My husband and I have never tried Middle Eastern food and wanted to give it a go! We got the chicken shwarma sandwich, falafel sandwich, and the mezza spread to try all of the different dips and appetizers. The hummus and baba ghanoush were delicious as well as the Arabian salad. We enjoyed eating that with the warm pitas! We had the chicken shwarma with garlic sauce and it was perfection!! The falafel was yummy too!! We will be returning to try more menu items!

Our group of four greatly enjoyed our dinner at Aladdin Pita. The food was good as was the service but you would not categorize the restaurant as upscale.As are most restaurants, the portions are more than you can eat. And the meals were reasonably priced.I wasnt crazy about the appetizer (some ground up red pepper dish) and I didnt think the rice pudding was the best Ive ever had.But overall... Ill be back.

Amazing atmosphere and exactly what I was looking for in a restaurant. It seemed somewhat cozy and familiar. Perhaps it is due to the fact that I am Middle Eastern along with the owner and multiple employees, so I felt at home per say. The food itself is surprisingly VERY traditional and similar to things my mom would make at home. So if you’re looking to try out Middle Eastern cuisine this is the best place in the Northwest Indiana area.

I don’t even know where to start. First off our waiter, Naseeb, was a handsome young fella and treated my group better than any waiter we’ve ever had. The restaurant was also exceptional food wise, I personally have never had Middle Eastern food, so I can’t argue whether or not it was “traditional”, however I can safely say that the food is delicious to the blind eye. I would recommend it to anyone who is interested in Middle Eastern culture.

Everything that Ive got from this place has been fantastic...my favorite is the salmon dinner and the lamb shank dinner...everything is always fresh and delicious! The kabobs, lamb chops, hummus and wraps are amazing as well...you cant go wrong with anything that you pick from the menu! My family loves Aladdin Pita!!

The food here is amazing! I had theCombo Shawarma with beef and chicken and yellow rice, which came with a cup ofFreekah and chicken soup. It was one of the best and satisfying meals I ever had in many years!! I will definitely come back here for dinner the next time I am in the area!! I chose a salad, an appetizer and some sauce. I always love the hummus and add the red hot sauce and green hot sauce. Both of these sauces are direct but have completely different flavors. I also really like the garlic paste.

Great Kibbeh! Visited a couple times for lunch. Very friendly staff in the restaurant with a family run feel. I love to pickup a couple specialty breads and olives from their attached middle eastern grocery store.

WOW! I’m a visitor. I’m A resident of Dearborn Michigan which has the most middle eastern population and the food there is a hit and miss. This place, has been a hit every time. The food is in the 5 star perfection category. Who ever is the cook needs to have a golden star. My orders have been flawless with taste and quality. I’m glad I found this place and now I know where to go if I ever visit again.

Growing up in Los Angeles, there were so many options for Persian/Middle Eastern Food and they are amazing. Since moving to the Midwest, I havent been able to find anything that comes close, until this place. The food is amazing and it reminds me so much of home. Always fresh, flavorful, spot on. The staff are always so polite, welcoming and fast! Thank you for the incredible service and food.

Amazingly good food, was there on business for 3 days made a wrong turn in a good way and ended up in Aladdin, My compliments to the Chef and team had dinner twice and buffet lunch all 3 days means food and environment was so good that I did not bother checking others out. The Lamb Chops were Oh so tender and bursting with flavor... Classic dishes, large portions, reasonable prices. Made fresh....lots of vibrant aromas and flavors. Really good falafel. Picked up so I didnt get baklava with coffee to finish my meal 😟 but when dining in, it is the perfect ending. I usually have 2 more small meals in my to go box from just one order.It is also my source for middle eastern imports. This place should not be missed.

I was getting tired of the same old food and wanted to try something different. My whole family was impressed. We got the sultan platter and it was amazing. Everything was well seasoned and spiced, and char grilled. Flavor everywhere. I always thought pitas were kind of boring food, but a GOOD pita changed my mind. This place is great.

Ive been eating here for a year now. Falafel bowl, lentil soup, and rice are my favorite dishes. The sage and mint tea are must for tea-lovers. You can tell you are receiving a cultural experience when you eat here or from here.

Beautiful, delicious and traditional Middle Eastern Cuisine! The Vegetarian Platter is absolutely delicious! The amount of food you receive is crazy for the amount you pay especially if you are on a budget or just in need of some good eats. The food was still warm by the time I arrived which is very impressive when compared to other restaurants in the area. Definitely coming back!

I have enjoyed good food and service here several times but today, my family and I was totally ignored and not served. I even asked out load to staff as they walked by who I server was and was ignored. We sat there for over 10 minutes before walking out and watched 3 tables receive their bills and tables bused and still no service. Sad to say but there are several other options on rt30, and we dont have to accept bad service.

