Make sure you check contents of products before you pay and leave or you will be accused of theft when you find out that contents are missing. My wife and daughters frequent this establishment often sense opening, and now my wife was insulted because of K&Ms MISTAKE. Maybe decent prices, but huge improvements needed in customer service.

This a decent lil beauty supply the store is completely half off but they wig game is weak AF and the lady charged me $5 at half price for lashes instead of 2.50 I get them all the time at M&Ms for $5 and tried to tell me the regular price is $10🤦🏽‍♀️ I dont mind $5 cuz thats what I always pay but dont tell me half off and its not and then say they cost 10 and they dont

The worker seemed uninterested and annoyed. This store has gone downhill over the years. The items seem to be all over the place and they need to be more organized. The prices are average. Ut to get good customer service and help with what you need Id try M&M up the street or Angelas in Hammond.

@lc You brought in hair that you put mulitple chemcials in and had the sewing thread in it and expected a full refund. You were the first customer that had ever complained about that hair when we have sold it for many years. Im sorry that it didnt work out for you and your customers but however you brought in hair that has been put into someones head with multiple chemcials in it and expect a refund of hair that we cannot resell.

Black people stop spending tour money with these people...tget dont care about the products selling...most of the products and hair is old and has been sitting for years...customer bought so called virgin hair from them and hair matted ...brought back after a week of use and said its not their problem...one of their stores already closed...hopefully this one will too....Hate businesss who dont stand by their products!

Absolutely horrible I’ve been getting extensions in for over 2 years I know how to take care of them was gonna get my indi remi but didn’t have in my color so the owner recommended a different brand and she said it’s just as good I can’t even brush my hair a week later and threatened to call the cops on me because I’m ruinging the reputation of her business and said I didn’t have enough money I have plenty and was gonna buy the more expensive brand but like I said not in my color and she recommended the kind I have in and I can’t even brush
