We rented a storage unit for approximately 5 months and had a great experience from start to finish. The facilities are very clean and easy to access. The owner and staff are very helpful. And they even called me after they realized we moved out but had not cancelled our contract, in order to save us money. Could not recommend more!

When shopping for storage that offers climate control, once I entered the office/facilities at Life Storage - Old Metairie (Airline Dr.), I knew that I had found the best storage option in the city. Each staff member encountered was extremely pleasant, professional and helpful, and worked hard to make sure that I had the correct sized unit, for the best price available. The facility itself is immaculate and very well tended. I have encountered the property manager, Ms. Yvonne, numerous times walking through the facility, checking that all was in order and clean. The security is top notch. I highly recommend this facility.

I needed a climate controlled storage for my small business and this facility was the cleanest and best storage facility in the greater New Orleans area. Not only is the building nice and new, safe, but also the manager Yvonne is knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I will always use this storage facility from here on out.

In our 30 years of marriage we have had the opportunity to need to use storage units. We have never been totally satisfied with our experience until we used Life Storage in Old Metairie on Airline Hwy. The facility was always extremely clean, the staff very helpful and friendly. We had three climate controlled units of varying sizes and the manager, Yvonne, made sure that we had all three units on the same floor and very close to each other. Have a climate controlled storage unit going on a year. Anytime, I have to go into the office, Yvonne is always willing to help. The facility is very spacious and easy to get in and out when needed. The grounds are kept neat and great curb appeal.

I moved from the public storage on Carrollton after I found out their “climate controlled” wasn’t always controlled and their contract said it didn’t have to be!! Locked out of my unit, I set up auto pay, they failed to take the money out on the due date. I did not get a call or an email on this, I’m trying to leave at 3 am to go on my 15 hour drive, and I am locked out of my unit because of incompetence. So now I have to wait until they open. My account has way more than enough money, and the card I used I use daily. This is absolutely inconvenient. And i should be compensated for this.
