I was 5 minutes late to my Little Clinic appointment. Mind you, while I acknowledge that part is my fault. They decided to take another walk in right before I reach the counter. They couldn’t get me in again until days later. Every hospital, doctors office, etc tends to have a very small window of being on time. I called off of work for this, as well for no reason. They took my number and didn’t bother to call right at my appointment time or a minute after. I don’t recommend this place unless you arrive early because even a minute late, they will take someone else.

The pharmacy is trash. Idk if it’s a prerequisite or what but every person of color I’ve dealt with there is rude as can be. Also, please learn to speak English well enough for your customers to understand you. And the goofy Asian guy needs to stop lying to people and then smiling like an idiot pretending he doesn’t realize what he just did. Yikes. Get better

I did a Clicklist order at the Miamisburg Kroger, as the one on Alex Bell had become horrendous. Turns out the entire click list thing needs to be scraped until you can get enough staff to service it. When customers select a time frame to pick up their groceries, and then drive all the way over to the store, check in and wait, only to then be told that their order isn’t ready and hasn’t been picked yet is ridiculous. It is a waste of time to have this service, if you can’t have the staff to work it. Then I called to speak to the store manager to cancel my order, he then tells me that my order was ready but it wasn’t labeled right. Doesn’t give me much confidence that they were able to pick my order right, if they can’t label them right. Will start shopping at Meijer or Aldi’s now.

They also accept coupons and they have a self checkout which is what I always use because it is just so super fast.

Store is filthy. Trash everywhere, chunks of dirt and dust, empty boxes and packages just left on the floor.

I generally love my neighborhood Kroger but they continue to leave no room next to the lane to unload groceries. Makes it very awkward and uncomfortable to get items from the basket out. Fix this please before someone throws out their back trying to shop here.

This is one of the newer Kroger stores. Not new but newer.While the prices are usually competitive they probably are higher. I dont shop at Kroger for cheap stuff. The staff has always been friendly and attentive. Never lost anything out of may cart after paying.They do hire baggers with disabilities but that is one of the reasons I shop there.One complaint - they are always so busy. ( I guess that IS their fault.)

Great for what you need! Not a marketplace, but close to it. See Dave at the meat counter, friendliest experience I’ve had a multiple Kroger’s in the area.

This Kroger’s location I gave out food samples and these people were some of rudest bunch of people in one location

Pharmacy took 4 hours to fill a med

This may be the worst Kroger I’ve shopped. If the employees spent the effort simply helping customers as they do avoiding working, this would be a good start. Sale prices don’t ring up. This is an every time occurrence. They act like they don’t work there. Fundamental customer service and respect is simply not that hard. Please get your act together. In the meantime I’ll be shopping anywhere else, though.

Needs a update. When you first walk in, the carpeting smells terrible. Prices are super expensive and it seems their pricing keeps going up. The pharmacy inside has a very long line most of the time and the pharmacy techs (most of them) are very rude and seem annoyed at everyone. Most of the time their ad items are cleared out, they dont seem to order enough of the products that are being advertised. Annoying. And watch your items getting bagged!! Half the time I get home and a bunch of my stuff is missing!!! I stopped shopping there. Unless Kroger makes it up with a gift card for a bunch of my groceries missing, Ill keep telling people not to go!!

11pm a couple is trying to buy a Turkey - tag had fallen off- female manager was SO RUDE the lady was about to cry!!! It’s freakin rough folks and it’s Thanksgiving SHAME ON YOU

I would rather shop here for groceries than anywhere else. Every member of the staff is nice if you need something, if you dont they leave you alone. With the scan, bag, go option you can effectively grocery shop without anyone bothering you. I appreciate that they have made this available. I dont want to talk to anyone when I shop, I just want to get my stuff and get out. I love it. The prices can be a little high at times, but not as high as whole foods or Dorothy lane market.

Store is small, but I like it that way. Shows some wear and tear, people are always friendly You carry Depends, do you carry extra large?

Update your hours online so people know when they can shop.

Got some essentials quick and fast

We shop here a few times a month, overall its a pretty good location. The staff is friendly, lines arent usually terrible. I do wish they stocked dairy more during the weekends and had someone fill the fruit for kids my kiddos love that extra and its empty more times than not.

Great service. Just wish the store open longer at night. I got off work at 11 pm. By time i get to the store. I hear. We close in 20 minutes. I had rush by time i got home didnt get what i needed when i came to the store.The lady at register was very nice . she has very good customer service skills.

