I was so happy and relieved with the service I received here this morning. I was scheduled to have a hitch put on at another store, but when I got there, they told me they didnt have anyone to put it on. They said maybe this store would do it. Lupe said he could get it done right away, and the manager even drove over to the other store to get the hitch. I had a lot planned around getting the hitch put on, and these dedicated people got done!

Lupe installed trailer lights that I couldnt figure out. Hes very detailed and professional. Very happy that I brought it there. Great experience!

Dont get a storage unit here. Go anywhere else. Never again with this poorly managed place. Sketchy people working there. Locking a persons unit when it was fully paid for week before due date and not one person including the manager even knew how, why, when, or who locked it. I paid every single month for a year and they tried to say I was a month behind. Seems like they try and scam people. Dont trust anyone in that office except the redheaded man chris.

Billing error from another location prompted a lot of frustration. The alternate location could not fix the billing error due to newer management in training. Chris, the manager at this location took instant accountability and corrected the error for them. Chris is fantastic. Thank you Chris for 5 star service that goes above and beyond. I work 80 hour work weeks, have two businesses and run an auction site. If I could rate this place a negative star I certainly would. Our truck wasnt ready on time and they try to charge us fees for things that we never got it was a horrible experience I strongly recommend against ever going to this place!

I want to give a big shout out to Lupe who helped me with a wiring problem that another U-Haul put in wrong, he stopped what he was doing and took the time and fixed my problem. He was very understanding and very courteous. I believe he is the Manager at this location. Thanks again Lupe

Went in after making a reservation online weeks ago only to be told nothing was available and it didnt matter that I made a reservation. The woman was extremely rude and through her hand in the air so as to say oh well when I left to walk out. Very disappointed with the way this situation was handled. Also rushed while I was still in my car not even parked and pretty much being turned away without the professional courtesy to let me park 1st.

The establishment, was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful to update my reservation

They indicated that we could only keep the truck until a certain time, but when we brought it back on time, there were plenty available trucks of the same size. It was too late to extend the rental, so we will need to finish the move next weekend.

I recently ordered two U-boxes with self delivery/pick up from this location. I mostly dealt with David (location manager) and he made me feel confident in Uhaul every step of the way. They held my goods safe and sound for a month with no issues. They handled everything like it was their own. If we ever need storage solutions again, I wouldnt hesitate to return.

I visited this location on 7/26/2018 and Carlos was awesome! I have two small children and Carlos walked me through the process of selecting the best packing materials for our upcoming move. Carlos even went so far as to carrying the heavy boxes to my vehicle, and rearranged the seats so everything would fit!!! I highly recommend shopping here!

The worst store Ive every been to. Very unprofessional. I came to get into my uboxes and when I opened my boxes things came falling out at me. When I asked the forklift driver about it, she gave me attitude and said I have no right to be mad that my things are broken. Then she claimed she didnt move the boxes there. The things in my boxes made it safely across this country and were not broken. Then when she moves my boxes thinhs are broken. I will never use uhaul again.

Very disappointed in this store. Came in today to pick up our 20 truck, which we reserved a week and a half ago for our move tomorrow, and they did not have one for us. How does this happen? Now we are driving to the other side of town to pick one up, hopefully they have one for us. Bad business, U-haul!!!😬

Thursday night you had a very DISRESPECTFUL rude lady employee working .she did not dress professional.she was just in general rude.so rude that that night I cleaned out my unit and I took my stuff to my small apartment.she didnt say anything to me.but the way she treated others really made me uncomfortable.word has got out.and why have you been closing half hour early ?bad business
