I used to get my tires at this place, and David always gave me great deals; but I went this past Friday and hes no longer there. When I asked one of the guys to get me a good price for 4 tires 235/60x19, he gave me a higher price than what Ive seen in other places. When I told him about it and ask for a better price, he just said to go to the other place. He didnt even try to earn my business, even thought Ive been buying tires there for my 3 cars, for the past 6-7 years. I guess Ill heed his advice, and go to the other place.

What a turn around!! Just came back from ACE Tire, and got a great deal on 4 new tires, and wheel alignment. I received a call from Edwin at ACE Tire yesterday, and he apologized for how I was treated on my last visit, then offered me an awesome deal; which Im happy to say, it came along with a great service. My appointment was on time, and they finished at the promised time. Im back to being a customer for the foreseeable future. Make sure to ask for Edwin, you wont be disappointed.

I was fortunate to have an inside man for the red carpet treatment, but in truth, everyone going in & out of those doors, as customers, vendors and employees, had smiles on their faces and felt at home. The place was buzzing with busy-ness, but it never felt chaotic. Heard a whole lot of please, thank you, oh man thank you so much, and that says a lot when you hear that as people are leaving with their cars. Manager here at this place has no business being the manager, very unorganized, she talk to customer very rudely. She over working Truck unloaders while veterans workers sittt around watching. I feel really bad for her workers, thats just trying to make a living for there familys. The Owners need to take a strong look at how theyre picking there supervisor and managers. They ONLY try to make the sale regardless of the classification of tire that meets your needs (cant do 90 with a tire classified to only do 80)...I will be contacting FDOT to inform them of this, and hopefully theyll make the required changes for people to be safe out on the roads.

The staff at Ace was awesome. I had recently been told at the dealer that I needed to replace a control arm and some bushings. The dealer wants $2000 + to do the job. I had been to Ace before for some new tires. I took the truck in and the technician advised that I needed two front tires, but recommended I get 4 and an alignment. I did so and my truck is rolling good as new. Word of advise get a second opinion when dealing with the dealer.I would recommend Ace any day of the week. The whole ordeal took about an hour and a half. I was able to get on their wifi in the waiting room and get some work done while I waited.

Purchase tires on January 28th 244.40 for 2 tires.Got the balancing had to go back because the balance was off they told me that they did it the guy was sure the balancing was right. drove to Tallahassee the balance was so bad that I had to pull over somewhere in Tampa pay someone else to rebalance my tires. They were off I have the paperwork to prove the date and how often you were money out of my pocket my work keeps me very busy so I have no time to be wasting. month pass by the car is shaking like crazy I calling and they tell me after 90 days that the warranty does not include a simple balance that mind you I already paid twice for any other Tire Company would say sure bring it in no problem I know this for a fact because I purchase the two front tires from cheapotire and they did the balancing with no problem after 9 month however this company does not see fit or does not see reason why they should fix an issue or a problem they have created for me their answer is I should have came back in 90 days or I should have drove back on my way to Tallahassee to correct the problem within that time frame. Im just posting this for future customers to know how they operate and what to look out for. My review is only according to my experience. And the money i had to spend out of my pocket. I will be sure to go somewhere else. Thank you. For your help ace tires.

Took 4 hours to change my tire.... When I was told 1 hour all because the incompetent person in the desk. Didnt put the correct tire size the first time.Then overcharged me for the tire after being told a price. Needless to say I will definitely not be coming back here.

I had an amazing experience given the scenario of a blown tire. I came to Ace Tire for a new tire, but my rim was too damaged. Rick made great recommendations for rim repair shops. Not sure who I spoke with on the phone but he came off pretty rude. I don’t know much about tires and need to get some replacements but he didn’t answer any of my questions with knowledge or skill - just sounded very aggravated with my lack of knowledge and told me that I can take the tires in the size he has or not.. wow ... guess I will be looking for my new tires elsewhere. Someone recommended this place and told me ask for Dave and maybe I should have done that...

The guys there are pretty friendly & Michael goes above & beyond to help but I was a bit disappointed bcuz I blew out one of my tires, was told my tire wasnt in stock & was sold a tire twice the amount I paid for the tires I purchase from them 3 months prior. The scary part to my visit was, I also got an oil change the same time & approaching the highway, my car alert me to my hood was not closed all the way. So the thought of getting on the highway & it flew open was a terrifying image for me as a female.

