As my first time renting with a storage company, I have to say Rusty went above and beyond in making it a 5-star experience. He was very thorough and didn’t miss any details; all charges were explained and he was gracious when I lost my lock keys almost as soon as he handed them to me. He was able to issue me a new lock and key fob and remove my old lock in about ten minutes, with minimal fees. Thank you so much Rusty! I’m very glad I chose Safeguard thanks to his customer service.

The manager came through for me when I was in a large bind after closing time on a Sunday evening. And she came through big time. Had an emergency come up, and she came through like a champ. Rusty and Troy at Safeguard were so wonderful and made the process of reserving and moving into our storage unit so easy. The facility itself is great, with a lot of security and amenities. I trust that my belongings in my unit are secured and protected.

During the hurricane scare I stopped in the office and was greeted by Troy and Kari I asked a ton of questions! When I say these two ladies reassured me of the safety and security of my belongings I was beyond relieved! Troy even took the time to go over my insurance policy! Kari is a great addition to the team as the new manager. She is sweet, knowledgeable, and very professional. I would not store anywhere else but safeguard! Thank you ladies for being awesome! Manager was great. Walked me through everything and was jovial the entire time. Area itself is well maintained with employees picking up even the most minor piece of trash they see.

Excellent staff that are always polite and friendly. It’s a very clean building with top notch security making it a safe location. With various moves I’ve made over the years, whenever I need extra storage I return to this location. I give 4 out of 5 stars because the prices can fluctuate a bit, but then again they do have good deals on their spaces. I highly recommend this facility!

Troy was truly amazing. I orginally selected my unit online but selected the incorrect size for my needs. Troy walked me to the unit and when I realize my error, she promptly made better suggestions for my needs and walked me to 3 additional options with no objections. Not to mention, I was in a horrible mood due to having to relocate unexpectedly and her personality along with her co worker Russell made my day. The manager Brian is very professional and friendly. Always helpful whenever I call. The facility is very clean and well kept and I fell my belongings are secure at all times.

Best storage unit ever! I have been renting a unit here for almost 2 years and I can honestly say I have only had the most pleasant experiences here (as a sales rep, I am in and out of my unit A LOT). Brian and Rusty are wonderful! We felt comfortable using this location due to proximity to the city and surrounding areas, safety, and, of course, the staff! Both gentlemen were happy to assist with whatever we needed. Securing the unit was easy, and move out was simple. We no longer required the unit after just a few months, but will be sure to use this location again when its needed! Thank you Brian and Rusty!

I give 5 stars because the customer service was top notch, the facility is super clean and well lit, and has great security features. One word of warning... hidden charges. I made the rental over the phone - again, a wonderful customer service experience - and they didnt mention some hidden charges like mandatory insurance and key fob purchase. My $122 space ended up costing $170 for the first month. Ive come to expect those types of things in the rental business though, and it doesnt affect my 5-star rating.

Superb service! You can not get any better service than what Mr. Rusty provides! I am disabled and am almost always toting my son around. From beginning to end Mr. Rusty understood my needs and worked with me to ensure my process was easy as pie. He even helped watch my baby while I moved in my things! I wish more employees were as helpful, knowledgeable and sincere as him. Someone give this man a raise!

Safeguard self storage on causeway. Brian was assisting me the day of my visit and man this guy was good at his job. Brian was polite as was his co worker although I cant recall the young ladys name because our exchange was so brief. He helped me to utilize my first month of rent free and really went out of his way to show me my unit and all the amenities the facility offered, all in all very proffesional employees very high class company I was impressed. On the other hand i wish theyre hours were a little more open to the nightowls they close for 10 and the office Is closed for 6.

These guys are awesome. Ive used them twice, once for short term storage moving back home, another for longer term while house hunting. Rates are very reasonable, facility is very clean and secure, staff are really friendly and great to work with. I will absolutely go to them again if I need to find storage facilities in the area.

The staff at this facility has always given me great customer service. I have rented a dozen or so times. They have carts to move my stuff that actually roll, unlike other facilities that have carts that barely move. They have also recently upgraded the security to the building. I really feel the things I have placed in storage are secure.

I rented parking space for my 2 boat trailers. Reasonable. Easy access. Safe. Easy to deal with.

I went for the first time renting a storage room and I meet Rusty while was very professional and helpful. He has giving me a lot comfort. He is a very helpful professtional and your company should be very happy and lucky to him on board.

For the month or two it took to pack up one house and move into another, Safeguard provided easy access and security for my library and video collections and things I didnt want on a moving truck...and nearby the new place. We did small load-ins late at night (8-9pm) as things were boxed up over several weeks, and a massive load out in two evenings, all exactly as I needed.The office people who handled the account, Brian and Rusty, and the clerks who were around them were nice and genuine. The facility was no-frills tile on cement and corrugated sheeting...but clean and solid.Check them out.

I stored documents and furniture for 3 years and the contents were in excellent condition after the storage period. The facility is impeccably clean. The staff is extremely professional and helpful. Monthly invoices and receipts for payments were always received promptly. Highly recommended facility for storage of important documents.

I was blown away at the service. I have never rented a storage unit before. I expected to be shown to my unit and thats all. However the gentleman there explained all of the safety features there. He walked me through how to get through the system. He explained all of the advantages and pitfalls about finishing my rental at the beginning or end of the month and why certain locks are better than others. I was there more than a half hour getting the full lay of the land. I say that in a good way. This place is all about service. I also never write reviews like this but felt compelled to do so this time. I will recommend to others.

Just signed up for a unit at this facility. Super clean. Very good experience. Friendly staff.Would give this 5 stars if there were areas that were covered for loading and unloading into and out of the facility in order to keep you and your things protected from the weather.

My unit is on the 6th floor. It is supposed to be air conditioned but it is hot and humid and the majority of my baby stuff turned yellow sitting in my unit. They charge way to much for their lies. Also, they are happy to charge your debit card they have on file without your permission.

Leah has been very friendly and helpful with us arranging our storage space and getting settled. I would recommend this storage place to anyone. Great customer service experience.

Safeguard Self Storage was perfect for me to store my belongings while transitioning to a new home. The staff is friendly and accommodating, and the facility is VERY clean. My friends and family who helped me move in and out of the storage unit kept commenting how clean the facility is. The security is excellent, and I felt like my stuff was very safe. It was just one less thing I had to worry about. If I need storage in the future, I will definitely be using Safeguard Self Storage.