I love this Kroger. Has everything you need and still carries a variety of goods. Kind workers. Open 24 hrs. Has a little clinic and pharmacy. Deli and salad bar. Fresh produce and meat.My father worked as a Krogers employee for almost 40 years. Needless to say Ive been in a lot of Krogers! This is a good one!

The only reason I gave the 4 out of 5 stars was due to the parking lot and the people constantly parking in front of the store blocking traffic.Other than that the employees have been great! They work hard to keep the store clean and are constantly helping. Keep up the great work.

Great deals on organic and fresh fruit and veggies. The meat is extremely cheap and of good quality. You can get a Kroger card and use coupons for additional discounts and checkout is quick and easy. The employees I encountered and a great misdomener and were very friendly and polite. I look forward to shopping here more often.

I get so frustrated with the employees. There was a long line behind me and the woman ringing me up and the guy bagging we making HORRIBLE puns with my groceries. They would toss the items between each other or hold them up and make jokes. I only had about 25 or less things. When I finally told the guy I was in a hurry he had the audacity to say we are just trying to have fun. Lets not stop to see a woman with a full cart of groceries and 2 little ones behind me. Just because you want to have fun. infuriating. To be honest, I have the most trouble with the checkout people. Ive had great success with several other employees in the meat, deli, and boxed grocery areas. Those people have been beyond helpful and I have told managers for their great service.

Good grocery store. They have locally grown produce when available and organic too. Produce seems to be fresher and better quality than other grocery stores in the general area. Usually have good weekly sales too.

THE worst. I go here, or used to, fairly often, and the posted prices are OFTEN wrong, EVERY time I shop here. 2 or more prices frequently posted to a product, and off by huge amounts. It takes 10-20 minutes just to get checked out I KID YOU NOT, the clerk forever typing and retyping barcodes and cancelling then re-entering prices. The staff is rude, wont honor their own posted prices !?!, and just tears up the signs, when you show them in plain black and white they are dead wrong, and AFTER you spent your time picking out items. It is amazing, the gall store employees show these days.The place is obviously become a joke.

Small hometown grocery store with small hometown employees.

Love the people and wide selection but I dont think price is a high priority. Sure, there are great specials and coupons but in an era of dropping grocery prices I see too many price increases on my favorite products.

The store is nice overall but the Deli has some rude employees. I have witnessed the deli employees act disgusted with other customers as well as myself, I see this behavior every time I visit the deli. Management should make sure that customer facing employees are courteous to shoppers and make the customers their main focus. I understand that everyone has a bad day from time to time but when you are a customer facing employee you have to be able to hide that.

The clerks have always been nice and accommodating however the Wine area is not inclusive to all shoppers it’s a private club for the locals the same group hang out every week and you can’t even ask for help to select wine ... Majority of the Managers are great there is a Manager there that ignores any issue that is brought up.

I have been shopping at this Kroger for the past 17 yrs. I love them. I love that I can walk in and litterally feel welcomed there.Over all my rating in perfect.The only down side.... There have been quite a few items I would purchase weekly, and then one day... Poof, they no longer carry it. So I have to go to either a different location or an all together different store to purchase them. I would prefer to be able to get ALL the item at one store.But the customer service at the Heincke location are superb.

Its no Kroger Marketplace but the location was good and the parking was fine. I found my items well enough and the pricing was great.

The associate at the salad bar was courteous, professional, and helpful. She assisted us with our selection and made sure we had everything we needed. The lines were a little long for the evening, but overall a good experience.

Store is always clean and well stocked. Ive never had to wander for too long, with a confused look, until someone has asked if I need help - which is nice. Pricing is obviously in-line with surrounding area, but this location does not have a gas station (although not a problem for me). And its 24 hours.My lone complaint is that it appears a lot of the store is rearranged more often than Id like. I do have to look around a bit more every few months after a lot is moved around. No other complaints.

It was a quick in and out visit. Got what was needed. But the bakery associate could of had a more steady hand when writing on the cake.

Sometimes I go to this Krogers Its kind of out of the way. However it was very neat clean organized the food was fresh the overall appearance of the store was excellent the employees were all friendly and helpful, plus I saved a really good amount of money $50 and I spent $75 so thats pretty darn good 😁 so its getting a 5-star rating and a full recommendation for me.

Fast and friendly service low prices

I went to this location to pick up my daughters prescription and I will never go back. The young man at the window was not customer service friendly and had no people skills. Because of his unwillingness to provide service my daughter was not able to get her medicine. And the other people in the pharmacy watch as we was given very poor service. This was the worst pharmacy I have ever been in.

