I came to replace my battery in my surface. My computer ended up with a dead motherboard but they totally made it right and replaced my board and replaced my battery. They took very good care of me. Awesome experience. Shattered my screen on Sunday afternoon the day before movers were coming to move us out of state. My local AT&T store referred me these guys, who were able to work me in and give me a new screen in about 2 hours. They also gave me a new battery at no extra charge, as part of their contract with Samsung. They were very busy and the young man at the counter took however much time was needed with each customer and never lost his cool. I highly recommend these folks. I hope they have a store like this where I am moving to because I tend to be hard on my cell phones

Everyone at the store was nice, but service is not timely at all. I was told it would take 24 hours so I dropped it off early to make sure i could get it back on the weekend. I dropped it off Friday at noon, they told me it would be done Saturday, Sunday at the latest and that they would call with updates. I never received any call Saturday or Sunday, I also called and nobody would answer, I finally just went to the store on Sunday just to find out they had not even started on my phone or called me. Now, of course it wont be done until Monday at the soonest. They might do a good job fixing phones, but dont trust their timeliness and dont expect to have your phone back for quite awhile.

I went in to see if they could clean out earbuds. They were gone for a short while and gave them back cleaned and they didnt even charge. Great people great service. Definitely going back

These folks are super heros!I hade my Samsung S21 screen fail on me so I went straight down there to see what it would take to get it fixed. Brooke at the front counter was courteous, prompt and professional. She checked inventory and they had the screens in stock, which is a challenge these days. The tech said it could be done right away. 90 minutes later I had a perfectly repaired phone that was covered under the Samsung warranty and they tool care of all of the paperwork also.. It is very important in these connected times that we go as little time without our devices as possible, and uBreakiFix really keeps the downtime to a minimum. The entire team was very helpful and professional.

Took my daughters phone in today. The charging cable would not go all the way into the port. The super nice lady at the front desk took the phone into the back, to what I can only assume looks like Santa’s work shop in the summer. With little iPhone elves running all over the place singing apple iPhone songs all day long while they work. Anyways I digress, the nice lady came back in a few minutes and said a small part of the charging cable had broke off and lodged itself in the hole preventing it from accepting a charger. They were able to remove the object and even under my protest, they did not charge me a thing. Awesome experience from this great business.

Dont do business here if you can help it unless you want to be given the run around trying to get an appointment. I have no choice but to go there because its the only way to process the insurance claim from our phone provider but their appointment system is ridiculous. I set an appointment online through the claim system. Showed up within the allotted time frame. Was told they had a new system and I needed to set an appointment with them not through the claim website so I did that. My husband shows up for the appointment to drop off his phone and is told there is no appointment and I must have tried to set it online. Called to fix this and was told I couldnt get the phone fixed today because they were closing but when I set the appointment at their store previously it was close to closing time and I was told as long as it was dropped off before closing it would be done within 3-4 hours. Now we have to wait til Wednesday to even drop off the phone with no guarantee that it will even get done seeing as how this is the 3rd appointment weve set which is completely unacceptable.

Poor communication behind the scenes...Though they seem to brag about repairing water damage, they DONT repair water damage. I was sent directly to them via the Overlords (Google) to repair my Pixel XL 4 and they sent me away more confused than when I showed up both times...

I took a nintendo switch in to be evaluated. I wanted to know if it was an issue with the rail or the joy con. The staff was clear and concise and able to help me out at no charge. My only complaint, and it is minor, they said 2 days to evaluate but they needed almost 4 days. But again, very professional, helpful and I would absolutely take more devices to them in the future!

I thought my phone was completely broken. These guys had previously fixed the screen on my wifes ipad and so I took it in to see what could be done. I expected to need to spend $1000 to buy a new phone, instead the guy immediately took the phone behind the magic curtain and brought it back fixed in less than a minute. I expected a hefty diagnostic bill, but they told me that leaving a good review is more valuable than the $ they might have charged me. Please go to these guys. They are great.

Ubreakfix were great about getting me the parts I needed to fix my phone. Theres a little crack on the exterior casing of the phone. They refused to fix my phone unless they could replace the casing, effectively doubling their price for labor I did not want.Their policies were a ripoff and they wasted my time.

