Ive had the most enlightening experience with Miracle. Her professionalism & quality of services certainly lives up to her name, Miracle! She was extremely efficient, accommodating, kept the facility clean, as well as, the unit areas & engaged in every question asked with honest answers. She is Extra Storages STAR ASSET! In a time where everyone here is devastated, hadnt worked in weeks etc because of a hurricane. This lovely business takes your money but wont actually let you have any access. Highly recommend you find any other facility but this one.To your reply. You TOOK MY MONEY YESTERDAY. WHEN I CALLED AND SPOKE WITH SOMEONE HE DIDNT SAY ONE THING ABOUT NOT HAVING ACCESS WHEN I SAID I NEEDED IT IMMEDIATELY. So, your reply is null and void. Trash. Straight trash.AND AGAIN I CALLED AND THEY ARE TELLING ME THAT I HAVE TO WAIT FOR A DISTRICT MANAGER TO CALL ME BACK. SO TILL THEN YOUR COMPANY STOLE 176$ FROM ME FOR A SERVICE THAT YOU COULD NIT PROVIDE.

Always clean, secure, great staff - I locked my storage unit and didn’t have the slide properly fastened in the rolling door and they called me and let me know so I could come fix it.

Allen was incredibly helpful. I had reserved a storage unit online but wasnt familiar with the facility. He was very nice and willing to help. I needed to process a refund because when reserving a storage unit online there wasnt an option to unselect a lock (I had my own lock) - he was more than willing to help me with the refund.Without me even asking he gave me a tour of the facility, showing me where to enter from the parking garage in addition to the entrance from the unloading dock.Id say he went above and beyond.

Allen Wilkinson had everything waiting for me in my unit and Carla helped me the day I moved things in which was very helpful. It would have taken some time to find the hidden code box without her. Great experience. Very clean and a great location.

My items were in storage for about 18 months and there were no bugs and hardly even any dust on the furniture. Very clean facility, temperature and humidity well-maintained. The staff was great, always very friendly and helpful.

I needed to place some of my belongings in storage for a certain period of time and the customer service I experienced was awesome when I moved in as well as when I moved out. Ms. Karla Barake answered ALL my questions and was so eager to help me. She was extremely nice and made sure I had a good experience. I cannot compliment her enough! I researched a lot of places in the area and even went to them to visit; however, this storage facility was the one I felt most comfortable with. I highly recommend them!

The staff was very helpful and kind. The was a promotion at the time, which made my move in affordable. I had a personal situation which was such a mess, but she stayed later than she was supposed to and helped me during a very difficult time with great customer service.

I used CubeSmart when I was forced to leave campus back in March. Everything was smooth and I felt comfortable leaving my things here. They were very accomodating and took care of me on a very short notice. They also have great customer service. This has to be the worse storage facility Ive ever dealt with. Less than 6 months after renting a unit, rates go up almost 25%! When it was the height of the pandemic, they didnt want to wave late fees for those struggling! No compassion, very money hungry. You may get the first month free, but damn, they do get you! Stay away...

This is the CubeSmart location we decided to use. Jeff gave us a tour and made everything very simple. Signing the paperwork was simple and easy. We transferred from another storage facility. This location is an excellent neighborhood. They even served us coffee. The neighborhood is also safe. This location also has excellent covered parking.

Karla was very helpful. She gave us a tour and made our first experience with a storage unit a pleasant experience. Selling a house recently so life has been very stressful and we were very thankful to finally have a stress free option. They have covered parking. Jeff was very professional and took his time with me. He gave me a tour and showed me how everything works. I must say that I am so glad that I chose this location. I was relocating and needed to find a location convenient to my hotel, the airport and work while I search for a place. General Manager Brook Cutno and Manager Karla Bataks are simply the best. They took their time with me making sure that I got to choose exactly what I needed and showed genuine interest in me as a new customer. I didn’t know anyone in town and they made me feel very welcome. Brook knows the business and Karla has the front line taken care of. Together they make a great team and are an asset to Cubesmart. When I’m going to my unit I stop by just to say hello. I’ve rented units from competitors in the past and this has been the best experience. The front office and the facility are very clean, well air conditioned and that is a huge positive. The rates are great too. I highly recommend this location. You won’t be disappointed!
