Kid at the front counter seemed to hate his job. I went out of my way to come to this store to get one of the new disposables that all the other stores have been selling out of pretty quickly. I asked the kid at the counter if he had the ones I was interested in, he says “yup” and then points to where there are.No biggie really because I knew what I wanted, but what if I didn’t?When it was finally time to ring up what I wanted, I asked him if I could do separate orders to stack my points up. The $10 off is great once you reach 100 points, and I stack my orders at all of the other stores without an issue. I had money on the counter and before I could say anything he typed in on the register the total, grabbed my money, and said he unfortunately couldn’t do that. He rang everything up before I could say anything else. I explained to him that I’ve been able to do it everywhere else without an issue and he then again said he couldn’t do that. Very short, no eye contact, nothing.I understand if it was against policy, I get that if that was the case, however it just didn’t feel helpful at the very least.Just spoke to a guy over the phone though and he was very friendly and checked around for me and even advised to me he was a new employee and that it would take him a little while, which was awesome. Keep that guy around.

Still waiting in the shop while the gal is only paying attention to this one girl with a ton of questions. All I need is vape juice. My dog is in the car. This is ridiculous. I’m only reviewing because they have a huge REVIEW sign right here next to me. So I figured it was meant to be lol. I guess everyone should know this lady doesn’t know how to multi task & you’ll be here for 20 min for one item.

Havent had a cigarette for 6 weeks. My lungs feel better, next bottle of juice ill step nicotine down.

Tried to stop in for the first time to buy juice. After picking it out, Im informed that their system is down. No option to pay, only told to visit a different location.

Im not from this area and was just looking to pick up a disposable vape. The only guy in the store at the time was not very helpful or friendly in the slightest. I could not read the flavors from behind the glass counter. When I said one he didnt even correct me to tell me what the flavor actually was so I ended up purchasing something I was not expecting. No big deal as its still a decent flavor but overall the customer service was pathetic. 10/10 would NOT recommend.

I never shop here but I’m kinda vaped out of my normal stores selection so I figured I’d give this shop a shot. I showed up at 2:20 on a Thursday trying to just grab a quick bottle of vape juice. There was a sign on the door that reads “back in 5 minutes, sorry for the inconvenience”. I’ve now been sitting here for a good 15 mins, 3 other people have come & gone and no ones showed back up. If you’re gonna leave early or are understaffed because of covid or whatever the situation is just be honest about it.

I truly enjoy the service provided by this shop, and franchise.

We purchased two Cali 2k vapes (expensive). walked out of the store and returned to my car to safely test the vapes. Both of the vapes were bad. We immediately returned to the store showing the SAME person that sold us the vapes 10 mins later. He refused to exchange them. It is im possible to safely test vaporizers inside a vape shop. I recommend running from the doors of this company, it is my opinion they are completely unethical . The disrespectful way I was treated showed a true lack of any professionalism.

So I dont normally come down to this location but Zack was the associate working and he was so helpful had the juice that I wasnt able to get at any other location and just all-around an awesome guy... Amazing customer service

These people are great. Prices are a tad higher but they know what’s up and they have your back. My tank went bad. They didn’t even question it. They hooked me up with a new one on the spot. This is how business should be done.

Worst shop in town, don’t buy your mods or batteries from this place. They’re trashy. Tried to exchange the dead battery they sold me Wednesday, they said they’d get more Friday, went on Sunday and they told me to come back tomorrow. I refuse to waste my time at this place anymore. Terrible management since they’re “never” there to do my refund and completely disorganized. Go somewhere else, it’s not worth it.

I would actually like to give them 2.5 stars, because the staff is very friendly and very polite, the store is relatively inexpensive compared to neighboring shops. However, I am growing increasingly frustrated with not only the lack in selection, but the inability to keep items needed for the products, that they sell, to function. At least every 2nd or 3rd time I stop by, my flavor, coils, or pods are sold out. I have even been referred to try the store on Meridian and Overland, only to find out they are also out of stock. I dont know who is in charge of taking inventory, but I wish they would have a better idea of their business needs. I often stop here because of its proximity to my house, but I end up driving more, because they often dont have what I need. I would gladly change my rating if they could address these issues.

Love this Store! Nice selection, decent prices and EXTREMELY knowledgeable staff. I have received more helpful advice from this store than any other store in the valley. They have always been willing to help me and answer all of my questions. Ryan and Chris are rock stars and I have yet to ask either of them about a product that they could not tell me all about. Anything from Juice to Mods, their knowledge is absolutely unsurpassed in Boise. I highly recommend this store. Thanks Guys!