I went it with my phone and he helped diagnose the problem and said the fix would be really expensive and cost ineffective. He laid out the options and suggested I back it up and get a new phone. I appreciate that they didnt try to push an expensive fix, but laid out the options and helped me get whats best for me.

I had a great experience here, Kobe & David were very informative and honest, I had the misfortune of having my screen fixed by four corners repair in Boise that ended up giving me a defective screen for my iPad which they kept blaming on the back/frame but for another 300$ they could fix it but I called several other places who all agreed that the screen was just defective, Kobe offered a free estimate so I went there and he confirmed that the screen was defective due to the screen still having issues after it was removed from the frame, after they ordered a new screen and returned it, it was like brand new and no new frame needed, I will never go anywhere else again. Brought in some broken Beats headphones. Had the replacement part but couldnt remove some screws. The employee took them in back and 5 minutes later had it all fixed. Since it didnt cost him parts and only minimal labor, he did it for free. Definitely will be back when I break other things...

Meridian store was great. Bit pricey for a new screen but still a heck of alot cheaper than a new note 20. Only Samsung licensed store that can fix note 20s.

If I could give it negative stars I would. I had an iPhone 6s. I was at Verizon for another phone/issue and brought up that the battery in this phone died quickly. He told me they use uBreakiFix for repairs and that they could just swap out the battery and it would take about 15 minutes. He booked me an immediate appointment with them and I drove over there. It took about five minutes door to door. Upon arrival they were just taking people in order of how they walked in, not asking about appointments, so I don’t know why we bothered with that. While I waited the person ahead of me was very upset saying he had brought in his phone to them and they had broken it (long story short). They refused to accept responsibility for it and said it didn’t happen on their watch. He left with no resolution. I then explained there was nothing wrong with the phone and Verizon said they could do a quick battery swap. The man at the counter told me it would be an hour to an hour an a half. Ok fine, maybe they were busy. I left (this was around 2:30) and waited. By 5:30 I still hadn’t heard anything so I called to check on the status. After a brief hold a girl got on and very nonchalantly told me when they put the new battery in, the phone stopped powering on and basically the motherboard was fried. No sense of urgency or any shred of being apologetic for destroying a perfectly good phone. I had to prompt her to tell me what to do next, and she very casually said I should go back to Verizon and tell them what happened and they’ll take care of it. Verizon closes at 6 and she’s 15 minutes across town (in rush hour traffic to boot). All just very no big deal on her end. I called when I was less than five minutes away and said they needed to have the phone ready to go as they’ve left me no time to make it back to Verizon. I get there and they call out from the back “we’ll be with you in a minute”. I told her I had to go, I was out of time and again, with no apologies or sense of urgency, she took her time checking me out. I made it to Verizon with four minutes to spare. Thankfully they were a lot more customer service focused and even apologized for what happened, and they had nothing to do with it. The customer service here is grotesquely appalling and non existent and I cannot believe they stay in business with such shoddy ethics and apathetic behavior. I’ve never seen a business take such little responsibility for their actions. Places like these are a dime a dozen, I would avoid them like a COVID-19 bat!!!

I’m pretty sure the quality of screens and lds parts are not high quality cause I have a bulky phone case which is so big shouldn’t crack my phone and I also have a glass screen protector on my phone and managed to crack my screen with a 2ft drop my phone doesn’t work right ever since I got my phone fixed the first time, the second time still the same issues and I learned to deal with it cause apple takes appointments and can’t get my phone in for awhile, outrageous to think spending $300 to get a phone fixed just so it will crack after it fell 2ft and not work properly

Cracked my screen last night. After figuring how to file claim with Asurion I was lead to this store in meridian.They were already pretty busy and needed 2 hours to work on my phone and they closed in 1.5 hours. I pleaded my case and they listened.My phone was 100% fixed within 90 minutes. Huge shout out to these guys. They really helped me and made room to get it done same day.Keep it up my friends! Was recommended this shop for my HP laptop, since they are an official HP repair store. Been there twice for help with my computer. The employees are very friendly and professional and they diagnosed my problems very quickly. Second time I went, they removed a broken earbud piece from my headphone jack for free! Would never go anywhere else for help with my laptop.

