I dont know how to describe this ice cream vs others. There is some very different when it is frozen with liquid nitrogen vs conventional. Yrs, they literally pour liquid nitrogen over the cream and make their ice cream right in front of you in seconds! It is amazing and delicious!

This is delicious!!! Both of my kids are having a blast 9, and 15 both smiling and enjoying it.

The ice cream is usually good. I order the same thing every time and its never the same. The consistency of what you get is just never the same. Sometimes there isnt enough flavor, or its 1/2 a portion of what you got last time, or it doesnt taste remotely the same because the ingredient balance isnt there. The staff some days are rude and grumpy. Other times they are great. The last time I went the lady making mine must have gone on a smoke break because she made it, half froze it, went outside, and came back 5 minutes later to finish it. So it was a super weird texture.Overall I like the product but consistency in what you get could be better.

Yummy, fun and new! We enjoyed this new spin on ice cream. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and their restaurant was clean and inviting. We enjoyed the outdoor seating on a lovely fall evening. They have a really wide selection of bases, flavorings and toppings. It was fun watching them make your own creation. Kids were having lots of fun with the dragons breath.Worth the money!

CREAMIEST Ice Cream I have ever tasted. One cup could easily be enough for two people. The ice cream is delicious and the best part is that you can make it however you like. They have a great selection of toppings and very interesting flavors that I had never tasted before. The location is really cute and clean. Expect to make a mess with the huge portions they give you. It is a bit pricey for ice cream but you do get what you pay for! It was almost $7 a head but it is worth if as a special treat. Will be going back whenever I have a sweet craving. I personally tried the honey Cinnamon ice cream (which I had never tasted before) and it was really good. I loved how they have different options for dairy as we do not drink regular cow milk.will definitely recommend!!!

Ice cream was Delicious…… just something different. You have a option to pick from there top sellers or make your own with a lot of different options. Kind of pricey but it’s different from any other ice cream in town. When on Monday evening and it was full, waiting time was ridiculous long more than 20-30min wait. But at the end are party of 6 enjoy are ice cream

First time coming here and I thoroughly enjoyed my visit. The employees are so upbeat, patient, and helpful that it makes the whole experience that much better. We ordered a keto strawberry ice cream and a strawberry cheesecake ice cream. Both were very delicious but be warned: the keto ice cream isnt keto friendly. It didnt bother us but I think other people should know. Would definitely recommend this ice cream shop!

Ice cream was really good. Not so much on dragons breath. Kinda taste like smoking stale cereal. The shop opened 20 minutes late.

High tech, good for the most part… stay away from “dragon’s breath” if your mouth is dry, buy it with something else.

Had to try this place out before moving back to el paso, drove from monahans. Definitely recommend for anyone in the general area or nearby towns or passing through. Delicious. I got the coconut milk base with cheesecake flavor, strawberries, chocolate chips, whipped cream and toasted marhsmallow. It was so good. Always super happy when places offer dairy free options. My fiancé had almond milk base with dulce de Leche flavor, nilla wafers, cinnamon toast crunch and pecans i think. I tried a little bit, very good, he finished his up pretty quick. Two satisfied customers. If I were to ever end up in the area again I would definitely stop by.

This place is amazing. Excellent ice cream made with Nitrogen right in front of your eyes. The owner is very friendly and remembered me from my first visit. I had the salted caramel with pretzels and almonds and regular cream (pic). The have soy, almond and sorbet options for lactose intolerance too. Must try for the Permian Basin!!!

The service was fun and helpful, and the ice cream was fantastic. I got a coffee flavored ice cream with pecan pralines and Cinnamon Toast Crunch. Everyone enjoyed watching how they made the ice cream. Fun for the whole family.

The ice cream is fantastic they do a cool thing where they freeze milk in your face and things like that. It has a great taste, feels good in mouth, doesn’t feel like your chewing on a stick of butter, and the coffee one actually tastes like coffee. I’d recommend this place as a place to go on a date. The one thing is they give you too much ice cream it’s best to share with someone. The place is clean and feels nice the employees when I went were nice and did a good jobBut all and all it’s a great place would recommend

What a neat presentation! I am giving this place three stars because the employees making the ice cream are not wearing masks. They are wearing gloves, but use the same gloves to take orders, scratch their nose and put their hand in their pocket, then they use the same gloves to make people’s food.With that type of poor practice they should just not bother using the gloves🤦🏻‍♀️

The cookies and cream tasted great. The mangoniada needed more flavor. It had the mango and they added the tamarindo stick and lollipop but it needed more spice to make it an official mangoniada. Other than that it is a cute place a bit small it gets packed. I wish they had more than one size. Well a kid size the one size they have is great for adults but to much for toddlers.