I barely know anything when it comes to vaping and the employee was very helpful and answered any questions I had, while also giving me recommendations that were within my budget. It’s a pretty tiny store but seemed to have quite a bit of variety nevertheless.

Would leave less than a star if I could. Staff used to be very considerate and helpful to customers, however, the last two times I have gone were a huge disappointment. I waited 15 minutes because their employee was catching up with her friends. Definitely will never go there again.

I would give NEGATIVE stars if I COULD! This place is a rip off. They dont know their own products and break your things and dont replace them. I went in to get some help with my vape, the guy broke my tank, wouldnt replace it... offered me 20% off a new tank... which reluctantly I did, I wish I wouldnt have. Also I bought a new mod... that was priced at $84.99, he charged me $124.99 for it, and when I realized it he told me it had the wrong price tag on it. I feel like I was completely ripped off, the next day when I realized what had happened I wanted to return the things, they wouldnt take them back, and I left a note for the manager to call me and 5 days later I still havent gotten a call back. I wouldnt refer this place to ANYONE!

I am new to the vape world and I absolutely love, love the staff at this location. They always have an answer to any question I have and I am never left feeling that I have asked something stupid. I go out of my way to get all my vape supplies from only this store.

I’ve purchased 5 or 6 different mods, batteries and tanks not including juice bottles from this place. I’ve had problems with almost every one. The last one I kept the recipe returned because it wouldn’t charge. Gave a different one that’s even worse. Absolutely the worst manager and only a couple people working there are helpful. DONE!

Staff is always friendly and helpful. I get my questions answered and great info every time Im in and their rewards program is easy to understand, automatically acrues points as purchases are made and the staff lets me know my available reward EACH time I cash out. They have a large selection of juice brands and flavors and a great selection of mods and tanks - always keeping up with the latest designs and trends

Ive never been so fed up! I go just looking for some juice I find a flavor I want 14$ for 25 ml I thought it was steep but I bet it tastes good. The second I get out I put it in and smoke it theres so little flavor I get confused and realize the juice expired this month and I bought it on the 26th...do not buy here unless you want to be ripped off and extremely pissed Id say go buy your stuff online I got 85 ml (30+30+15+ a free 10) for only 21$!

Mind you Im a trucker who drove from Ogden UT on my way to Kent Washington, so I looked them up on their website and thought they were cool. I was the first person in there and three other people came in after me. They stopped helping me and helped them. Been coming to Vape for a while now... Used to be a good experience. Last two times Ive been in to get coils for a TFV8, they dont carry those, and then this time Im told I cant buy a single, it has to be a full pack... What happened to you guys?** To be clear, Ive bought singles all the time from multiple stores, within the last few weeks, but now thats changed all of a sudden.

Nice selection of liquids and Vape Pens/Boxes. Prices are competitive and in line with other local competition. The service can vary from Excellent (very helpful, knowledgeable, friendly with perfect warranty/return resolution) to Uninterested (little to zero enthusiasm, minimum effort at salesmanship and absolutely no concern for your shopping experience). The gentleman who assisted my last purchase was more interested in smoking his own vape box and blowing smoke rings than he was about answering my questions, while the friendly lady who usually helps my wife always offers information on specials, opinions and feedback on quality of particular products and goes above and beyond the call to make sure my wife is happy and educated about the liquid or product shes interested in. Well continue to shop here, but try to time our visits around the friendly ladys work times.

Staff are great, but the quantity is smaller than the other shops and the variety is very limited for the new vaper quitting smoking. They deal with mostly subohm hardware and few pods. You cant get many coil heads. This may have changed since 3 months ago, but I dont. I have gone to matrix for juice and vape emporium for hardware as they have mtl or mouth to lung devices. Vape is the largest chain of stores but the least variety. Step up your game guys and get some better nic salts and mtl accessories for us people quitting smoking.

Good product line, good rewards program, helpfulish staff. They have a huge variety of great flavors and great hours. The store are always super smokey and it depends on the store and who is helping you on how the customer service is. I think the owner would benefit from outlining basic customer service skills/behaviors that should occur with customers that come into the store. Starting with all customers should be greated even if busy and its I will be right with you. If you are just talking with a friend about mods stop and help the customer who needs juice. Some are great at this and depending on what you purchase they are thoughtful in their cross sell offers. Ie if i get liquid they ask if i need coils. If i get a charger they ask about battery....just feel that consistent would make you a hard shop to compete with. Thanks