Absolutely unprofessional, and the direct opposite of customer service. After standing in line for 10-20 minutes on Saturday, I was told that due to being busy, my phone could not be fixed within a timeframe I was willing to part with my phone (4 hrs). I fully understood, and offered to come back at a time that was more convenient for them, at which point they could guarantee a shorter time frame (90 minutes) The associate stated that making an appointment for first thing Monday morning, would put me at the top of the list for that day, and that that should guarantee the quick in and out. I show up this morning, early (9:55AM) for my 10AM appointment, and I am the first one in the store (literally as the OPEN light flips on). I check in for my appointment and, Yes, we will be done in 4 hrs, there are several other people ahead of you After stating my displeasure that this is not what I was told, and that the purpose of making this appointment was exactly trying to avoid this situation, I get the same message repeated. THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE. Either do not take the appointment (including the expected wait time), or honor the appointment.

Went in because phone not charging. Lady at desk cleaned and fixed problem/no charge. You cant beat that for service.

AVOID THIS COMPANY!! Unless you want youre phone broken even more than what it was before do not take it to this store! My fiance had taken his phone into this store for what should have been a simple screen replacement. Hours after we were expecting it to be fixed, he had gotten a call and was told that because the cameras on his phone werent up to Samsung code for calibration they could not give him back his phone.. he had to wait a WEEK to get his phone back. Immediately I was suspicious and did not think that sounded right at all! A week later he gets another call and is told the cameras were not the problem,but the motherboard of the phone was broken and that at this point they couldnt fix the phone... so they told us they had to give us the phone in the condition we brought it in as.....SO how does a simple screen replacement go to a camera problem then a motherboard problem you might be asking?? BECAUSE THESE PEOPLE BROKE THE PHONE EVEN MORE! And we werent even told informed about it! and we know this because when David was confronted about the problem he admitted to breaking the motherboard portion of the phone. Also when told that the district manager would be getting ahold of us because of this, we have not heard one word from them and its been days...OH and before we went to talk to the people about them breaking the phone another customer told us and I quote watch out they are a bunch of idiots because they had broken his phone even more as well...Thank goodness for the other company we took the phone to otherwise, we wouldnt have found out about these problems. We were told ubreakifix ended up replacing the screen (also didnt tell us about) and that they had broken the phone even more. Eventually going to get ahold of the owner about the situation and to make them aware this is a common problem. these kinds of things SHOULD NOT be happening.

The folks working there were competent, respectful, kind, professional, and had excellent communication skills. Too many times I have been spoken to in a patronizing tone by call center or phone repair folks who dont want to acknowledge that I in fact, do know what I am talking about. This is the place to go for help. I went to 2 other places and they were no help. The first was my cell phone service provider. They just wanted ro sell me a new phone. The 2nd was a competitor that said it was a phone they dont touch because it leads to more problems. Then I went here. They took it in the back and connected it to the tool and told me it had a charge. Then he did the FACTORY RESET on the phone and next thing you know it is back up and running. So glad they took the time just to check it out. Then he sent me on my way. No cost to me. I cannot say more about how much they have helped me! Thank you very much uBreakiFix!!!!

We took my daughters phone in to have the broken screen fixed. Prior to bringing in the phone my wife called and asked them out the phone repair. They said they could do the repair but they dont have the parts and would have to order them. I took the phone in today to start the process of the phone repair to find out they did have the parts but it would take 24 hours to do the repair. We told the guy that the phone was drug thru the water in the ocean and how the screen got broken. Never did the employee tell us that they cant fix phones that have been wet and they never told us that Samsung wont allow them to repair phones that have been wet. The phone worked fine outside of the giant cracks on the screen, the reason we asked them to repair the phone. Three hours later the store calls me to say that there is water damage corrosion on the charging terminal and they refuse to fix the screen!!!!!The phone worked fine even the screen. I asked them to replace the screen. THEY REFUSED TO FIX THE SCREEN. I told them that this review was coming and they still refused to fix the screen. Im not sure what scam these guys are trying to run here but I advise avoiding them.To add insult to injury when I called Samsung they told me that this store is the one that they want me to go to. The store lied and gave me nobody to contact avoid these lazy scam artists!