Food is absolutely amazing snd always leaving you for more. I order more than I need on purpose because it’s just that good.

Food is good, but staff is very rude and inconsiderate. 1st incident, the wife and I are sitting eating and the waiter comes over to take our dirty dishes and give us so more bread. She picks up the old bread with her hand, puts the new bread bowl down on the table and tries to play basketball with the old piece by trying to toss it in the new bread bowl and missed. It landed on the table. Why would you pick up my food with your hand and toss it across the table? 2nd incident, the wife and I go there Sunday for the buffet. Its from 4pm til 9pm. We get there around 7:45, pay, and wash our hands. We get up to go and get our food and as were walking down the buffet we noticed there are a lot of empty containers with no food in them. But weve just paid for a buffet. So I asked the waiter would they be refilled because we just got here and we paid for the buffet? Its only 8pm and the buffet is over at 9pm, which gives us a hour to eat as much as we choose. Do you know she informed us that they wouldnt be refilled and we had to eat the left overs. I was furious! 3rd incident we decided not to go back in there so we started to order take out and just pick it up since the staff was so unfriendly. Every time we ordered and picked up the food which was twice we were missing something and had to return to pick up what they were missing.

I cannot believe how great their lamb is.And I had their falafel sandwich for the 1st time 2 weeks ago and was one of the best sandwiches I had ever eaten. This is one of my top favorite restaurants ever!

This is the best Middle Eastern food I’ve eaten. Go on the weekend and order the buffet. Everything is fresh and delicious. This is well worth the drive to Northwest Indiana. The lamb and yellow rice with raisins is fantastic. The salad bar is also amazing.

The food was cooked to perfection! I ordered the chicken platter and Akkadian salad. But because i love authentic greek food I had to give it 3 stars. The Tzatziki sauce was horrible. Luckily the food was really good that I could eat it by itself. But if you’re going to serve really good food serve really good Tzatziki sauce. That mashed potato looking stuff taste like clay. I would order again and go to another greek restaurant just for the sauce.

Very friendly staff and fast service. The chicken biryani was fantastic and the freekah soup was amazing. Portion are very large and prices are very reasonable. Definitely coming back every time I visit the area.

The food here is always amazing and is one of the only places for authentic middle eastern cuisine in NWI. The staff is friendly and attentive, the portions are generous if not large, and their buffet on Thursday and Sunday use a great way to try all of their options for one low price. Definitely recommend.

Such a great place! Ive just discovered this place after trying hummus that a friend had.....I called in a to go order on my way home! Wish I had more than a couple of minutes, theyve got a little grocery/convenience store I wouldve loved to check out.

Absolutely love this place! I was nervous going into this resturant because of the location (next to the Dawg House). But was extremely pleased with the food. They have a small mini Mart in as you walk in. You are then greeted by a gentlemen to be seated in the resturant. The bathrooms do need to be updated but again the food is beyond amazing.They start off with 4 small appetizers with Pita bread for free. If you order a meal you also get soup too which changes daily. I personally love the Business Special it gives you 4 different meats with rice.

Took the family to try shawarma for their first time. I got the meat combo plate and the kids and wife got the chicken shawarma. Service was very friendly, and the food was very good but different. The babaganush and hummus appetizer was a nice touch.

The food here is out of this world good! The lentil soup is a daily staple for good reasons, it’s amazing. There are so many vegan/vegetarian options and the fresh pita and hummus is to die for. I’ve honestly eaten here a lot and never had anything that wasn’t great.

Was seated immediately but despite only having 2 other tables with customers, my family was not acknowledged or serviced with even a hello...let alone water. We sat there at least 10-15min and was ignored while the staff cleaned recently emptied tables and the other two customers. There were at least 3 wait persons available. This was unacceptable and despite years of coming here, I will not be back.

Service was prompt, food was great. Our table had the vegetarian platter and business special. Grapeleaf wraps are tart and savory; I really enjoyed them. I also had some mint tea, though it doesnt come in the typical American-super-size format (Im not compalining, it was lovely). I would definitely bring my friends here. They have great group food options!

Our server was wonderful. Very patient and great with the kids. I wish I could remember her name. One of the main reasons I come in is to enjoy the kibbeh though and almost every time I come in they are out. Luckily I got their last order last time I went.

Unbeatable price, the food is ready lightning fast, the flavor is always amazing. They do curbside & take out + the front is full of candies and treats!! They had the best buffet that I would frequent before covid, the lentil soup is dreamy, youll never want anything but the freshest mint tea, I always order the mezza + labneh and extra pita, and genuine tandoori cooked meats make this place WORTH THE TRIP. Its a genuine diamond and theres so much I havent even tried yet. If you love Mediterranean, you need to go!!
