone XS, of course AT&T will tell you send it off back to Apple, with a deductible price. I work away from home and didn’t have that kind of time to wait for it. So I brought it to the “phone doctor” they did fix the screen, but broke other parts in doing so. I had my cousin open the phone back up, and there were screws, and missing parts. I took my phone back up to the phone doctor, and asked for at least what I paid my cousin back. No refund, and no deal on anything. He told me “I was expecting you to come back, I have the part ordered” well he wasn’t much help at all. We got into a little argument, about him “doing the best he could” there were four missing screws, and missing ear speaker at the top, to me if that’s the best you can do, you need to find a new job. Poor quality work, at a high price. Charged me 140$ and caused more problems with my phone then I had before I even brought it to the “phone doctor” he said he “hears bad things all the time” then he proceeded to show me (the no refunds) papers on the wall, and also told me if I wrote a review, it’d be taken down, and that people would just think it’s competitors. Well I’m not. Don’t waste time or money here.
