DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS BUSINESS! The mechanic “Sal” is the most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with. He took my car for 7 days and charged me an arm and a leg and I still have the same issue of my car not starting! When I got my car back, it felt worse! My seat was out of wack, the steering wheel was so oily, my radio was on full blast! But the WORST PART was when I got an ezpass bill!!! Turns out he took my car to Ny and Nj without telling me!!!!! Who does that!? When I confronted him he said he went to get a part! I told him what he did was very unprofessional and he just replied by sending me an eye roll emoji!!!!!! So unprofessional!!! I asked for a full refund and haven’t heard back. I wish I could give negative stars! Take my advice- go somewhere legit!

A1 operation from top to bottom. The body damage to my vehicle was fixed 2 days before an issue related to mine typically gets repaired. Gary quoted me hundreds less than the other two auto body shops I went to prior. The entire staff was professional, and friendly. Thank you again.

I was hit in an intersection at low speeds and brought my car to J&A. Mike was extremely friendly and helpful and even offered to stay after hours to look at my car. Per my request, they tried to fix the damage without going through insurance while keeping costs under my deductible. Eventually the damage was deemed too severe and my car ended up needing a new sub frame. Tony and Mike were very professional and helpful throughout the process and I will absolutely continue (but hopefully not necessary) to bring my cars to J&A.

These guys do fantastic work at a really reasonable cost, plus they deal directly with the insurance adjuster for you. I just had my third fender bender repaired here over the past 5 years, and per usual, the work on my BMW is flawless. Really nice guys, I recommend using them.

The owner and crew are a great bunch of guys to work with. They worked with my insurance and my dealership I go to for parts. That aspect alone is high value to me. They saved me a lot of headache dealing with the paperwork Turn around time was incredibly fast too, and I had a rental from the insurance during the down time. All I had to do was drop off car car and pick it up when it was done. Quality exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend them for any body work needed.
