I had a great customer satisfaction at Target Optical. Hailey was extremely knowledgeable and efficient at her job. She was pleasantly kind explaining everything. Not too often you have someone that has the skills of this young lady.

I work at a hospital with and optical department. Even with my insurance and “employee discount” I was still going to need to pay 300$ out of pocket for progressives. Not to mention the frame selection is horrible and I felt like I was buying a used car. I got the perfect frames good lenses online from Target Optical. I paid extra for next day air and spent about 120$, after insurance. They arrived lighting fast and are perfect. Granted, you need to know your measurements to properly choose frames, but that is not hard to figure out. I will definitely be ordering again

After a horrible experience of trying to book an appointment at Americas Worst Eyeglasses, we were yelled and berated by a rude manager when we questioned a cancellation of a family members appointment, we needed to get an appointment somewhere fast. Target Optical was fantastic in the fact that they could book us for an appointment in such short notice.Upon entering the office, we were politely greeted by Steve and Hayley. Throughout our experience, they were incredibly polite, helpful, and knowledgeable about the products and services that they provide. The service skills of the two doctors assistants is unmatched anywhere in the entire New Orleans metro area.Dr. Moses was also very competent and friendly. He was very approachable to ask questions. Furthermore, his examinations were quick and thorough, partly due to utilizing some of the latest technologies available.In short: Target Optical is incredible, and I would highly recommend them to anyone, even on the northshore!

I honestly cannot say enough good things about Targets Optical Department. My first experience with them was late in the day and I was on business in Baton Rouge, LA severalty years ago. My vision is horrible, and my frames broke in half. My night vision is also poor, and I needed to drive home to New Orleans. The staff there went above and beyond to find a set of glasses that night to accommodate my complicated prescription so I could drive home safely. Today, I had a similar experience with the Metairie location at Clearview Mall. Steve was off-the-chart amazing (and funny) and so was Dr. Moses. Once again, they went above and beyond to work with me and my insurance dilemma to ensure that I got not only the best price, but the best care and attention as well. I cannot imagine going anywhere else. Experiencing this level of customer service these days is very rare!!! Thank you both so very much! You are the best!!!