I typically shop at the Austin Landing store because it is so close to where I live. Today I decided to try the Miamisburg store and was pleased to find that they have similar floor plans. I walked the entire store and had no difficulty at all. I was asked on two occasions if I needed assistance.

Great experience! Ive used the Kroger pickup service 4 times, and not the 1st problem.

Last couple weeks when Krogers had Digital coupon, I had no way of getting them, I asked the Young man suppose to be the manager at the service desk, he would not let me have the items I wanted without the coupon, it would have amounted counting grocery and all $100.00 dollars, I left and went to Wall Mart and spent.$100.00. Bad business, sine Kroger Stock is so low, I see why.

Rude supervisor at customer service desk! Whining, full of complaints shes supposed to represent the store, but after the experience I had today I wont be back! Austin Landing will have my business, it looks nice and you never hear the employees complain about doing their job!

One of my favorite locations despite not being a large marketplace type store. Loses a star for the parking lot being consistently a mad house.

Found what I needed easily, pharmacy & cashier were great. Prices were too high even with Kroger card, bagger was TERRIBLE. Putting 1 thing per bag and literally THROWING them in my cart.

They never have scripts ready on time and are usually out of basic scripts. Being right down from a major hospital, I would expect better stock maintenance.

Great service, Becky ? was awsome. She was beyond helpful. I live closer to the larger, and newer Austin Landing store but will probably do most of my shopping at Miamisburg store because of their attentive employees.

I fell in love with the Scan and Go when first offered! Tonight I was at the store and was using the Scan and go when I realized I grabbed the wring bank card so I voided a couple items off my order. I then realized I was being stalked by a Manager and another associate. Instead of asking if I needed help or if anything was wrong with my shopping experience they were acting as if I was up to no good. So I voided my entire order except for one thing and went to check out and then was checked as if I was stealing!! All they had to do was ask if I needed help if they noticed I was voiding items. Im a pretty approachable person and would have appreciated the help, they could have offered to hold my order while I ran to my car to get my credit card. I would have spent a lot more money. Im super dissappointed.

Its wrong to steal money from people. There is no change shortage. Ask your bank. If my total is $27.99, would it be okay if I give you $27.00? How about $27.25? Would it be okay then, to just pay $27.00? My mom has never stolen from you, but now youve stolen from her. My bank has informed me theres no change shortage. Youre thieves.

I like knowing where everything is. Sometimes stuff is out of stock depending on when you go. My biggest frustration is not having enough lanes open. It gets old. Im a person who has no problem using self checkouts, but I cant do that with a full cart. So many times I go in and there is only 1 lane open for anyone that has more than 15 items.

If you want to see the latest in pajama wear, this is the place. We do most of our major shopping at Aldi but Kroger is great for a quick run in when we run out of something.

When staffed properly this place is great. Unfortunately, Kroger is trying to reduce staff by forcing customers to self check out with no or only one attendant. We had all six stations waiting for help at the same time, this is unacceptable. Very poor management planning for a buzy friday afternoon.

Generally a great grocery store. The public restrooms leave a bit to be desired so avoid if possible.

Smaller than the market place stores, so youll often find things out of stock or non-existent at this location. Store needs a serious remodel and expansion. The small carts are never inside the store. If you see one in the parking lot, take it in with you or youll be stuck with a giant cart in a small store. Go to Austin Landing, youll find what you need (usually). A big problem with Kroger stores lately is they run out of product too often.

Last several times we have shipped here, things were not stocked. There is evidently a shortage of baggers. I also noticed prices are going up on several things we buy. If Kroger is headed in the direction of Aldi, were you have to bag your own groceries, they should be lowering rather than raising their prices. I have no problem bagging my groceries, but I am pretty sure for now they have baggers.

Try opening more than one register. Just moved down here, been to the Kroger twice and both times I got to stand in line for 25min. Employees tell me managers refuse to open up more registers, they talk likes its a regular thing for them

Well this morning by the milk Department I listen to two employees talk about how they could go to Sams Club for more money less work and they dont get treated the way they do I thought it was sort of sad but I got my juice and then went back to the milk department and they were still talking about it

This is the kroger time forgot. Its depressing and the layout is cramped. They have an issue with their produce, its quality compared to other krogers in the area is pretty terrible. Ive called and told them this but nothing changes. I only go there when I absolutely have to.

They always have everything I need and the staff is always really helpful and understanding if you ever have any questions or concerns.
