Good location, clean, nicely lit are with 24 hour access. Only thing I would change is, put individual lighting in units.

Its beautiful area right next to sun splash and bumper car place !!!!Just avoid the motel 6.Bunch of junkies bring the value of the neighborhood down. Pretty said!!!! Other then that nothing to worry about. The u haul place is secure!!!!!

New to this property, manager is rude. Manager has made an assumption I live in my storage and I DO NOT LIVE IN MY STORAGE. Tonight I came through to drop off some furniture (in boxes) and go about my way, so I left my keys in lock on roll door. As Im clearing space manager suddenly throws the rest of the door and my set of keys into the roll door. I say, my keys! He yells back they are on the ground and starts barking as if Im trying to live in storage, I bark back I just got here and Im unloading the load and leaving. And guess what? Manager walks away and ten minutes later I find the key is broken off in my lock. The man lives on site and wont answer doors or any phone calls sent through customer service. So now Im late and stranded at a storage where a full grown angry white man is lurking around. Do not take your chances here.

I have COVID-19 and they wont allow my two friends, who are on my account as additional persons with granted access to manage my storage unit. Instead, they want my friends to drag me out of the house, all the way down to mesa (which i live in phx) just to show my ID because theyre accusing my friends of fraud. this unprofessionalism puts the whole public including themselves at risk not to mention they locked my friends dad inside the facility so he had to hop the wall to exit while having a diabetic medical emergency dont rent here nothing but problems huge rip off also it is NOT 24 hours unless you pay additional fee ill be contacting 3 on your side

They not open 24 hours they close at 9 and they lock u out of ur own unit even if ur payed up for changing close

I have my storage with this u-haul because it came free with my u-haul rental from Las Vegas to Mesa. Afterwards it was just a $100 Per month after that for a drive up storage space. Is actually a decent price. Also comes with its own lock so I dont have to purchase a separate one. They auto debit my account once a month. There is a plastic card that you use to gain entrance to the storage space 24/7 if you want. Its in a safe area and Im very comfortable with my items being here.

Horrible . Justin at Uhaul in Chandler. On Arizona Ave. Towed my uhaul truck. My lease had two more days. All of my personal belongings are in there. Including my purse and every dime I have. Customer service was no help. I havent eaten in 24 hours. Because all my money is in the truck. I am now wasting time, that I can not afford. Really, people!!!!

Trashy place, and they are raising their prices, for what? There is no climate control and the place is rundown. Go to Storage West and get a climate control for about the same price.

Web page makes it seem as if somebody is on site. There is nobody on site. Person comes from other location. Other than that. Very happy with this storage facility.

Its 24 hours but you cant use the restroom for any of those hours. I have 3 units here and been trying to get rid of things and consolidate but the trash is always locked. There is never anyone here to help. So I have to drive to the store to potty and have to fill my car with trash to clean my units. I have rented here for 3 years nw, never late on rent and real sorry now that I chose this place.

If you are looking for storage look no further. Very clean environment and friendly staff made our move easy. Every storage unit is drive-up which makes loading/unloading a breeze.

I would of left 0 stars if I could. The lady and wanna be bodyguard of a husband were just shy of harassment and assault today. Threats of sending big guys my way. No way to run a business. Does uhaul even now what happens here? Cause I dont think they would stand behind it. The general manager didnt even know the uhaul ran website where you go to find movers. Called MOVING HELP just fyi its advertised at least once on every uhaul truck.

Ive had nothing but issues, from having a working key card to get through the gate to get to my unit and on three different occasions them putting a lock unnecessarily on my unit(one time having to wait over 45 minutes for them to come remove the lock, mind you their office closed 30 minutes after I called.), not to mention the unfriendly customer service and absolute disrespect shown by the manager Kevin Hammann I would not recommend this place to anyone!!!!

This is the best storage in mesa they are real friendly and if you have a problem there when renting your storage they will meet you there due to no manager o n site like there use to be but there is security cameras onsite
