What a great experience! We just bought a floor model mattress last night from sales associate Paul. He was patient and knowledgeable and helped walk us through to finding the right mattress for us. We had both envisioned a rather long, arduous evening of laying on a hundred mattresses at various stores, but we easily found a good choice to meet both our needs at Mattress Direct.

So disappointed. I purchased a United springs elite valor mattress in December 2020 and it is so nice to sleep on. But it was supposed to be compatible to Sealy Posturepedic. But its sunken on the side I sleep on and I cant sit on that side or I slide right off! Its 10 year warranty, but I doubt it will make 3 years just don sit on side of mattress.

Of all the purchases you can make, mattress shopping isnt super high on my list. Gary was friendly and knowledgeable while also trustworthy so I didnt feel the need to spend my day comparing prices from the next place or two down the street. He made it easy and we got in and out while getting the mattress we really wanted. A+

I went into Mattress Direct to look for an adjustable base for my Serta I Comfort queen bed. I bought it 7 years ago and the adjustable base quit working so I needed to look for another adj base that would not break the bank. I explained the situation to Jae Bush the sales person and to her manager Sam. Both were wonderfully receptive to my needs and I was able to purchase a new base with head, foot adjustment with a massage feature for $400.00. I was able to do so due to a close out sale on this particular floor model. As I waited for things to be processed I had a wonderful conversation with Sam and Jae about many things and I left there feeling uplifted because of my interaction with them. I will definitely return there if need to buy a new mattress... .

My husband and I went to get a mattress at Mattress Direct because I had back surgery and our old mattress was too hard for me. The young lady was so nice to us! I believe her name is Jashanae. She seemed to understand our situation with money and helped us to find something in our price range. The young gentleman also was a lot of help. They even helped put the mattress in our car. The gentleman was so nice about it! We know where to go for a great mattress!

We went in on a Friday night at almost closing time, we had been to a bunch of other mattress store that night but something about this store and Sam the salesman was different from the time I called letting him know we were on our way until the the day we returned to make our purchase his customer service was awesome he did not try to press us into making a purchase we couldnt afford he let us take our time to decide while offering his knowledge about each brand we need more customers employees like Sam thank you for everything and I hope we enjoy our new mattress and will refer your location to everyone we know

Wow. It’s hard to find good people in sales nowadays, but when you find them, it’s a godsend. I bought here a couple weeks ago and could not believe the service. The store manager’s name was Sam and he was one of the most honest and genuine people I have ever met. Helped me pick out a bed to solve my snoring problems. Even found an option for my dog.

Today my mother went into this same store. She was shopping around for a new mattress, and instead of being helped she was radical profiled. The man who was supposed to help her find a mattress was rude and nasty. She was told that she couldn’t afford the one she was looking at. She and I were very upset. I will also give a call to cooperate.

We were extremely pleased with our experience buying a mattress at Mattress Direct. Jae, our salesperson, was knowledgeable and allowed us time to make sure the the mattress we chose was one that we would be happy with. We tried out several mattresses, some of which we wouldn’t have considered without Jae’s recommendation.

I would highly recommend Mattress Direct to anyone shopping for a mattress. Shop around, but make your last stop here and you will see the difference. The staff and showroom far exceeded any other retailer. Ryan, our salesperson, was extremely knowledgeable and personable and was part of the reason why we bought from Mattress Direct. 20 year warranty on our mattress, tons of add ons, reasonable prices, free delivery, and locally owned!

Weve been searching and researching mattresses for months now. We never felt comfortable enough to pull the trigger until today. We did check out another mattress store that paled in comparison to your store. Our guy Ryan was amazing he was very personable, knowledgeable and was willing to work with us on pricing. We havent received the mattress yet so cant review the mattress itself, but we feel confident that we got a good mattress for a good price. Im glad we went to a store instead of buying online. I had a great experience at the Mattress Direct in Metairie (the 4236 veterans blvd location)! My 3 year old son tagged along with me to come help shop and the staff was super sweet and patient with us. My sales rep, Philip, was super informative and if he wasn’t sure or didn’t know the answer to one of the million questions I asked, he always found out the most accurate information for which I really appreciate. I stayed in the store for about 3 hours (my own fault, I’m super indecisive) and I couldn’t believe how patient he was with us. Usually some places will start to rush you, but it wasn’t like that at all here. I highly recommend this store if anyone is looking for the best, high quality mattresses and superior customer service.

Love, love this store! Pam had me sold on a mattress over the telephone before we even went into the store! We did go in the following day to finalize the sale. AJ was knowledgable, patient, and had a great sense of humor to deal with a couple (avery helpful skill) . He was able to work within our constraining requirements with ease: a twin mattress no higher than 8, comfortable, and affordable. We walked away with a way nicer mattress than we expected given our restraints. He made the experience incredibly easy and painless...and it took less than 45 minutes from start to finish. He is definitely a valuable asset to this establishment.