A cool take on ice cream. The environment is as fun as the ice cream is tasty. The wait time may be a little on the long side; moreover the price may be a little higher, yet these are the prices we pay for excellence. And excellence is what the friendly staff provided to me on multiple visits. The choices that are provided are almost overwhelming, but if you want more than just ice cream then you neednt look further. On top of a plethora of flavor options and even ice cream bases, they offer crepes and root-beer floats. I look forward to many more visits as Im sure you will too.

I had previously tried Creamistry ice cream in Arizona. I thought that was the best.... I was wrong! Cream Lab is the best ice cream I have had I ordered the pralines and cream and it was delicious. My only problem was that the cup was not actually filled like all the other pictures. For the price, you dont get as much as some other places like this but I will be back for more.

This is my new favorite place in Midland. They have a great attention and options for everybody (even non-dairy, vegan and gluten free options). You can create your own ice cream, and it is huge. I loved!!!!!

The ice cream in my affogato was half pure liquid and half frozen solid, crystallized and icy. More like biting a popsicle. Not creamy at all. The espresso shot was good.My other orders came in clear, plastic cups that were each only half way full.Nothing comes out looking like the photos on the menu. Everything was half the size with half the toppings.

Flavors were delicious!!! I have read some reviews that they were not good. We got the normal dairy base in vanilla and chocolate and every one got their toppings. The service was quick, friendly, and willing to answer all of our questions. We will definitely be back again!

Super cool, super fun for the kids! Love that they have an open prep station that lets the kids watch them making the ice cream. Honestly, for the price you get an amazing amount of ice cream. The wait time can be real long but it truly is worth it for the atmosphere and fun. Definitely worth a visit!

Neat idea but if your going for creamy and rich flavor its just not that kind of ice cream. If you get anything other than vanilla they have to flavor it with the topping or a powder, say cocoa powder, for example, if youre getting chocolate... so my rocky road was more like vanilla with cocoa powder sprinkled thru it. Something with the nitrogen keeps it from mixing well, or maybe an immersion blender instead of the spoon they used. My husband had vanilla with cookie, and that tasted pretty good.

Ice cream was good, service was quick. Definitely have to eat it there, based on how its put in the bowl - it will make a massive mess dripping in the car. Staff was a little shy/quiet, but not unfriendly or anything. Pleasant experience.

WOW! so so tasty!! got honey cinnamon with cinnamon toast crunch and regular pecans snd it was SO DELICIOUS! The honey cinnamon flavor tastes like the milk from a bowl of cinnamon toast crunch with a hint of honey and it was so good. The texture isn’t quite lile any other ice cream, which I really liked. Highly recommend.

The ice cream at Cream lab N7 tastes so creamy and the flavor is not at all overpowering like other ice creams. So far all the flavors I’ve tried have been really great. Wait time is long but this place is always busy and living in Midland I’ve gotten use to the long wait times. Definitely one of my favorite places to visit for a sweet treat!

The ice cream is really good. But you need to prepare for a 45 min wait in a crowded confined area with limited seating. There’s no outside seating either. I had to back my truck up and tail gate it today to avoid the abundance of people just staring off locating patience. A formal organized system should be put into place to address the crowd control and wait times. I don’t want to see midland kill this place off like everything else that is a shortLived fad in our town.

If you are looking for the typical Midland experience (rude staff and overpriced) look somewhere else.The staff is polite and professional and the prices are very reasonable. The ice cream is amazing, I would never have guessed you could make ice cream like this. Very creamy and flavorful, and a huge portion. My wife is lactose intolerant and she had the soy based product and it was also amazing.Watch out Baskin Robbins, this place has it figured out.

Ice cream wasnt bad. Took a very long time to get my order even on a not very busy cool night. Nothing really special about it except for the fact that it is frozen right in front of you. You can get a gallon of better ice cream for the same price.
