Came to the store to have my phone screen replaced after I dropped it. Everyone was nice and helpful. They did a great job and the whole process was very efficient and took 15 minutes. I would definitely recommend them if you have a cracked phone screen that needs to be replaced.

I came here for iphone repair and I left very happy! Over a week ago my phone dropped and the whole screen shattered. The screen didnt turn off right away but after a few more days the iphone quit lightening up altogether. They gave me a quote which was cheaper than the other places I called and it only took 30 minutes for them to give me an iphone screen replacement. Very unorganized I have been trying to get a warranty they said they’d issue for months now.

Do NOT use this place. They do not cover anything under the warranty even though the battery was only a few years old and within warranty time frame. Management is rude and blames the problem on everything but their terrible battery. They blamed the vehicle for draining the battery, it took over 24 hours to charge the battery..it’s a bad battery period! They also said the company has a nationwide warranty policy and told us to go elsewhere to honor the warranty...what?! Then they said the battery company isn’t a good battery anyway. Then why are they selling them? Management hung up on us, kept giving excuses which we verified with other battery sellers to be incorrect and just flat out disrespectful. Please do business with someone else since this place doesn’t honor anything because ‘it would have me lose hundreds of dollars.’ according to the manager/owner. They are a waste.

I dropped my daughters Ipad off for a simple screen replacement.I purchased this iPad in Dec 2019, so it’s pretty new.The ipad is now damaged even more since Battery World “replaced” the screen.Not to mention they had the iPad from March to June.If you’re considering this place for any Apple repairs I would suggest anywhere, but here.

Don’t buy from them! They can’t honor a warranty (5 yrs, battery is less than 2 yrs) after driving 40 miles (one way) to get replacement battery. Oh, I could drive another 80 miles round trip & see if the manager will approve replacement. Give me 90% of my $ back so I can purchase from a reliable retailer. They can certainly have their POS battery in return. This is the only vehicle I have to drive & their battery is inconsistent with CCA & vehicle won’t start without assistance. Not the only one with this experience.

Ive only had great experiences here. They are great for phone batteries and I getting my watch battery replaced today for under $15. Once I thought they sold me a bad phone battery, and it wasnt charging, but later found out it was my cable. They were always polite and professional. I love this outlet is dedicated to batteries. It such a pain to talk batteries with most electronic suppliers, and they certainly wouldnt troubleshoot your phone battery for you, like Battery World does. .

Went here for a new cell phone battery for my samsung. They were very inexpensive and their service was super fast. We were in and out of there in less than 10 minutes. That includes testing the battery before we left and paying.

The service was terrible. I could not get any help from either of the employees on duty. Plus when I tried to ask a question, all I got was a rude attitude. Neither employee should be a CSR.

Disappointed in staff service. Only one or two staff members. Prices seem beyound reasonable, to high for current market values. Actually net result though they repkaced the battery they did not test it. I dicovered it was not that the battery was low that was causing problem; however, per where they placed the old battery, they could not find or determine which one was my old battery so they would not issue a refund. In short, terrible service.

They carry Enersys car batteries, the best car battery money can buy! Some locations will also make heavy gauge cables for you. And of course, batteries for most electronics are available although they may have to order them for you. Some batteries are not very cost effective with Battery World, check first.

If I could give a lower rating, I would. I bought a Rescue 1060 jump box from Battery World and paid a premium price. When it broke, I returned to Battery World to buy parts. I was told they no longer carry that product and they cannot help me. I then contacted the manufacturer who told me they dont sell parts. So, if you want a good product the the vendor and manufacturer stands behind, go some place else.

Went there to buy a battery for my cell phone not knowing that the phone had water damage . The phone worked for a while after buying a new battery the phone was dead again. I took the battery back to BATTERY WORLD they gave me all my money back with no hesitation . The guy there was very nice and I will recommend their business to any one needing battery assistance.

I called on Aug 2 for a quote to get a battery for my motorcycle. I gave the lady my bike information and was told about $65. I called again today (Aug 8) to ask about the warranty on the $65 battery. I was told the battery is $124. They act too busy to even care about the customers or find out why I was quoted differently when I call. Because of the customer service, I will take my business elsewhere.

Bad, sold me wrong batteries then wouldnt give me my money back. Had to eat the expense and buy correct batteries at Wal-Mart...Just lost a customer forever.