These guys denied an Asurion claim on a Note 9 screen repair because the internal IMEI didnt match up with the phone, Had a cracked screen and it was fixed, but someone,tech or whoever, must have switched phones -on purpose?..honest mistake?...my guess is, on purpose-THEY SWITCHED OUT THE SIM CARDS....He and I remember the phone being tweaked when he got it back last year,didnt feel right in his hand, but didnt care because -Screen fixed,all clear....now fast forward, take it back to get fixed again... Denied at UBreak Not the phone in question.Asurion and Verizon says yes, that is the IMEI numbers of the phone we sent originally....and UBreak is saying the numbers we show are different!.....sounds swapped to me....these guys were the one, Ubreak fixed it the last time.Busted.

I went in ready to pay $99 to have my USB-C plug replaced. They checked the device and found that the plug was just dirty. They cleaned it for free.I normally fix my own phones, however after asking these guys detailed questions about how they perform repairs, I fully trust them with my future repairs. Furthermore, they are Google certified at repairs.

I brought my phone in because it was not turbo charging and you had to fiddle with it to get it to slow charge. They took it in the back and cleaned out the port hole of pocket lint etc. with a toothbrush, compressed air and it works perfectly again. No charge!

Kobe is awesome. I brought my sons iPhone in because the charging port wouldnt keep the charger in. He assessed the phone and noticed there was something in the port, cleaned it out and didnt charge me a dime. If we ever have another phone problem I will take it to him for sure. My wife got her SIM card stuck in her new phone replacement and the Eagle Verizon store suggested uBeakiFix. We were professionally greeted and the tech, David, there was able to remove the card but then went the extra mile of helping to transfer all info and apps from her old phone to her new phone...a process that would have been difficult for my wife and me. We will certainly return to this store based on a most satisfying experience.

They had really great customer service and a fun energy. They got my screen fixed within an hour and I had my phone back in my hand. They even gave me a discount coupon for if my screen broke again. Their was a slight scratch that I noticed after I left but I was gonna go back and wait again just better to look for next time.

Awesome - Professional and very helpful - explained what my options were 1) replace battery 2) Free cell phone analysis 3) Turn-around time was at best extremely very quick!!!!My follow-up options were clearly explained and what to do if the problem occurs again - bring the phone back and probably replace the battery - which is better than spending a chunk-of-change on a new phone!

These guys could have easily charged me for a repair that I had already agreed to pay for. However, when they did a diagnostic, they also cleaned my device really well and then were able to get it to work without doing the repair. I took my tablet in to be repaired, I couldnt get the thing to charge and figured it was either a battery or a connection problem. I was greeted immediately upon entering the store, and they were all very helpful! He fiddled with it to see if he could get it charging, and while he got it to work at the charger in the back of the store he couldnt really get it to work on the charger they have up front, so I went ahead and let them keep it for diagnostics over night. Next morning they called me to say it was ready and asked my to bring in my charger so they could look at it too.I went in and again was greeted immediately, went to the back and got my tablet went ahead and told me what they did to see what was wrong with it, and ultimately they only needed to re-seat the connections. Which is why they asked me to bring in my charger to make sure it was still good connection wise as well. They ended up doing this for free since it was such a simple fix. I was surprised and I appreciate this so much. I was expecting to have to pay $50+ and they very easily could of sold me a new battery when it wasnt actually needed.Ill certainly be back if any of my devices have an issue again, and Ill be recommending you guys to my friends and family as well. Customer service is awesome and everyone was very friendly and professional!

Not a good experience. Had a phone screen replaced and it stopped working under warranty. Took it back in to look at it. Needed it overnight which was fine. Got a call the next day that the screen was the problem and they would fix it and call me. No biggie, under warranty. Did not get a call back but wanted to get my phone back so I stopped in before they closed to see if it was done. It was and they had failed to.call me and they said that there was a small spot on the top where it was cracked. Told them to show me the crack and they brought out the screen .Then the story changed and it was just that the part of the screen separated and that it allowed in moisture. Long story short. I had to pay for a screen that was under warranty and stopped working with no visible signs of damdama at all. If you want to change a screen to sell or trade in a phone it is I guess an alright place to go. If you want quality work with integrity to a warranty this definitely is not your place.

