Worst Plateteria place ever bad costumer service and everything tasted bad 😡 0 - ⭐️

I ordered the Torta Perrona, thee nastiest thing I ever eaten. They must have not cooked the pork meat thoroughly. They put ham, hot dog, and I think it was pulled pork then im guessing it was chorizo lumps in there. But needless to say I got sicker than f-ing dog seriously I was throwing up, I had diarrhea, sour stomach with belching belching. Oh God it was horrible. I will never ever even come close to stepping back inside their establishment f them for real!!!

Rude ladies. They will give you the STALE CRUMBS for the chilidrina. Will be finding other place to go to instead of here! Even the last time I went I asked for a fully loaded churro and the lady didn’t load it and said “that’s how it comes” umm it comes with nothing on it? Than don’t call it loaded.. don’t waste your money at this place.

My husband waited for over 30 minutes last night when he got up to the line tonight he was waved off BEFORE 10 pm, the older lady told my husband no and put cones in front of his truck. All he was wanting was a water. We have been coming here for the last 2 years for the agua frescas but the last few times the customer service has been poor. You can tell that they have changed owners because the people are not friendly like the previous people. Very disappointed and not sure we will be back.

This is the best place to get a cold drink and snack. Love the Melon drink! All the flavors are fabulous but yes a must to go here whenever.

This place has some very good deserts and snacks. Its all Mexican treats so dont expect diversity. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the food is always well prepared. They do have a TV playing in the background the whole time and it can get annoying when youre trying to talk to people. And the parking is limited unless you want to risk getting towed by parking in one of the spots for the stores next door

Went by for a quick snack today and the lady at the register started counting her money while we were trying to order. We asked her a couple of questions and she completely ignored us. This place used to be good but not anymore, don’t recommend.

Used to be great would of given 5 stars when the other man was working there now that they hired random girls they dont know how to prepare the stuff like the old workers... used to be my favorite place to go to.. but now with the new employees Ill be looking somewhere else

Service is bad..... I was ready to order and next in line.... the workers there just ignored me and was helping others out customers that paid after I did. The cashier staff was on her cell phone and didnt even offer to help. I had to walk back to the register and asked if I can get some service. I did point out there Service was awful and needs to improve.Also, prices a bit over priced for what you get. There several other post that feel the same about the prices. Hope owners will take under consideration what others are saying about there establishment.

Omg its so good !! the shake tasted like it was made from fruit !! like only reason i mentioning because some come out of premade bag with stuff and this is just so good !! Their icecream is so good with different options !! Recommend !!

I never go back to this place again, apparently they changed staff and the waters no longer taste the same as before, especially the fruit and melon with cream that were the ones I normally asked for, also the tall girl who prepares your order is rude and despises as if someone asked for free, and attends very badly!!!

Good service

$3.50 for 1 popsicle. They are very overpriced for the quality and service. Also they claim no English when you ask what items are. It was weird that a woman sits in a check cashing type booth to take your money. It is a shame because I really wanted to make this a regular place because it is on my route.

Snacks are delicious speacially the mangoneada. Its a little overpriced, but its worth it. Some ice creams are way to sweet but very creamy.

Ive only been to La Flor de Michoacán two times but each time the service was great and they have the most amazing aguas frescas! I would definitely recommend una agua de melon con crema.

Bought a melon con crema agua and it was sour. I told the young man at the counter about it and he didnt even bother to offer a different drink or reimburse me. Rude customer service. They really dont seem to care for their customers.

This place sucks we went there like a month ago and they didn’t take cash, we went to an atm went back and they didn’t have the majority of the things we ordered. Top it off, some of the employees were rude. 👎🏼

Shouldnt get any stars, went for a mangonado and horchata.... they couldnt make me a mangonado because the guy that makes them wasnt there today???? I guess theyre not familiar with a blender... taste tested the horchata because I read MANY reviews about them not wanting to give refunds... it was egg nogg with cinnamon... not horchata....And on top of that the whole setup is strange.... if youre not familiar they just look at you and ignore you for someone else... until you ask for help... they do not greet you so dont expect it

Me and my boyfriend go about every weekend we LOVE IT! A little pricey but worth it! Although, we recently just went and I always get the carne seca preparado which comes with the carne, jicama, cucumber, and peanuts with Valentina sauce a a few other sauces, but this time they only gave me the carne seca . They acted like they didnt know what preparado was . So hopefully they can get the employees to know whats really what!

Ordered 1 al pastor 1 asada a corn and 2 hortachatas. Simply disgusting never again the pastor was 75% sevo. The carne asade idk what it was but it aint asada. The hortachatas are pure sugar. The only good thing was the corn. Never again.

My first time being here,I was excited I wanted 2 try some of the ice cream that they had there.but the husband of the owner said that he cant give out more samples cuz he be wasting spoons . really... I couldnt believe him the spoons r like a freaking $1.what kind of service is that,what kind of business r u running here.if u r worrying about wasting spoons,its ice cream u gonna waste spoons ether way dumb ass.ill never going back,P.S. if u r going there make shur u bring ur own spoon.

Went to buy Mexican white corn And got yellow corn instead for 6$ a cup I bought 5 if I wanted yellow corn I would have bought a 42¢ can at Walmart and saved my money .
