This was my first time visiting an actual store in a long time, and i couldnt be happier with this one. Because of the person who assisted me, Joyous, I would return and recommend it to anyone. From greeting to purchase, Joyous was professoional and helpful. My new glasses are just what I was looking for - so happy with this experience.

When I walked in with an issue with my prescription glasses this afternoon, salesperson Lauren (767908) attended me right away. She was very professional, knowledgeable, pleasant, and quick thinking. She understood my problem and what was needed to correct it. She was thorough in her explanation and processed the order in a timely manner. I am grateful for such a swift and excellent service. I was out of there in a jiffy and a happy customer.

Some one at this location is stealing money. Check your bank statements people!!!!! They say that the card machine times out or it did not take your card try again. I called and they said oh yeah I do see a double charge give it a few days and the charge should come off. Then when you bring to the attention of the attendant they say there is NOTHING we can do. I ask to speak to a manager and of course they are never there. I left messages for a manager to call me back and I received nothing. I will be taking this to corporate level. As a clinic manager in health care, this is the reason that I will not be returning. The customer service was rude and unacceptable and did not even try to help with the matter not once but twice.

This was my best experience with LensCrafters to date. I choose LensCrafters for my new pair of glasses each year because I prefer the personal assistance they offer, versus “juggling” more than one client at a time. Joe stood out among everyone I interfaced with at all LensCrafters stores I’ve visited. He is very friendly, understood my preferences, and knew the store’s merchandise very well. He pulled suggested frames that worked perfectly and he was very honest (he didn’t shower me with compliments when it was clear a pair of frames didn’t look good on my face). He took his time with me and was very knowledgeable. The store had a good vibe. All of the employees were professional, they clearly liked each other and made a good team. I look forward to visiting them again when my glasses are ready :-)

First appointment in years and each employee I communicated with was extremely helpful, From the nice receptionist at the eye exam desk (actual mad 😡 I didnt get her name) to Dr. Richardson prescribing me the perfect prescription and last but not less Ms. Lauren for helping me pick the right frames. The whole experience was great overall Lauren made my day I love her personality. All three ladies are very professional and passionate about their work I can’t wait to go back to pick up my glasses and see them again.

I have order an eye glasses and told the employee many times to make sure that I get a new pair of the glasses because the one I tried at the store was really in bad shape and have lots of scratches. They informed to wait 2 weeks until they bring the new pair. After 8 days they called me to come and get my new pair. Unfortunately, the pair was clearly a used one and has tons of scratches and the sales guy kept convincing me it’s a new pair. It’s a real unprofessional treatment for customers and very unfortunate to lie to your customers. And when I refused to take the glasses, they told me to wait another 2 weeks. A true bad experience and never go back this store even though I am a lover customer for lenscrafters.

Let me start off by saying had it not been for Dr. Moses, this would have been a one star review. Dr. Moses deserves 5 star but your sales team a zero. The lady who works at your lakeside location is rude, has no manners and doesn’t know how to speak to customers. She was unprofessionally talking about changes to your company and how she doesn’t like to work late on the sales floor with customers in the store, very unbecoming. She walked past me and not once acknowledged me, said excuse me and gave off the vibe she doesn’t like her job. She called customers like cattle and has no flair for customer experience. Instead of asking if I’d like to take a seat as I waited after my exam and picked out my glasses I was told to sit down. I will come back for Dr. Moses but will never let her assist me. Wish I had her name but I didn’t even want to speak to her! She was just that rude and not customer friendly.

She would have done the same had I not had any. They also had a great cleaning system in place with trying on.

Okay…so I love Macy’s and LensCrafters is located inside Macy’s, which is why I decided to give them a try. My appointment was scheduled ‪at 3pm‬ and we got to a late start (‪around 3:25pm‬). To ensure efficient use of my time, the Salesperson helped me to start looking for frames. The eye doctor was personable and efficient. I really appreciated the fact that he wiped down the equipment prior to me putting my chin/face on it. I’m a germophobic, so major kudos in my book! When I was done, the salesperson helped me again. She was awesome! We went through A LOT of frames and I finally found the one. I was hesitant about the price, but she ran the numbers for two different frames. I ended up getting the frame that I really liked and I was impressed with the final cost. I will most definitely return for my next annual appointment.

I was referred here by multiple businesses as THE place to go for repairs. They not only couldnt repair glasses with broken arms, they literally dont keep even generic replacement parts in stock. Attempted to convince me that my only option was to buy a new frame (incorrect). What a gross salesperson tactic. If you want glasses get them online. Not from this company. Youll save 90% of the cost and a scummy salesperson wont lie to you.

When the Visionworks Covid-19 gestapo turned me away at the door because I didn’t have an appointment, this LensCrafters location bent over backwards to help me. I was able to go in and freely try on all the frames I wanted until I found ones that I liked. (I put the frames I touched into a basket and a technician then sanitized them and put them back on display) Then Samantha sat down with me and went over my lens options and helped me build my glasses. It was a night and day experience between the two companies, and LensCrafters won the war in building customer relations!

This was my first time at a LensCrafters and, to be honest, My expectations were set pretty low. But I was pleasantly surprised and thoroughly impressed with the entire experience! Outstanding customer service. Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff that went above and beyond during our visit. Even though I was a walk-in, the doctor saw me in a reasonable amount of time and the exam was fast and thorough. Nice selection of frames, too!

I will never go anywhere else for glasses. The people who work there know their craft! Finding glasses for me is usually stressful but not here. I will be sending everyone here for glasses.

Made an appointment with eye doctor when I was shopping in the glasses store. They took all my insurance info and gave me an appointment for the following Saturday. When I arrive for the appointment they tell me they don’t accept my insurance and I can pay out of pocket and file a claim with my insurance company. Trash service.

Waited over an hour after my scheduled appointment and still had 3 people ahead of me, so I had to leave.

Have been here several times and the team are all super helpful and friendly. I came in recently with glasses that were sent from another store and they helped fit them for me and teach me how to use progressive lenses. Will def come back for the friendly service.

All of the staff were very pleasant, polite and super helpful. I was able to arrive in the early afternoon while the store was not too busy. While the technician fitted my new lenses to an old set of frames, Ligia was happy to assist me with adjusting a new set of frames to fit my crooked head, something that usually takes me a week or more on my own. All of my visits there have been pleasant. Even at the busier times of the day when I had to wait a bit before Zuley helped me out. The only problem I have is remembering the technicians name even though Ive asked him twice now. Hes been super helpful every time Ive been there.

Excellent service and professional staff. The consultant explained all the in-store promotions to best accommodate my budget as I was purchasing two pairs. There was a great selection of RayBans and plenty of progressive lenses to chose from.
