Amazing customer service! I got there and immediately knew the storage space i reserved online was way too small for all my stuff. Talked to the lady at the front desk (i forgot her name but SO SWEET) and she showed me two other units and immediately upgraded my unit. Then as we were leaving, the lock provided wouldn’t unlock for me, and she handed us another lock for free and said cut the other one off. OH they also have carts to make it easier to move all your things in.Really glad i found this space!!

This has been a great experience. The staff and facility at Extra Storage, 6005 Airline Hwy., has been excellent and most helpful. I strongly recommend this facility.

I am presently renting a storage space and just reserved an additional one to store some of my late moms furniture. Very Clean, very friendly and will show you more than one storage area if available, month to month.

Very friendly staff. Rented a unit in climate controlled area for over a year. Staff maintained elevator and doors and gates immediately when there was an issue. Was always safe there even after office hours. Only issue is not having a restroom available after hours on the property. Otherwise a safe place to store your valuables, company equipment, or for any storing that fit ones needs.

I had a good experience from the moment I called the main number with the man I spoke with, he gave me a good deal and when I got to the storage facility I was greeted by Rochelle and she was very professional and explained everything to me. I also like the hours that the storage unit stays open, I am using them currently and if I ever need them again in the future I will return I will also refer it to anyone who is looking for a storage. Highly recommend this property for storage. We were impressed by the updated security features, pricing, cleanliness, and friendly professional customer service. Our service agent was Deandre. We left and tried a different rental company, but came back based on her excellent treatment of us.

I needed to store our car in New Orleans for 2 months. I don’t live in Louisiana so I’m glad I had Chris to help me out. He is patient and knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. His follow-up was impeccable. We dropped off our car today, met Chris in person, and feel good that it’s in good hands.

Moving, and pregnant. What storage facility doesn’t have a restroom for paying customers?? Just a little ridiculous. So, if you’re moving, be sure to walk to Winn Dixie if you have the need!

Great service - Rochelle worked with me on move in and move out and made the process seamless, easy, and she is downright friendly. I never met her face to face but it didnt matter, it was exactly how storage services should be. Would recommend to anyone and would definitely use again if and when needed.

We rented a storage unit here for a period of 2 months. After hours access was a breeze with a key code and we felt safe knowing each car needed an individual code to access the units. Hand trucks available just inside the door made moving multiple loads of heavy furniture and boxes a breeze. The space was clean and well-lit. Rochelle assisted us in closing out our account once our stuff was moved out and she was very helpful and delightful to deal with. Would 100% recommend!!

Rochelle O. and Chris provided us amazing service both on the phone and in person. They listened attentively to our needs and produced a perfect unit for our storage needs. The facility is super clean, with thoughtful layout to include careful drainage, in view of protecting anyones assets. Our unit was thoughtfully constructed to include a good amount of insulation. Even thought it was 92 outside, the unit was pleasantly comfortable when we opened the grated door. We highly recommend this facility. We were offered a contact-less application (everything was done electronically) and we were able to enter the facility without question. The facility has great fencing all around, coded gating, and video. The office is spotless and set up for social distancing. Chris was careful to disinfect the lock we bought at the facility (ours didnt fit) and he wore all the necessary PPE (as we did) helping to lower the stress during these Covid-19 times. Extremely efficient! Set everything up online, they called within 5 minutes to confirm and were ready with my unit when I walked in 20 minutes later. Explained policy and did a walk down of the unit. Lots of cameras, monitoring, and automatic for safety!

The service was good. The facility was good even being on the 3rd floor. The problem I had with them was the price went up after 5 months but didn’t go back down. My 5 by 15 started around $80 a month and when 5 months hit it went to $145 without insurance because I had my own. The only way to get a lower rate after was to move storages completely. If the price goes up with the market why shouldn’t it go down with the market. Also had a 10 by 20 that started around $160 and after the 5 month period it went up to $200.

Rochelle was fabulous. Tried to get storage at another facility and the staff was not helpful at all. Rochelle took her time through the whole process and was patient with our million questions. Process was quit, but very thorough. Facility is clean, well lit at night. Will use them again in the future if needed. Thanks again Rochelle

Rochelle is beyond exceptional in customer service, she is the one that I met upon arrival at Extra Space Storage. I was really happy that I chose this place from my google search. I had called a few places but didn’t have a good feeling about them. When I called Extra Space, they had the best price around. The only thing I didn’t like was their requirement to buy insurance, but that’s the same as the other storage places. I’ve recently met another employee, Robin, that shares the same expertise in customer service.So I would recommend this place to anyone looking that wants the best price. The bonus is thet they have an excellent staff. Win-win.

She offered and was able to find me a better storage unit after showing me what i initially requested. SAVED ME MONEY! She reserved my unit and offered a card that i may reach her directly and it just so happened that i needed to use it. I went to a place down the road where the woman literally said I had to hurry bc she got off in 20 minutes. The ladies at extra space are courteous and knowledgeable. DO NOT CHOOSE THIS PLACE! They scam you with an introductory good rate and then increase the price every few months if you dont pre-pay for a year!! Also they have roaches and rats! The insurance just went up as well...the automatic 10$ extra charge per month! This is a rip off and the Manager told me they first day that if I was a minute late she was leaving! No customer service! Typical company that wants your money and gives nothing in return! I have been there a year and my rent has already increased twice and now the insurance increase as well! RIP OFF! SCAM!! BEWARE!!!