More than just a place that fixes phones! I had some old computers that didnt work but I wanted the contents transferred to an external hard drive. Not only could they do it, they did it happily and fast. The owner is a stand up guy who really knows his stuff and every employee I spoke to was courteous. Definitely my go to shop from now on!

Highly recommend the liquid screen protector as its not even noticeable and comes with a warranty. Will come back if I ever crack my screen again.

I went to the store twice trying to fix my phone that has a cracked screen. I went in the first time asking how much it would cost to fix. The tech was nice and said that he could order the parts for my model. I waited a few days to hear back from them before having to return to the store. When I returned they said that the parts havent been ordered yet and that they would call me back in a half hour and let me know if the parts could be ordered or not. I waited a day before I called the store back and asked to speak to a manager to get to the bottom of the problem and again I got faced with the same issue of they hadnt ordered it yet. For my repair Im paying $80 to fix my only $200 phone. Their supervisor was very nice when I explained the situation and said that he would get to the bottom of it. He told me that he would call back in about 10-15 minutes and I never heard back. The fix isnt worth the stress. Im extremely disappointed with their lack of customer service. Ive decided to get a new phone instead.

Today was my first visit to the store. I found the store using a Google search and agreeing to give them my business based on their very positive reviews. They did not disappoint. The gentleman who helped me was prompt, courtesy, and knowledgeable. My sons Apple touch stopped charging. He was able to fix it in less than 5 minutes after I tried a few online solutions at home without success. I tried to pay, but they would not let me. Great customer service. They got my future business and I will certainly direct my friends here too.

Phone charger port was acting up another place quoted 100 to replace. Colby diagnosed, cleaned and had me out the door with it working perfectly in less than 10 minutes!!If you break it take it to these folks.

I brought my kid’s phones in with broke screens to get fixed. The worker was very friendly and fixed them pretty fast. Fast forward a few months when my daughter broke her screen again and my wife bought a fix it yourself kit and when we took the phone apart we saw that the worker did not replace any of the adhesive to the phone which is what protects the water proof ness. Idk if this is something that they do to everyone’s phone or if they skipped a step with ours. I just feel like it’s a step that would normally be included.

Excellent service. They fixed my busted screen in no time flat and everything is working great. They even did a quick check of the phone to make sure nothing else was busted.Overall, very thoughtful and friendly while doing a great job.

They were informative letting me know the screen for my tablet was stalled for delivery which was good, but when I went in to pick up my tablet after it was fixed it went downhill very fast. First, I was charged $158.99 for my screen when I was told on the phone and in person when I dropped off my tablet and verified TWICE what the price would be out the door, and was told $149.00. Second, they said my tablet had a 90 day warranty, when I picked it up, and I pointed out the sign on the counter that said their tempered screed was good for one year, and if it breaks would be $19.00 to fix. I was informed at that time that that screen is not available for my tablet. I let the clerk know that I was told when I dropped it off that I was getting that screen, and that is what I expected. The clerk offered NO assistance whatsoever regarding my complaints and actually just shrugged them off. I left informing him that I would not be leaving a good review on their service, and again, he seemed not to care. As an employee, I guess that doesnt matter to him because he isnt the one who gave me two pieces of false information.UPDATE: I went back in to get my Galaxy S7 Edge repaired, and they did an awesome job in just a little over an hour. Other things regarding my phone were explained to me going above and beyond what he needed to do, and received a discount off my current service to correct the misunderstanding. Thanks guys!

Super friendly staff, great pricing. They fixed my phone (cracked screen) in under an hour, and they charged me less than T-Mobile would have even with a protection plan.

I am so incredibly pleased with my my laptop repair. One of the hinges on my laptop lib completely broke and the lid had to be replaced, as well as some cable adjustment so the screen doesnt black out anymore. Great customer service, great work, nice and clean little office, super cute IT guys! You can trust them with any of your devices!

I had a great experience with uBreakiFix. They were very friendly and professional. I wasnt sure what to expect, but they were able to quickly diagnose the problem I had with charging my phone and fix it. I was planning on having to replace my charging port, but they were able to quickly determine that there was some debris that I had been unable to see/remove myself.
