This storage facility is very clean and easy to access. Krystal at the front has been extremely helpful and friendly every time we need assistance with something. The inside units/hallway are sufficiently cool even on super hot July days. Highly recommend.

The manager on site is very professional very forthcoming with all the information that you will need to know about renting a storage unit and or a U-Haul truck I highly recommend this company five stars or more if I could post that just an awesome experience I rented a unit there and nothing but kindness she brought us out water and extra cart at no charge and it was just a phenomenal experience I highly recommend Mesa secured storage.

These guys held a unit for me while I got things ready for nearly a month and barely gave me a fit about it! These guys are amazing and they go above and beyond for the customer, especially Crystal up front!

Rented a uhaul to move. Way better experience than a normal uhaul center. Had a slight hiccup with a tire on the day of pickup. Crystal took care of it all for me. Would definitely use them again.

RUN AWAY from this facility. Once I showed interest, they hounded me with phone calls and emails constantly. They even sent me a welcome discount email, but when I inquired about it, they claimed to be completely unaware, even though it was sent from their facility and signed by the owners. Classic Bait Switch B.S. RUN AWAY FROM THIS ONE!! and their units werent even that clean. Minimal Access. Piss Poor Operations.

Mesa secure storage is one of the best in the valley. I have a 10×10 at a great price AND the ceilings in there are over 12 ft tall!!! Plus the employees are proffesional and understanding. Great service.Oh. And they rent out uhals and packing supplies.. !! :)

Found this place online near my house because I needed moving boxes. The couple that operates this place were awesome and helped personally deliver them. They were able to help me navigate my first time getting a Uhaul and helped me score a good deal and extra miles that i very much needed. Awesome service, a hidden gem in the neighborhood I didnt expect to find. You wont find this kind of service at a more corporate style joint.

This place is horrible. They owed me $300 from a unit sale. Got a letter after settling into my new place, took the mail a bit to catch up with me. Stuff in storage.... who would have thought perhaps this person is moving. When I went to collect the monies I was told it was dismissed as of the first of the year. That’s like stealing from me. I hope you all had a beautiful dinner on me. This is just beyond wrong and I’m fixin to tell everyone how your company does business!!!

When we moved out here earlier this year I was looking for a place just to temporarily store our stuff while we looked for our new home. But the service has been great and it has been so easy, we decided to keep our space and not cutter up our garage. Everyone that works there has been great and took especially good care of me when my husband passed away and I had to change everything in my name. I definitely recommend Mesa Secure Storage they rock!

Been using this facility for 3 years. The old managers were awful. They would not work with you and looked for every reason to charge you extra fees. Never stuck to their word. New mangers and staff are amazing. Im a truck driver and most time unable to get phone service to pay over the phone. They have been understanding. Great customer service. I hope they never leav . I appreciate how good they have been to my fiance when dealing with payment.

Darla was most helpful, she called me within 10 minutes of filling out the form online. She answered my questions and helped me decide what type of unit would best fit my needs. When we went to the office to sign the lease she was most helpful, pleasant and knowledgable. A good worker and a nice person. Would recommend her to help my friends in future.

Showed up during business hours and the door was locked. I was paying my movers by the hour. When I knocked on the door they yelled back at me to stop banging on the door. I also called the morning of and on my way to the storage facility to make sure that we encountered no problems. They didn’t answer multiple phone calls or return any messages. They are rude and unprofessional. If it is during business hours and the sign says open I expect to be helped and not yelled at through a door to stop knocking and go away. They live on site and were in their house with the doors locked during business hours. What the heck?!?! They decided to respond to my review unprofessionally and completely ignored the BBB complaint that I submitted. I have never encountered such incompetent and unprofessional people that don’t take responsibility for their mistakes. They clearly do not understand customer service. They flat out LIED in their response to this review. I called them at least 4 times and they had my number incorrect in the system despite my leaving the number in email and on their answering machine. These people really have no clue how to run a business. They also said I trespassed on their property during business hours with their gate wide open- I walked around the property to look for anyone who worked there. They were locked in their house ignoring a paying customer calling, and knocking on their door. I’m really astounded by the service I received as a paying customer during business hours. Bottom line- a paying customer should be helped for a service they paid for during business hours. Not ridiculed and mocked by rude and lazy owners sitting inside with the doors locked telling a paying customer to go away during business hours.

This place is great. Darla reached out to me regarding an incorrect charge and made sure that I understood that it would be rectified. Anytime that I have needed assistance or had questions, Darla has always been my go-to person. She exemplifies great customer service and is always professional. She was a good hire!! Thank you.

I have had a unit here for over 2 years. Finally buying a home and moving out😃. Friendly staff and clean units. Only down fall is that for as much as the units cost there is a time limit to access them 24hr access would have been nice sometimes. Other than that very nice place.

I needed a storage unit quick. Darla was very helpful. The units are clean, security is high. Wide lanes throughout the complex. They didnt have a truck available and Darla took the time to find another uhaul store and reserved a truck. Customer Service is excellent. I will recommend.

We appreciate what the Security Storage did for us in regards to our RV. I believe it was just a misunderstanding now. When we got to the gate the night prior, the gate was closed and it appeared that the lock was still on. A phone call from the manager telling us that they couldnt meet us but it was unlocked, would have been better. Or, after noticing the RV was still there, a phone call to ask why we had not moved the trailer, would have informed us the gate was unlocked. We left two phone messages trying to reach managers the same evening, but the calls were never returned.

The experience here was amazing. Patty was very friendly and helpful. The move in was smooth, and I thought the rate was great-best in the area.

They changed people that were there. Prices are ok but the way the contracts are written seems to leave it open for them to charge you more. If you do not want to pay extra get a renters policy to cover your stuff in the unit. Was told they had work units/hobby units New people told me no they do not its a fire code violation because they do not have fire suppression systems in place. Will be moving my vehicle out of work unit soon 265.00 a month is too much for such a thing.

So far first month I havent had a good experience they are not open as listed hours say. They rarely answer the phone during business hours.

I now take back my original post! The staff is only friendly on the first visit or unless you are Caucasian. The staff also looks like they are Meth heads with blackened and missing teeth with foul breath. The nasty woman here refused to be accommodating to our situation. I wish I could post the video I took of our last encounter here. She was as disgusting as a human being can get argumentative for nothing. And when asked to speak to her boss she claimed she didnt have one and when I asked for a corporate office phone number she said that there was no corporate office either. I spoke to a few other people renting here each one of them told me how they were a month late with no problems from the staff, mind you we werent late on any payments in the 6 months here. We had just moved back to AZ and on the last day we couldnt get a uhaul anywhere in town and my personal truck hadnt made it to AZ yet. On top of it all she refused to allow us to use or rent any of their uhauls on site. The next day happened to be the 1st and she said she wouldnt charge us for the month if we had our belongings out before noon, it was tough but we made it happen. We had the largest unit and it was full back to front. So now months and months go by and we just received a bill from them for that entire month that she stated in my video that she would not charge us for. Also Meth head informed us that they will pro rate you coming in but wont pro rate you going out. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE for their shadiness, nastiness and unprofessionalism at its finest. (Original Post: The staff is great and the offer great deals. We would most definitely recommend this facility to everyone we know.) One last thing is that nasty woman also had informed us that they had been in my storage unit without our permission.