The service was very excellent and I would recommend.

The service was great. Had an alignment, the price was exactly what was quoted over the phone. No annoying shady up selling of unnecessary services/parts. The waiting room is very nice, vending machines, comfortable sitting. The wait was not bad at all, especially considering the fact they were short staffed. This place is great. First time here was a couple of years ago. Not only will I never get tires anywhere else, I wont let anyone else change the oil in my truck as well. Havent had to use them for advanced mechanical issues but they will the first call I make if I ever have to. In a town full of shady places, this business offers a piece of mind which is hard to put a dollar value on. Highly Recommended!!

I was thinking about putting new tires and after getting different quotes from different places, my father recommended this place. I did some research and after making my 1st phone call I got a recommendation by phone and a quote. Manager sale on the pirelli for 75 bucks and everything come up to under 500 dollars installation and professional alaiment. Good tires for less than 500 dollars. All I can say is that this people are honest and they will never sell you anything you dont need. Just make sure you always do your service early in the morning . This place is like a Flanigan always good always full. Always ask if there is a lot of people and never come after 2pm because they will be fully booked. I will defenetly appreciate the honesty of the staff and the way they present the product over the phone and try to meet customer need. It wont be the last time I visit this place. Like they told me over the phone the people that go to ACE tires will keep coming back. Great place, great prices, great staff.

I have known Allen for about 8 years now. Everytime I have my lease returns or I need to replace tires on my truck I come for the best prices in town. Dont need to buy used tires with their prices. Either Rick or Allen take care of me and always get the least expensive price in town for tires and they never have to order them. They have them readily available. Top of the line service and lowest price, cant beat that.

Two trips to get tires, balancing, and front end alignment when one trip should have done the job (like every other tire place). The second time in, (maybe because I’m a woman), Prince Mushroom Helmet spoke down to me in the most rude and condescending tone and manner making sure his personal point of view was to bash me in front of all the other customers, on how all cars pull to one side when you drive. (I’m guessing from his point of view, that all car front end alignments are a rip-off, unless you are a male gender). Thank you Captain Putz, for insuring I will never go to you or advise anyone to consider using any of your services in the future. Zero stars from me.

Over the past few years, I have taken all three of my vehicles to Ace Tire. Their customer service, quality of work, and prices are so top notch, that my whole family now bring their cars here too. So thats of total of 6 personal vehicles Ace Tire has serviced, not including 3 of my company vehicles as well. Never have I had an issue with billing or the service, be it as simple as a patch work on a tire, oil change, or new tires. Rick and the team simply strive for perfection and it shows in their work. Employees don’t wear face masks. If anyone has covid, you will get it into your car.I do not know what they did yesterday when they replaced tires, but my car doesn’t work today.

I left the place with mixed feelings. I came here because of the good reviews I have read. My front wheels were off balance and my steering wheel was wobbling every time I hit 70 mph.The guy who took care of my car was a real beginner. He was dropping everything on the floor, including the wheel and the bolts. He balanced my tires and managed somehow to mount them back on my car. As soon as I hit the highway my steering wheel was shaking twice as bad as before and now at 45 mph. I turned around and went straight to the office.I spoke with Mr. Rolon, who at first wanted to convince me that my (brand new) tires are too aggressive for my car. This wouldnt explain why the wobbling got worse, so I asked him to find another solution. At this point, him, together with the guy who balanced my tires figured out, that he has balanced my tires with the hub centric rings on. After another guy re-balanced my tires again, the wobbling stopped.

They are completely Amazing....My Jeep is like brand new.. Never met more honest mechanics... Everything they said held true..An absolute 5 stars..would recommend to everyone.....

My son went in because his Check Engine light came on. Im very skeptical of mechanics in general and since my son is only 20, I felt he may be taken advantage of. He explained to me that his service rep was very knowledgeable and friendly. A few months later, the same light came on and this time I wanted to get involved. Edwin was very professional and made me feel at ease. Made me feel like he cared and took care of our issue immediately.I would definitely recommend this location. I am not your typical 5 start reviewer, but this is definitely well deserved.
